My wife and I are both in our 30s. I have chronic back pain and she has fibromyalgia. This hot tub has provided an opportunity to get some relief and a chance to spend quality time together. Without the hot tub, our lives would be incredibly different. Thank you to Hot Springs for improving our lives.

I love my Hot Spring spa. The saltwater system makes it so easy to care for and makes our soaking so nice. No more chemical smell. Water is always beautiful. Enjoy it with coffee in the morning. Enjoy connecting with my wife without our devices in the evening. It’s the best!

moved from a larger Watkins spa to the Jetsetter and love it, especially since dis no longer live at home and usually only two of us are in it. 5 years and no problems.

We have been enjoying our hot tub almost nightly. The only problem we have had so far is one of the jet covers unscrewed without stopping at the "fully open" position and came off in my hand. Our dealer checked it and found nothing amiss. Just advised us to be careful when opening them because they would all do that. We are working on getting the chemical "routine" down, but it's not very complicated. Some more specific written instructions would be helpful for new owners. The spa is attractive and seems to be well made. We chose it based on reviews and general consensus that Hot Spring makes a quality product.

Jetsetter..my "goto" spot for unwinding!

My 2011 Jetsetter is a performer that offers that "go-to" spot to unwind after daily life with 7-year old twin girls. It relaxes all of us and settles us in the evenings.

It's been a few years since we owned a spa and wanted to get a top quality spa this time. Looked at other brands and decided on the Hot Springs Jetsetter. We are very happy with our choice. The back massager is especially nice. The salt system makes water maintenance easier.

Have now owned our Jetsetter tub for a little more than two months. I use the tub every single morning, and I enjoy my mornings so much more now (my wife takes a dip about three times a week). We bought from Olympic Hot Tub in Seattle because they get great service reviews, and I really wanted a company that would stand behind their product. We selected the saltwater option because my wife wanted water that was softer on her skin and didn't reek of chlorine. She's very happy with the saltwater. As a first-timer, learning about proper water-care was a challenge that proved frustrating at times, but I know what I'm doing now.

I have purchased and had friends and customers of mine buy a lot of hot tubs over the decades. I spent the time trying out many tubs before concluding that HotSprings is the top of the line best tub for me, for both performance and quality. I ride mountain bikes and play ice hockey and I use my tub every day, sometimes twice a day for over 25 years. The warranty speaks for the quality of the tub. I have had a few things break or stop functioning, which is to be expected, but they were fixed for free under warranty. I don't want some X-Brand tub breaking down then finding out the company is out of business. CONCLUSION: The HotSprings jets are by far the most therapeutic out there and they work to loosen me up and keep me going. I look forward to that hot massage when I wake up.

We just traded in our old Hot Springs 90's Grandee for a new Jetsetter. We were looking for something smaller, updated, but one that was still as powerful as what we were used to. We found it in the Jetsetter. And we went for the gray-ish wood tone and silver base, also upgraded to the salt system. Absolutely amazing, we love everything about it! Highly recommend Hot Springs Spas and the Jetsetter!

Stopped Working after 12 months

My Jet Setter Spa is no longer working after 12 months. We change our water monthly, clean our filters every 2 weeks and use it 1 once per week. We now receive a message "Protect Mode" and the temp with cold water in it reads 155 degrees. my previous Morgan Spa we had for 8 years with zero issues. Is anyone else having this or similar problems?

It has changed our lives!

I can't tell you how much we not only enjoy our hot tub but how it has changed our lives. My husband and I are very active seniors. Tennis, walking, gardening and doing most of our own home maintenance. But with age comes a lot of aches and pains and arthritis. Add to that my husband has had both knees replaced and recently injured his shoulder playing tennis. Our new hot tub has allowed us to continue all of our favorite activities. We usually start our day with a cup of coffee in the hot tub and we feel ready to start our busy day. At the end of the day, we enjoy the hot tub (often with a glass of wine), which helps us to relax and wind down. I don't know how we ever got along with out it!

We researched on line before we went to the store. Our experience with sales, install, education was excellant. The tub was placed where we wanted it too! I go in 4-6 times a week. I sleep much better, We had a 1980s model, what a difference. Maintenance is so easy with this one. The jests on this model are outstanding.

I have enjoyed my Jetsetter very much since installation. It heats up extremely fast and maintains it's temperature very well. It has a lot of power and circulation. I find it to be a very comfortable spa. In fact, it has so much power I do have to turn the Jets down to a more comfortable pressure personally. It has a lounge chair on one side which I use after I turn the Jets off. I love the transcendent lighting that you can change or leave off. This is a good spa for two.

The main seat for the Moto is too low for me. I’m 5’6” and it’s a good 5 inches too low for me. It’s definitely the low end of this series. Hopefully I will be satisfied when winters comes. I wish all of the jets were more powerful.
Also, I would not recommend this hot tub to anyone who has a hard time getting up from sitting on the floor. I’m in pretty decent shape and it’s a little hard to get out of the tub from the seats because it’s so low.
