I really thing we made a super purchase, the reason I say that is we looked at different models in the same class as the Jettsetter but were not impressed with there all around quality. What sets our hot tub apart is the all around quality. The Motto Massage is fantastic it gives you a complete workout on your whole back from your neck to your lower extremeties all the jets on the different seats are set just right to hit any part of the body you need worked on. My wife and I love it , use it every day.

I took a sawzall to the old redwood sided 8 foot tub we had - it was so old and rotted. This new Jetsetter is light years away from the old analog technology. I looked in the inside panel IT HAS COMPUTER CHIPS!. Digital technology is so efficient and easy to use.
At first I kept checking water specs but after the 1st week all settled in and holy cow I very seldom have to adjust anything - levels are so steady, unbelievable. I also attribute this to the ACE system. I highly recommend it. We use very little chemical - hardly ever!
About 225 gallons of water, compared to our old of 500 gallons - & don;t worry you can soak up to your neck if you want. We love our Jetsetter & so glad we got it.

I went from a Soverein to a Jetsetter. I loved the Soverien, but had problems with leakage. Hot Springs and the retailer; Baker Pool and Spa worked with me and we decided to replace the spa. I love the Jetsetter more because it is so easy to care for, takes up less space in my spa room and is very easy to use as a one person unit. It is spacious, great jet choices and easy to care for. I use the ozonator and Silk Balance and find it is eay to keep the water perfect. This spa is great for 1 or 2 people, 3 would be a little crowded but could work. I am happy with Hot Springs and with Baker Pool and Spa for making this a wonderful spa experience.

We replaced a 10 yr old unit and were very pleased with the upgrade. The back massager was a nice plus as we both suffer from back injuries. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable about the product. Great purchase decision all around.

First Time Hot Tub Owners

Overall we like our Jetsetter- it is just the right size for the two of us. Our biggest complaint or problem has been getting a handle on chemical use and water balance. We have followed the directions given to us but after less then two months use it appears we need to empty the tub, re-fill and start over again. We are using Spa Shock after every use, along with Silk Balance and Chlorine weekly (on different days). We are not excited about having to change water out every 6-8 weeks when we got the impression we would probable go 3-4 months.

Jetsetter is the perfect size

We've had our Jetsetter since '06. It is the perfect size for the 2 of us and big enough for 2 more friends if necessary. When the filters are clear, the back massager works fine, if they are even a little dirty it stops. We had it serviced once by the factory, their technician did a less than stellar job. When I returned from work, I found the side panel left open and screws and wire scraps/other debris were left laying on the deck, where my dogs were able to get to them before I could pick them up. I also found that instead of fixing the problem I had with the Ozonator, he disconnected it and attempted to hide the wiring so it wasn't evident. I was disappointed that the ozonator failed so soon after we had purchased the spa. Also found that several of the jets came apart, several nylon bearings from each falling into the water and eventually making their way into the filters.

Recently purchased and absolutely loving it! Love the lighting options, the different jets, and the quality of the product overall. I'm learning the water care needs, but this is because we're new owners and it just takes a little getting used to based on our specific usage.
If I had it to do over, I probably would've gotten the 220 panel vs. the 115, because the temp drops when the jets are on. I will likely upgrade this in the winter, which means another GFCI install. But live and learn.
Supremely happy with this product!

Very good product works well. Does not draw a lot of electricity. I get in it every night before going to bed. It provides relaxation so I can get a good nights sleep. The price was a little expensive but we thought it was well worth the benefits. We have had it for 3 1/2 years now and are enjoying it very much.

Everytime we enter our spa-world (which is very frequent) we still are amazed by the pulsating jets and the warmth. Muscle madness just leaves our bodies in a very relaxing way.

As my wife and I were approaching our 25 wedding anniversary and planning our big trip to celebrate, we inadvertently stopped at a Hot Springs dealer and looked at a hot tub. We have often thought about owning one. Well, through much thought, we decided instead of a week long trip and the memories that go along with it, we would get a Hot Springs portable spa instead. The Jetsetter is the perfect spa for our daily vacation trips to our back yard, building memories upon memories as we relax, spend quality time together and continue to build our marriage together. This spa has proven to be almost maintenance free, uses almost no power and fits exactly where we wanted it to be. What a perfect 25 year anniversary present!
