I have owned 7 spas in the last 30 years. This is 4th Hot Spring spa I have purchsed. Quality, water care, quietness and theraputic value cannot be beat.

This has been an outstanding product, in all kinds of weather. Relaxing in the afternoon sun, or viewing the stars in the evening, I have been thrilled with this spa.

Had a Hot Spring tub 22 years ago but sold it along with the house. This one is the same size but easer to maintain, lights are a lot better. Wireing it for 220 volts this time makes it cost more to install but its nice to have the water stay hot after running for a while.
Only thing I wish it had different would be to have at least one outlet on the side to hit by your knees.
Its outside and I use it almost every day hot or cold out.

Thank you so much for a great product. My husband and I enjoy relaxing in our Jetsetter spa. After just having spinal cord surgery, the doctor gave his approval for therapy to just sit and help heal the muscles/nerves in my spinal cord. Without the hot tub, it may have taken longer for healing. We also purchased the Ace Water System & Silk water product also. Hot Spring Spa's.........Thank you so much and keep up the great job!!!!! The Spa fits right on our enclosed Lanai and since my Wife & I suffer from knee pain it is just what the doctor ordered. The installation went smoothly and the service is terrific. Before we moved to Florida we had a 6 person Hot Spring's Spa on a 20'x20' Deck in NJ and the Grandchildren & us really enjoyed it. The new owners requested it stay with the house!

Wouldn't recommend if you have mobility problems

We bought this tub last summer. I wanted it for me. I'm over weight and have a lot of joint problems with arthritis. The tub is very hard to get out of because it's so low to the ground and it is hard to stand up in. Wish I would have tried to get into it before we bought it but the one at the store had water in it.

I've had my Jetsetter for about a year and a half now and I wonder how I ever got along without it. Most of the time it is just me in the spa, and the jets really work sore/tired muscles and ease my arthritis pain. My husband and a friend can get in and enjoy it too, but it does get crowded with more than 2. Self-contained, easy to maintain, energy effiicient: I will never be with out one again.

We had the Jetsetter model for 5 yrs at our mt house in the Poconos of PA. Loved it!! Had it delivered from Bucks Co with no problem worked great. We bought a new place and then got a Jacuzzi tub. I still don't know why we did that and for the next 4 yrs kept saying we miss the Hot Springs Jetseter!!!
The JACUZZI is JUNK!!! same price overall but 1 problem after another-sure its still under warranty but the delivery and service charge gets you and it was once a yr at least!!!
The HOTSPRINGS is by far the best for the money.
Now that we have completely left the Poconos we will definitely get a HOTSPRINGS for our full time home once again!!

We shopped around for several weeks comparing brands and models and settled on the Jetsetter from Hot Springs. I'm so happy we made this choice! We purchased the Ace Water system and it is so easy to maintain and keep the water clean. There is no skin or eye irration and the water is sparkling clean.
I would highly recommend this model. It easily holds two adults, but we have had three adults and a child in it with no problem.
It's perfect for empty nesters who need to unwind after a day at work. I sleep great after soaking for a half hour. Wonderful product!

After having the Soverign and loving it, when I moved I just 'assumed' that the seating would be the same in the Jetsetter. Far from it. The bucket seats are not very comfortable and with mobility issues, this tub is difficult to get in and out. In fact, it is much harder than 7 years ago when I first got it. I may replace this with the Soverign again or simply do without. This was advertised as being appropriate for arthritis sufferers - sigh, not quite true for bad hip and knee joints.

I sold our Tiger River (Hot Springs) Hot Tub for about 1/2 of what I paid for it after using it 12 years. Just couldn't look at another brand after that. The Jet Setter is the perfect Tub for the wife and I. Easy to maintain, doesn't take up too much space, and maintains temperature much better than the old unit.
Only thing I would change about it is the "hump" in the middle of the two back seats, could be smaller and still do the job.

I've had my JetSetter for almost two years now. I've seen no increase in my electric bill and the chemical cost is comparitively low. The spa is used about 5-7 days/ week year round. My only complaint is that the Bar lights are working sporatically ( one won't light up and the others won't sync to the main light) Overall an excellent tub at an excellent price.
