Bought a Hot Springs Classic tub in 1986 and had to part with it when we relocated in 2006. When we finally bought a new house, we knew we had to have a new Hot Srprings hot tub. We decided on the jettsetter because we no longer needed a party tub. The ease of water maintanance and the location of the jets is great. Would deffinatley recommend this tub to a friend.

This spa is perfect for just me and my husband. We have used it everyday since it was installed, and it is just the most relaxing thing in the world, especially after a long day at work. We get in before bedtime and sleep like babies.

This is our 3rd Hot Spring Spa over 30 years. First 2 were Classics which we loved. The JetSetter with the new ACE water system is excellent and easy to take care of. Looking forward to another 20 years of hot tubbing with this one.

My first Jet setter came from Hot Springs Spas of Santa Cruz/San Jose. I have never dealt with such a friendly bunch of people. After 8 years of buying from the same store, I am on a first name basis with Chet in San Jose (and that's how I like it). The hot tub has been running (heating and circulating) every day for all of those 8 years. Only have two problems. The heater went out in the first year. Warranty and replaced no problem within two days. The ozinator went out after about 3 years. They felt bad and gave me a discounted price to replace! We are in it almost every night. I have since purchased a second one (used) for a vacation home and when I get there, fill it, heat in and in it!!! If this one ever goes out, I am definitely buying a Jet Setter to replace it. The only other thing is the water seems to get cloudy pretty quick. But we have terrible water here.

Our Best Hot Tub

Last year we purchased Hot Springs Hot Tub from the Olympic Hot Tub Company in Seattle. This is the fourth hot tub we have owned in the past 38 years. Our experience in dealing with the :Olympic Hot Tub company continues to be superb and the nearly daily soaks in our Jetsetter have been a major part in our well being.
The purchasing, financing, delivery and set up processes went smoothly and subsequent service follow ups have been convinced us that we made the right decision.
The comfort level and the ease of maintenance of our Hot Springs Spas unit is the best we have experienced in this area. The Ace Salt WaterSystem has worked perfectly as we follow the monthly, quarterly and 6 month schedules. Previous other hot tubs had been difficult to maintain the desired chemical balance necessary for healthy usage.
Looking forward to future therapy from your product.

This is our 4th Hotspring spa. Our first one we purchased in 1989. We keep upgrading and wouldn't own another brand. We have just downsized to the Jetsetter because there are only the 2 of us. Two of our friends own the same model. We use it everynight before dinner. It's a wonderful place to catch up. The warranty is so wonderful and they are very good at honoring it.

We love everything about our new hot tub except that we live in country and are on well water and salt system did not function properly with our water chemistry. Our dealer removed it and put Ozonater back in and we went back to Chlorine or bromine. It's been a little more difficult to get the amount to add regulated on this one than in the past, possibly because of the ozonator as it is the first time we have had that. Otherwise, great service and great product once again. Quality seems to improve rather than decline with each model unlike some other things these days.

We purchased our Jetsetter almost two years ago when it was 4 years old from a neighbor that was moving. Since we have owned it the heating control module died which was covered under the warranty and the exterior shell was cracking which was also covered under the warranty. The ease of the warranty service was amazing and stress free. Hot Springs Spas ARE the best of the best, they are at the top of the hot tub industry. We would HIGHLY recommend Hot Springs Spas and the Jetsetter.

Hot Springs is the best. The jets after 2 hours of raquetball is what I bought it for. I'm a little worried that the water care control computer seems to be not perfected as it routinely shows the water care salt system is not functioning. When I go into it the issue is usually to confirm the use level. Once that is confirmed it goes right back to functioning prorperly. Other than that it's trouble free as long as you check the water balances and keep them adjusted properly.

We have been enjoying our Jetsetter for about a year now. I would absolutely recommend this model to everyone. It is the perfect size for two and thus is very energy efficient. We can definitely notice an increase in our electric use, but compared to other larger models, this one is very efficient. The quality of Hot Springs is unparalleled by any other brand. We have not had any issues and live in a fairly weather-intense climate. Water care is easy, and there is very little other maintenance needed. The Moto-massage is the best treat after a long day at work. This tub is the perfect size for two to stretch out, or three to sit and be social. I love that there is a place to put my feet up, sit back, relax, and enjoy the hot water. We love the jet options and the lighting options. I really don't have anything bad to say about this tub!!

Excellent hot tub. This is my second Hot Springs tub, the first lasted about 25 years. The only complaint I have about this one is the inside bottom is too slick. I have a hard time getting in and out because I slip on the smooth finish. Other than that it is an excellent unit.
