We have had an exceptional experience from the moment we walked into Townley all the way up to when the guys left after delivery and set up! Everyone is very helpful and we love our new hot tub!

My new hot tub arrived today as expected. Superb product and customer support, The installation team took time to explain operation and Care instructions. It was simple and clear. Assisted me with setting up my grab bar to accommodate my disability. Enormous thanks!

Hard to get into and out of

This is our 3rd Hot Spring spa and this one is low, making it hard to get into and out of. Also the computer touch screen does not always respond. It's much more expensive then the others yet quality is cheap. I don't like the plastic top closure either.

We love out hot tub

Weare not sure which hot tub we have. I has Hot Spring on it. Its been a lot of fun for our whole family. We especially love the lights and the waterfall. The water says very hot just like we want it. The kids love the little duck. One troubling spot is for me it's difficult to get in and out of the tub. I hope I never fall getting out. We use our tub almost every night. We prefer the night so the lights can take full effect.

The Jetsetter exceeded our expectations for comfort and use

We are very happy with our Jetsetter Spa but would love to be able to control the temperature and view salt levels via a Wi-Fi mobile app. In todays expensive world of electrical power been able to turn up and down when away from home would be very useful. Other than that we find the salt system extremely efficient and easy to use.

this is our third hot tub, but this one is the last one that will be a Hot Springs. I get Covid has thrown a wrench into a lot of things, but we have been waiting over a year for a new cover, and then the heater went, and that was over 6 months ago. Then there was a leak, they took the hot tub to their shop to fix it, and they have had it for over three months!!
This is unacceptable customer service. I would never waste my money on another Hot Springs Tub again.

The tub has a slow leak around a jet. The Hot Springs dealer in my town has never even come out to look at the tub!

Choose the model carefully - do a test soak first!

My dealer offered only a dry soak of the Jetsetter, and when I got in I loved the lounge seat of this model. However, when filled with water I find the lounge seat too big and uncomfortable for myself, daughter and teen-age granddaughter, the primary users. All of us are 5’3”. Had I been able to to a test soak, I would have selected a different model.
Other than the fit issues, the spa is lovely - lights, jets, appearance, ease of operating the cover.

We decided to go with a smaller tub as there is just the two of us who use it now (kids have moved out), and we are very happy with it. We use it year round and the winters are cold here. Nothing like watching the stars in 8 degree weather!

The foam is excessive. The number of chemicals and the amount of chemicals the hot tub requires is non stop. Never had any information when shopping for a hot tub when decided on a Hot Spring. This hot tub was to be almost chemical free. It doesn't end with required chemicals.

I've had hot tubs for many years, this is the first new one I've bought. The new regulations limit the temperature to 104°f. This is just not even warm enough to enjoy in the winter. Never gets you hot. Very expensive and not very satisfying.

I've owned my Jetsetter spa for 15 years and have moved it once 10 years ago. Other than replacing the heater twice it's been a super value. I'm sure they've improved everything in 15 years but I'll keep mine til it dies a final death! You'll never go wrong with Hot Springs!!!⚘
