This is our second hotsprings spa. The first was a 1992 "dog dish" style. It is still working and has really given us no problems in 20 years of service. Because of the reliability we went with Hotsprings. Our friends who bought different brands, ended up getting rid of them within 5 to 10 years. The Hotsprings dealer let us try the different sizes and the jetsetter was the perfect spa for two. My wife is 5'5' and I am 6' yet the jetsetter was the perfect fit for both of us. All of the seats are very comfortable and it has an incredible shoulder massage. You can sit in any position and be totally comfortable (including sideways with feet out which I prefer as our view is to the side). I highly recommend the spa for the couple who enjoy relaxing with each other after a long day. If there is two of you using the spa, then the jetsetter is the spa to own.

This is the perfect hot tub for two people. We do not entertain a lot and did not want a huge spa. The Jet Setter met our needs perfectly. It is very easy to maintain.

This is the second Hot Springs Spa I have owned. The first one was a Classic model that I owned for 17 years, I never had any problems with it. I sold it along with our home when we retired. I now own the jetsetter with the salt system. Easiest to care for ever.

Have enjoyed my spa since Oct. 2010. Service when I needed it was excellent. The original spa developed a leak shortly after installation and it was replaced. The replacement has been wonderful.

My husband is over six feet tall and is very comfortable in all the seats. My daughter and I as closer to five feet tall and have difficulty sitting in the low seats. I wish I had a booster seat so that my neck wouldn't be so low in the water.

The design and structure are OK. The pump failed within a few weeks, and now the back massage jets don't work. The tubes come off.

1.moto massage quit-had to be replaced 2.One bar top light quit-replaced but still does not work right,neither do the other two-dealer seems not capable of fixing.3.Began tripping 20amp circuit breaker after a few minutes of operation-Dealer installed wrong breaker in box-Ordered correct one from Hot Springs (problem solved).4.Ozone generator hose barb fitting broke off,do not know how or when.Dealer replaced generator(problem solved).May be why I was having trouble controlling water quality fom the start.

The Jetsetter with the ACE system

We've been Hot Springs owners for almost 20 years. First, a Prodigy, which we left at our last home when we moved, and now a Jetsetter that we've owned for the past year, which has an ACE saltwater system.
Unfortunately the bar and pillow lights have been malfunctioning since the day we got the spa. We've had over a half dozen service calls and the lights still won't work correctly. This is an ongoing issue.
With the ACE system we don't need to add chemicals on a daily or even a weekly basis. We do, however, find ourselves testing the levels several times a week to check the sanitizer level and PH reading. It can be tricky, with irregular use, to make sure that your spa settings are making enough sanitizer to keep up with your useage, but not so much that it's over sanitizing the water and knocking the PH down. We've had the ACE probe replaced once already (within this first year of use) and the company picked up the tab (with a $50 service fee from us). It was never determined whether the malfunction was by defect or misuse. We hope it was a defective part, since we were more than diligent in our spa maintenance. The next time we will have to pay the $1,000.00 fee for replacement. Time will tell if the investment in the ACE system was a good one.

It's unfortunate that we waited so long to purchase our Hot Spring Jetsetter Spa. This hot tub is one of the best purchases we've ever made! It's a very relaxing, therapeutic device that's perfect for our aching bodies, especially my bad back. We truly enjoy this hot tub and fully recommend it to others.

We love the Jetsetter. Perfect for 2 people. Don't recommend it for any more than 2 at a time if you want to be stretched out and comfortable. Best part is selecting which 4 jet packs you want after you try them out in a store. Lower than most spas, it's easy to get in and out without needing a step so it's easy for someone who is short or older. As with any spa, you have to pay attention to your water care which is easy once you're on a regular schedule.

A Very Good Investment

Not only has this tub been very relaxing for me but think I enjoy it more than I would if I had bought a swimming pool. It is very relaxing to get into the tub after a hard stressful day. I also enjoy sharing my tub with close friends when they are over visiting. If I ever decided to sell my house I think it will be a good selling point.

I purchased the "JETSETTER" hot tub 9 months ago as a replacement for a 22 year old "CLASIC" model. I think the reliability and longevity of Hot Springs Spas is reason enough to spend a little more on the initial purchase. Of course all the features just sweeten the deal. I added the salt system as an option, it has functioned perfectly, and only requires monthly attention. I am very impressed with everything about Hot Springs Spas.

We did a lot of research on spas before making the decision to go with Hot Springs. This particular model fits our needs exactly and is very comfortable for the two of us. It's easier to maintain than we thought it would be, the temp is always consistent and the increase in our utility bill was hardly noticeable.

had the repairman out here 4 or 5 times due to light problems within the first 6 mos. had to wait for parts that were bad (on this new spa!) and then deal with the other problems it had.. just go with a cheap on is what i would say. that $7,000 was way to much to pay!!
