The quality of workmanship exceeds all expectations. The spa requires very little maintenance, chemicals or energy. Although it is over 4 years old, it still looks new and is as hot and powerful as the first day of use.
You can spend less, but you will spend more for utilities, chemicals, parts and eventually replacement of spa with another brand.

I wished the reclining seat in front of the motto massage was higher. The contour which fits your rear end is too low and isn't comfortable enough. I'm 5'9" (not a short person) and I sit too far down in the hot tub. Thank you.

My wife and I use this spa almost daily during fall/winter and early spring. This is a virtually maintenance free product. It looks today as if it came off the showroom floor and it is approx 1 1/2 years old. I would not think of purchasing another brand of spa. All the features are here in a hot sprigs spa at a reasonable price.

My husband and I bought our spa about 3 yrs ago in Casselberry Fl the service was most OUTSTANDING ! They were polite; and answered all our questions... Our spa takes only a 110 out let.. we love it..
We couldn't say enough about the spa and the hot spring company.. Even talked my cousin who lives in Maine to buy one !! She loves it also!!
I say this is the VERY BEST SPA EVER !! LOVE IT .. LOVE IT... WOULD BUY AGAIN IF NEEDED !!

This is the 2nd hot tub I have owned in 15 years,& this is the best I have seen on the market today.There is cheaper ones on the market,but you get what you pay for...The many reason I bought this is for my back problems & the features the Jetsetter model worked out good !!!!

Love our Hotsprings Jetsetter - we are having trouble with the pump as it keeps throwing the braker - they are replacing our pump next week so hopefully this will take care of this problem. Otherwise, we have been extremely happy with our choice.

We use our spa daily. I love the ease of care and the fact that we don't have chlorine chemicals. Our electric bill is low, I'm guessing $15-20 a month. We use the spa for therapy for aching joints and muscles, and to get warm in the Los Osos fog. It is a great addition to our lives.

This spa is very easy to maintain. I used to have a pool,and it was constant cleaning and expensive chemicals. Not so with the jetsetter.
We open the cover and enjoy the relaxing jets. No leaves, frogs, snakes, etc.

This was a great purchase, we especially enjoy our hot tub in the winter when we can not seem to get warm. We enjoy going outside in the 5 degree weather and warm up! In the summer, we drop the temp down, turn the speakers on and enjoy our oasis in the back yard. As we get older it is a blessing to have a hot tub, as the aches and pains of life get to you, this gives your body much needed releif!
Hot Springs has been GREAT to work with from the sale, service and any questions that we have had.
I do not think that you would be dissapointed in the purchase of a Hot Springs product!

I bought this spa for reliving back and leg pain and man did it work. Its been almost 2 years now and back only hurts if im doing some big time yard work and then the spa helps that in two days. Super great for stress also. This spa is great for two people, if more you need a bigger spa (vanguard is nice). The costs to run is very low and electric bill is about the same before the spa (keep spa at 104). I got this spa for therapy and am very happy with product and service.

I have Rheumatoid Athritis and suffer from joint pain. My husband has back and muscle pain. Our Jetsetter tub is just the right size for both of us and an occasional grandchild. The small step in section is the perfect size for a child to sit. We love the massaging jets and the warmth soothes away aches and pains. The optional colored lights really sets the mood for a night of star gazing.
