This is the perfect tub for one or two people! The ONLY negative I can think of is that one of the seats is a bit too deep but we've found a cushion designed for this purpose to correct this. My husband and I both love this tub.

Did not meet expectations

I purchased my spa one year and a half ago and had to change the lcd panel as well as the circulation pump. These are parts that I would think would have a longer life expectancy. The spa is kept clean under a regular maintainance plan and is used lightly. Therefore, I was surprised to find these defects. The dealer I made the purchase from closed but the manufacturer did honor the warranty promptly and the parts and service were covered.

My wife and I purchased our Jetsetter about a year ago! We have the salt system and it works as described. The water does look like diamonds after a whole year of use! Dialing in the system was easy when the owner of the Spa company paid us a visit and made some recommendations! The installers set it leveled and ran out as it was a Friday? That said his recommendations are spot on and all we ever do is test strip check it once a week, add a teaspoon of chlorine post use and that is it!
The jets and options are great as the spa allows one to move about into a different seat to enjoy different jets! My wife is 7 months pregnant so I am enjoying it solo where I always sit in every seat on every use!
We love the size as it fits the two of us! I compare this spa to Mercedes Benz...we have owned a few of those cars and they perform great on mile 1 and on mile 100,000! This spa is just as awesome as the day we purchased it! I would never purchase another brand!

Our spa is just the right size for the two of us, with room enough for a couple more. I don't know how we got along without it. Monthly maintenance is a breeze, and it is great not to have that strong bromine smell you get with a lot of other spas. The cover has held up well under the relentless sun exposure. Draining the spa and replacing the water is easy too. We purchased a floor model so the price was even more reasonable.

This is my second Hot Springs tub and I have loved both of them. Our first was a family oriented tub and it was great for us and the kids and friends. Now its just the two of us, retired and enjoying life. We use our tub every nite and enjoy it tremendously.

Many people buy a spa that can fit the whole neighborhood when the majority of use is by one or two people. The Jetsetter is just the right size for us. We even had another couple and their 2 small children in it once! It was a bit cozy, but we fit.
We are very happy with the quality of the spa and the local dealer from whom we purchased it. The Ace Saltwater System is the ONLY way to go!
One tip--get a "Backnobber" from the mfg or Amazon. You will triple the benefit of your soak by using this pressure tool on your back, neck and shoulders while the jets massage you in your Hot Springs Spa!

We have enjoyed our Jetsetter for over a year now, in all 4 seasons. It was a retirement present from my husband. We paid a bit more for the HotSpring spa, but have not regretted it at all. It is streamlined and beautiful. Jets are high-quality and adjustable. Much prettier look than lots of big, unnecessary jets. Size is great for 2 people and could have more occasionally. Lighting with color changing is great. Maintenance has been easy. Great support from Phoebe at Atlantic Spa and Billiards.

We've had our tub about a year & never had a problem. Now all of a sudden it has a leak so when we called our dealer from whom we bought the spa, lo & behold they are no longer Hot Springs dealers. It is still under warranty so we called a "dealer" who lives a good two hours from us and they couldn't come look at it for at least 3 months. We've paid out of pocket for the original seller to come look at it three different times. They've found three different leaks and it still is losing water. I don't understand how all of a sudden we can have so many leaks!! Not good Hot Springs!!!!

We had a Hot Springs Spa (Sovereign) for 16-17 years and decided to trade it in for a smaller Hot Springs Spa for the two of us. We absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller spa that would seat 3 adults and a child comfortably. I love the new lighting on the top of the spa, all of the jets are great, and like the variety of things that you can do with the lighting. We have been using Acu Finesse to keep the water clear. To me it is a little expensive but my husband buys it online.
Overall, we love our Jetsetter Spa. Hot Springs makes a quality spa.

I chose this model because I sustained whiplash in a rear end collision 2 years ago. Chiropractors help but the hot tub is there 24/7 for pain relief. The neck jets are awesome. Thanks.

I use the spa on a very frequent basis. I get in it after surfing to massage my 63 year old back. it's not uncommon for me to use it twice a day. The Jet Setter is perfect for the 2 of us.
I did extensive research before buying it. I had owned a spa a few years back. The technology has taken a huge step forward. The cover lifter is a must.
It costs me about $18-$20/month to run. I like the idea that there's a continous running 110 volt pump that keeps the spa at the right temperature all the time.
I wanted a spa that takes a minimum amount of time and effort to maintain. The Jet Setter fills the bill.
There were cheaper, lesser spas for sale. I know I bought the right spa
