My Jetsetter is my 2nd Hot Springs Spa and I am very happy with the ease of operation and improvements made. My first spa lasted 25 years and was still going strong but was not as easy to use as my new spa. The Everfresh system is quite simple to use and it's so nice not to have the chlorine or bromine smell. I like it a lot.

As long as it is only my husband and I that use the spa...the water is easy to manage...as soon as another person or group of persons uses the spa, the water goes haywire...cloudy, ph and alkalynity, and bromine levels go out of wack! Have some issues with the temp always running two degress higher than what we have it set at, a jet blew out within the first two weeks, and our electric bill is much higher than was projected (tho we do use spa a lot, and with all the water clarity issues we had, I ran many "clean" cycles! Aside from these issues...I love the spa's comfort! Love the "moto massage!" Do wish the seats were not SOOOOOOO deep! I am probably too short and too light

The Jetsetter is absolutely perfect for us. It was just the right size to fit in our breezeway, and with only my wife and I now home, it is exactly what we needed. Being the size that it is makes it much cheaper to heat and maintain. At first my wife did not believe that she would want to use it very much, but that changed immediately. Now she likes to use it with me nearly every day and we both enjoy it immensely. It has given us a new time to communicate, not to mention the pure relaxation as well as the romantic moods created by the great light displays. I believe the duo-moto massage especially, along with all of the other jet positions, has improved our health. Our Chiropractic Doctor has said that we seem to be in better shape with less need for his services since we started using our Hot Spring Jetsetter tub. It is the most fantastic home improvement that we could have chosen!

Ten to twenty minutes in our Hot Springs spa is the perfect way to relax after a tough day or to get the blood going first thing in the a.m. The jetsettter is perfect size for the two of us.....and it operates economically since we only heat a couple hundred gallons of water, Never tire of sitting in the 'massage seat' with the jets running up & down my back....AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!! We both really love our spa!!

JetSetter vs. 20 yr-old Classic

I like the jets in the JetSetter... But because of the large 'Humps" it can be unnecessarily hard to move around. The Classic was easy for this 84 year-old to move around. The JetSetter doesn't hold the temperature as I well as I had hoped nor as well as the Classic... maybe because it has 100 gallons less water. Had thought the digital temp control would be more accurate than the Classic's idiot number system. The water does stay very, very clear... but ph is difficult to keep in the correct range.
All in all it is a very good hot tub.

This hot tub is just awesome - you can work just about every part of your body (or at least I do). I have lots of aches and pains and I"m like a noodle when I finish in the tub. I'm in it at least 4-5 times per week - even in winter. Skies are just beautiful at night. Works great also before I go to golf - loosens up all the muscles, etc.
Just love it :)

This tub is great for two people... heats up quick, maintenance and utility costs are low. Unfortunately, the circulation pump went out on the unit after about a year, but was completely replaced at no charge to me whatsoever. Would have liked a couple jets for some calf / thigh action on the lounge, but it is what it is. I would still purchase it again if I could go back in time... it's hard to say that about a lot of things! I have had several tubs in the past, and this is by far the best built. I think the circulation pump going out so soon was a fluke.... (I hope). Extra nice not to have to run a dedicated 220v line out to the tub. Simple 110v connection was great (still has to be dedicated).

Whether its morning noon or night, my Spa is always ready to refresh and relax me. Whether the sky is lit by thousands of stars or overcast with morning fog, it does not matter. Sheer luxury and a fountain of joy await, first hidded by a safety cover only to reveal spine tingling bubbles that soothe and stimulate . This is the best gift I have ever given myself and it keeps on giving day after day!

One of the best purchases my wife and I have ever made. Coldest day I ever used it was 16*F.What a rush.And my aching muscles enjoy it.After working out,cutting grass,piddling around in the yard,or after a round of golf.I had my old reliable.

She got the house, I got the TUB!!

The tub is one of the best investments I ever made. A soak in the tub about two hours before bed and I am out like a light. Starting the day in the tub with some coffee is also excellent. OK, any time of day is tub time. It is amazing how refreshed I feel after getting out of the tub. Maintenance is easy with the ozone and silver-ion features. I estimate it costs me about $10-$15 a month to run the tub. It is well worth it.

Good overall purchase but some deficiencies

This is my first spa so I don't really have much to compare it to other than vague recollections of other people's spas. I've had it almost 3 years without any major problems except the 4 Hydrojets seem to be poorly designed and don't really turn that easily even after having them take it in for warranty work last summer. The motor for the jets seems loud to me and I'm not able to listen to music, at a decent volume, with them running. I wired it 220 and my power bill has stayed steady on level pay. I think the tubs are built well but I'm glad our local dealer is solid and provides good support, as I did have to have those jets worked on. I'm disappointed in the quality of construction with respect to the jets but everything else seems to be holding up really well.

We looked at a lot of spas before we bought our Jetestter II. The number and versatility of the jets were of great importance to us. We didn't just want them to blow on us and the Jetsetter II has it all, neck, feet, back (upper and lower) and spine. Including amazing control of the air flow. It is so easy to keep clean and maintenance is a breeze.

We have had our spa about 6 months and really enjoy it! The Jetsetter is a perfect size for a couple. Usually it's just the two of us--but it holds 4 adults just fine. We have actually had 4 adults and 2 children in it.
I was concerned that the jets would not be strong enough for me, but they have proven to be fine.
We got the Ace salt water system--it's the ONLY way to go!

We selected this spa as a replacement for an old one, which was brought in before our house was completed -- I had to cut it into pieces to get it out. So the dimensions of the doorways dictated the maximum size we could bring in, and the Jetsetter just made it. We have had it for about two years, and it has been just fine, no problems.
