Our first hot tub was a SoftTub. We enjoyed it, but service was aweful so we looked around for another dealer and a different type tub this time. I searced all hot tubs and we chose the Jetsetter from HotSpring. We LOVE this hot tub! It is so relaxing I could fall asleep in it (but don't recommend you do that). The back jets are the best! I love how you can control each jets pressure individually. The simple ease of care is a plus too! And no more removing the lid with the easy lid lift attachment. I cant' say enough about our experience. If you are young or older and looking for a tub to wind down, relax and relieve aching muscles and normal aches and pains I would recommend you check out the Jetsetter!

I am the only user of this spa and I use it primarily for hydro therapy for relaxing muscles and joints. It is perfect for that purpose and all I could ask for.

My 4th HotSprings Spa

My first spa was a HotSprings Grandee which I purchased in Ohio in 1990. It was wonderful and still remember sitting in tub with snow falling all around and hair freezing. In 1998 we moved to Australia and because it was just the two of us, we downsized to the Jetsetter model. In those days it was hard to find a HotSprings dealer in the "land down under" but we finally found a dealer about 400 miles away in Sydney. We wouldn't settle for anything less than HotSprings quality. We got great service from our spa and have now moved back to South Carolina, where we have purchased our new Jetsetter and couldn't be happier. Fortunately our dealer is only 10 miles away. Our first use has confirmed what we've known all along, HotSprings is the top of the line spa, that will provide us wonderful service for many more years. Thanks HotSprings

I love my Hot Spring hot tub. I use it every day and I feel amazing. I sleep better and I have less pain in my joints. And I just feel like a happier person all around!

AFTER USING HOTELS AND MY BROTHER-IN-LAW'S HOT TUB I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO CONVINCE MY HUSBAND WE NEEDED A HOT TUB OF OUR OWN.. THE SIZE OF THE JETSETTER IS PERFECT FOR THE 2 OF US. I HAVE HAD 2 JOINT REPLACEMENT SURGERIES AND AM VERY ACTIVE. MY HUSBAND IS VERY ACTIVE WITH WORK AND HOME, SKIING, SAILING, RUNNING,ETC.WHAT A RELIEF TO HOP IN OUR TUB AND KNOW OUR STRESS OF THE DAY WILL MELT AWAY....

Great tub for smaller installations

Having owned 3 different brands of hot tubs over the years, I would rate the Jetsetter as the best of the bunch. The build quality is top notch. The tub is exceptionally quiet when in recirculate mode. The jets are well located, and perform very well. The overall finish looks great, and the controls are very simple to use.
As far as our experience regarding delivery and installation, the tub was delivered as scheduled, and the installation went flawlessly. So far, the operating costs are insignificant. Time will tell as we head into the winter months, but so far, I haven't even noticed the increase. As far as improvement items, the only things I would note is the tub is shallower than the others I have owned. This means a full reclining position is the only really comfortable way of using the tub. That isn’t a problem for me, but some people might like a more upright sitting position. Also, it would have been nice to have had two padded head rests for the primary seats. The way it is now, only one person gets a padded headrest, and the other doesn't. Tell that to your significant other when choosing who sits where.
Other than that, the tub was a great investment, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller sized tub.

Hot spring Jetsetter

This is the 2nd Hot Spring Jetsetter spa that I have owned. My first spa 1996 lasted 16 years. I wasn't going to replace it until it died, but once I tested out the 2012 model, I was sold on the new jets, exterior surface and sanitizing system. I decided it was time to replace the old one. I have back and neck problems and use my spa for hydrotherapy. It's wonderful and has enabled me to heal from some pretty serious spinal injuries. I love my Jetsetter spa and would never look at another brand.

I've been thinking about getting a hot tub for a long time. I recently purchased the Jetsetter. It's the perfect size for me and another person. I use the spa on a daily basis. It came with the Ace Salt Water system. There is little or no maintenance with this spa. I love it. While everyone else is dreading the winter, I'm looking forward to snow and cold. Everyone I talked to says the Hot Springs spa will last at least 20 years. I highly recommend this hot tub for anyone.

Beware of this 110v mess. The constant breaker problems are just about unsolvable. The gfi device will fail if the cord is on concrete or if the water is filled wrong or if the device is turned on wrong etc. The lights on the gfi blink all the time with no way to tell if the electricity is fault or if the spa is at fault. Electricians say it is the spa, the spa tech wants to sell heaters and no one can test to prove the fault. The spa is a headache for the home owner, the documentation is useless to everyone because it gives short shift to the 110v models and offers no fault diagnostics. Jetsetter J3F1461

Bought my Jetsetter in June of 2006 (six years ago) and use it a least once every other day all year around here in Texas. After getting the chemical thing down pat, I have not had to have anything replaced or needed any service calls. I'm always looking for improvements in this product, like the ACE saltwater system (which mine is too old for), but until mine just breaks and falls completely apart, I'll keep on using this one. I take care of it, and it takes care of me....hope this was helpful...thanks

have always wanted a hot tub and my husband and i finally took the plunge. the jetsetter is the perfect size for a family of just 2! it doesn't take up alot of space and fits perfectly on our deck! so come winter when we have to get out the walk inside is not very far! very happy with this purchase and just love having the hot tub! even my pup enjoys floating around in it!
