Our friends have the same hot tub model, a few years older, and they love it. We agree. One minor inconvenience is that we wish there was more than one place for a person to sit mostly out of the water and cool off, but we realize it's a small hot tub.

The first one we had for 33yrs I would not be able to stand up straight if it wasn't for the spa. It is truly a godsent. We just bought a new one. Figured we were about due for an upgrade☺

I am a first time hot tub owner and I had a lot of questions for Matt and his staff at Ohana Hot tubes Urbana Illinois They did me right by suggesting the Jetsetter I am a 56 year old man with a fused neck and a bad shoulder and the Jetsetter has helped me get back motion in my shoulder and neck. And has done wonders for my aches and pains. Thanks Matt.

2nd model and still Loving it.

We started out with a "Free" HotSpot SS model if there is ever such a thing. After a few :-) repairs it has been an amazing Hot Tub and we use it year around. We recently upgraded to the HotSpring Jetsetter JJ model. What a world of difference. The old 1999 model is a great way to start out, now we want more features and a little more luxury. The old girl is going to my son, she still has a lot of life left in her.
We have sat in the old tub in here in Iowa when it was 15 below zero, snow collecting on your head , wine glass in hand and enjoy it so much it is crazy. All that with a simple 115V model. The new JJ is 220 capable so the heater Will keep up even better. But it works jsut fine on 110V as well.
We are looking to more years of Spa enjoyment. Next ill be looking at that model that has the Cooling unit built in, Coolzone I think it is, as in the summer we drain down and refill to have a refreshing cool dip. That'll be a few years down the road though.

Wow, so glad to hear you found the perfect upgrade for your family with the Jetsetter spa, and your SS model is still going strong for your son. It sounds like you have the perfect place to relax each evening no matter the weather. While the Coolzone feature isn't able to be added to the Jetsetter, it is available for most Highlife and Limelight hot tubs, giving you the option for a cool dip or warm soak no matter the time of day. love my new hot tub

My wife and I replaced our old Jettsetter, which had developed a leak in the internal plumbing and was going to be expensive to fix, with a new one. It arrived a couple of days ago and we are very happy with the new unit. It's comfortable to sit in and the new jets seem even better than the ones in our older model. looking forward to many years of happy use.

The first one ,we had for 33 yrs. Used it as a trade-in. Went from a five person to a three person. Empty nesters and didn't need such a big one anymore. I suffer from chronic back pain and it allowed me to stay vertical. They have been a blessing for the last 30+ yrs. Am sure it will work for me for the next 25 -30 yrs.

I wanted a small tub, just for myself to ease the chronic pain in my spine. For starters, this tub really only has one flow level...and it would be the lowest in my dream spa. Despite being pretty pricey, there are no water displays. Why they couldn't have thrown a couple in, I don't know. The biggest fail for this spa is the fact that there are only jets for your back. ZERO jets for your legs. Very disappointing. If you want to hit your calves, you have to stand up and contort yourself against the jets. The up and down moving station is okay; but it would be a lot better with 3 streams, rather than 2. It goes on either side of your spine; so, once again, you have to move yourself back and forth to hit your spine. The two other stations are okay, again, at full strength, not enough for my liking. One has 3 jet setups, the other 4. The spinning jets on the 3 station are pretty cool; but, again, not strong enough. The 4th station seems to be an afterthought. One stinking jet down by your lower spine. I would like this spa a LOT better if it had moving jets for the legs, like it does for the back. All in all, I give it a C-. It has not given me any mechanical problems; but I wish I had bought something else.

Thank you for your feedback! With so many different options from jet types and locations, to water features and lights, spread across different spa models, I recommend testing different models at your spa dealership to find the right style, design, and fit for your use.
The larger jets can open further to increase the pressure by turning the face of the jet. You can also turn the smaller air control valve to increase pressure on the smaller jets and the moto massage back jet. This may help get the pressure you need. If you have any questions on how to increase your jet pressure, please feel free to call us at 1-800-999-4688 ext 8432. I hope your do enjoy your new Jetsetter and that it helps to bring you some pain relief!

I know it says 3 person, but that would be tight. However it is a great two person Spa. Easy to keep water correct, quiet, energy efficient, good looking
If I had to make a complaint it would be the jet speed is not variable. would be nice to have a high and low setting

We have had our Jetsetter since 2013. Ours it a 220V unit, placed on our roof deck in San Francisco. I am most appreciative of the superb insulation. We use the tub at 104℉, then turn it down when done. Most nights here are in the 60° range, yet the tub will hold its heat, usually still >100℉ 48 hours later. Maintenance is very straightforward, especially with the new ceramic filters. Even the cover is holding up well after five years out in the weather.
I am trying to think of a negative to balance all this praise but I really can not. I have never owned a hot tub before, I worried about energy use and keeping it clean and sanitary. The Jetsetter is easy to keep clean and very well insulated.

We really love the compact size of the Jetsetter, fits perfectly on our screened patio. Easy to get in and out, 115V plugged right into our existing wiring. Easy to maintain with the ACE system.

Nothing feels better than 20 minutes in a Jetsetter

The Jetsetter spa is the perfect personal hot tub experience for me and Mr. Right. We use it several times a week. Sometimes early mornings with coffee and some evenings we relax and unwind from the days activities and watch the sunset over the Missouri River. It’s always hot (104-105) and holds the temp even while enjoying it in freezing weather! Every Jetsetter seat position has different powerful rotating jets and feels fabulous! We purchaset it 8 months ago and we haven’t needed to change the water. It’s so easy to take care of because of the salt water system and auto cleaning cycles. In all these months, Mr. Right has removed the filters three times, soaked them over night in our utility sink, then ran them through the rinse cycle in the dishwasher. Testing strips are easy and accurate to keep the water soft and clear. I have wanted a hot tub for years but didn’t want the spike in the electric bill I was sure to see every month here in North Dakota. Much to my surprise and satisfaction this spa is truly energy efficient! From November through May the increase in our electric bill averaged just 80 cents a day ... and we lit up strings of Christmas lights around the house this year well into February because enjoying a hot water massage in our Jetsetter spa under colorful holiday lights is way cool!

We wanted a 2 person spa and reviewed many. The reviews and web info on Hot Springs was compelling. One we made contact with the Rocklin Store - Nick and the entire staff were helpful and friendly.
They did not use high pressure sales they wanted to make sure we got what we needed..

We’ve had our hot tub for 3 years now and have to admit we thought the novelty would wear off after the first year. Not at all! We use it at least 3 times a week, all year round and it’s the perfect size for two to relax and unwind.

This is a very high quality product - well engineered, easy to maintain and a great relief for sore and aching muscles. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable.
