After having a Coleman Spa for over ten years I am very impressed with our Jetsetter. It has proved to be very low maintenance and economical to operate. Probably the best feature is the LED lighting system. To just sit and relax at night with the changing colors is so soothing. Great Idea!
I had an older model, for 22 yrs and the replacement is the best yet.Got the Jettsetter and am very pleased with it. Good looking and very comfortable, I am very satisfied with it.

This is our 2nd spa from Hot Springs and we truly enjoy them. They are well constructed, beautiful when on or off, and a great way to relax in the morning or evening. We'd strongly recommend them to anyone.

Bartop Lights Don't Function as Advertised

I have owned my spa for 9 months and my dealer has been out at least ten times to try to fix the bartop lighting in my spa. Every time they fix the lighting issue it will work for a few weeks then the colors will get mixed again like the attached pictures.
Nothing feels better than coming home after a long day and sitting in my Jetsetter when the lighting works, when it is mixing the colors nothing makes me regret my purchase of this spa, and it ruins my peaceful experience.
I feel that I have received a lemon of a spa.

This is the best yet, We love the Ace system. This is our third Hot Springs Tub. The first two lasted for 28 years, hopefully this one will outlast me.

Our third Hotsprings Spa in thirty plus years. They all have had very low maintenace cost. They were still running well when we decided to upgrade each time. The Jetsetter is our favorite. We use it everyday to help with aches and pains. It helps to get old bones moving in the morning.

Bought our 1st spa, a Hot Springs Prodigy, in 1986 in TX where we both were stationed in the Army. It served us well both for therapeutic purposes and entertainment.. Once we both retired from the military and moved to FL,, we decided to downsize to the Jetsetter which we purchases in 1999. It's primary purpose now was therapeutic, with both of use having significant arthritis. Even after 13 yrs of daily use (and most days we were in it 2-3 times a day), this Hot Springs Spa continued to serve us well. Because the spa is such an important part of our daily routine for our arthritis, we decided to treat ourselves to a new one.in Dec 2012. Received an excellent trade-in on the old one, and got another Jetsetter. It is wonderful, beautiful, and continues to meet the high expectations we have come to appreciate from Hot Springs Spa. We have also been very pleased with the sales companies where we have bought our spas, especially this last one from Southern Pools & Spas in Bristol, VA.,

Our Spanish version is for our international customers that use a different electrical configuration. I did find the drain and refill instructions from that manual and have attached them for you. We appreciate the purchase of a Hot Spring spa and in the future will be translating our domestic version owner’s manual into Spanish. Please check back with us in a month or two.
Nothing feels better than coming home after a long day and sitting in our Jetsetter. My wife and I both work overseas and travel a lot. One of the things we look forward to is coming home and relaxing in our spa after a grueling day of airplanes and airports. The quality of the spa construction is excellent and is easy to maintain water PH and Chlorine levels. Hot Springs also makes it very easy to perform periodic maintainance, filter cleaning etc. I would definitely recommend the Jetsetter to anyone looking for a smaller spa. My wife and I truly enjoy ours.

I have the Jetsetter and love it. It is just the right size for my wife and myself. We also have the salt water system and it is the cats meow. The service is great from Spas, Pools and Patios here in Sebring, Fl. I am totally satisfied with not only the product but the service that is provided. The messaging part of the hot tub is really the best feature for us. Thank you for such a great product.
Actually I love my jetsetter, I have arthritus and it is a great help. The only down side for me is maintaing clear water. Wish now I had gone for the upgrade, but am sure the problem is me and not the spa. I have only had the spa for a few months so with practise with the ph up/ph down/no foam/clear water/bromide etc I will get to the point that I achieve that. I would have have recommended hot springs to others
We knew we wanted a spa, but we really did not know just how much we were going to enjoy it almost every day. It simple takes away the cares of the day, relaxes us more than anything else we've tried and has been effortless to maintain.
We're Hotspring fans and cannot say enough good things about our unit without sounding like we're bragging. Thanks
This is our 3rd Hot Springs. First one was purchased back in the late 80's which we used until 1999. Was a little large for our needs. We down sized to a Jet Setter that we paid $4600 for. Kept it until Dec 2012 and decided to reward ourselves with a new Jet Setter. I was amazed that we were given $2500 for our 13 year Jet Setter. The old spa was great but the new Jet Setter is in a class of its own. More power, a touch bigger and beautiful. My wife and I use it 2 to 3 times every day. Both have Arthritis and without the spa it would be very difficult for us to enjoy our retirement life. I hope we are around in another 10 to 12 years to see what new features you have added. Keep up the great work. We are loyal to Hot Spring Spas. The dealer in Bristol Va was very professional in handling our sell and setting up the new spa. I can see why Hot Springs is the number one spa dealer in the world.

Well defined contours below water line facilitates positional moves; resilient pillow great for resting head/neck; dual moto jet gives excellent spinal massage and allows for varied water force adjustment; jets adjust easily; ACE system is silky smooth and helps mitigate dry skin issues but there is an adjustment time to balance ; well thought out tub ergonomics and jets allow for meeting ones physical needs/conditions/ailments; easily read top controls huge plus over older side controls; control panel has a learning curve; lights are fun to adjust to try and match the colors of the sunsets; useful beverage holders; some noise and vibration at the end with the controls but can be reduced w/a pillow and tweaking the side to side valve. Excellent improvements over the years!

Overall this is a nice spa. The motion jet seat is quite comfortable. I would have preferred to have 2 jet speeds. It would have been nice to have padded headrests for both people. We switched from the silver nitrate insert back to chlorine because we could never keep the spa in balance. Very easy to understand controls.

I've had this spa for about 2 months and use it on average 6 times a week. Accidently left the cover open over night once so not sure how much energy I wasted at that time. My electric bill that month was $50 more than the average, expected it to be around $26 more. We will see if my error is the cause of the extreme cost, if not I will be disappointed. Other wise I love the spa. I have to turn the jets down to suit my taste. My only complaint would be the moto massage only functions properly if the jet is turned up. Great product, delivered and set up with out any problems. So far it has been very easy to maintain due to the excellent customer service I've recieved. Highly recommend "The Spa Doctor" in Modesto CA. Steve got me a great price and Richard is always there to answer questions.
