Bought this tub for my husband and I at a local home show and couldn't be happier with it. Although it takes a little getting used to the new salt system and balancing the chemicals were eager to use our spa on a daily basis. After using this spa for the first time, I was pretty discouraged because there is no comfortable seat that you can sit in and truly relax. The force of the Moto Massage literally pushes me out of the seat and if I turn it down low enough so it doesn’t, then it’s too low to be effective as a massager. I have tried many times over the last year and a half to find it comfortable, but I always get out of it frustrated. The overall quality is great, it’s just not a comfortable spa. I paid nearly $7000 for it, so you can imagine why my disappointment.

Thank you for providing feedback about your spa. You did not mention whether you did a "wet test" prior to purchase; most dealers offer this in a private room or to at least sit in a dry spa to help make the purchase decision. If you haven't already, do check with your dealer re: a possible trade-in to another model better suited to your specific needs.

We have had our Jetsetter for about 8 weeks now and I guess you can get A bad unit in anything you buy but I thought I was buying the best. It seem to work good for about 5 weeks than it quit heating. The power lite on the control panel and the front of the tub go out. Resetting the circuit breakers doesn't help. The water temp will drop to sometimes as low as 80 degrees. It will stay off 18 to 24 to 36 hours than just come back on by itself and work ok for 3 or 4 days than go of again. It is very undependable. The heater is A 230v hookup and I have checked power to the tub when it fails and it is ok. I have been to the dealer 3 times and they haven't been out to check anything yet. I payed A lot of money for something that I can only use when it decides to work.

Thanks for writing. I have spoken with your dealer and understand you did your own wiring + added an extra wire to the system. The dealer conferred with Watkins' Tech Support team on this; their recommendation was that you remove that additional wire as it is likely the cause of the condition you described. We don't believe you'll have problems with the spa once you remove the extra wire. The dealer remains available to assist and asked that you contact him right away if the spa does it again. He would like to examine the spa before you do any troubleshooting yourself.
I had a masterspa for 13 years and decided to downsize due to most family members moving away so after much research I found the jetsetter was rated abover the masterspa and I loved it so I thought it was a good fit. Upon setting up the spa I now find that 3 sets of jets don't work and so at this time I am very unhappy. I will be at the store tomorrow to see if we can resolve this issue.

I have owned two Hot Spring spas in the last 24 years. I use my spa daily and don't know what I would do without it. I am an avid tennis player and my spa makes it possible to play five days a week at the young age of 63. The quality is second to none and my Hot Spring dealer has never let me down. I would recommend a Hot Spring spa to anyone looking for the best.

My wife and I have used the Jetsetter every evening since we installed it on our deck three weeks ago. We are both runners and it is perfect for massaging those sore muscles after a workout. We have noticed two things since using the spa, first our aches and pains are eased significantly after using the spa and second we are both sleeping much better. So far no problems with the Jetsetter and look forward to many years of use.

I have owned several Hot Springs tubs from the 6-8 person to the jetsetter over the years with great pleasure. Unfortunately appears the quality and workmanship has dropped dramatically. Have had constant issues with lighting, water care salt system and ozonator and can't seem to get anything to last more than 6 months without breaking down.

Excellent purchase! After only a couple of weeks, my wife says she is sleeping better and both of us have noticed considerable changes in back discomfort. We both have back issues. Same pump as the bigger tubs so plenty of power.Thank you to the store staff which carried over to the great delivery staff for all their help and information. We dealt with the Greenville, SC store and will definitely send referrals their way.

Bought It for Relief of Pain Love it for The Best Sleep in Years

Was ready to move from TX to FL for warmer weather to help my knee and back pain. Friends talked me into buying a HotSprings Spa. While it has helped greatly reducing my pain, I would purchase it alone for the great sleep I get. At 67 getting to sleep quickly and staying asleep all night was something in my past. Now some nights I barely remember putting my head on the pillow and sleep thru most nights. My HotSprings spa has been everything and more as advertised. If you are thinking about buying one, don't wait, do it now.

My wife has always wanted a spa. So after hours of research and picking Kevin's brain at aloha pool and spa. I decided to go ahead and try it out. We went with the jetsetter since its just the 2 of us and like the compact size on the patio. I didn't think I would use it much as I bought it for the wife, but I have already gotten my money's worth out of it. Very relaxing, Don't know how we ever did without it. Best spa on the market. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the hot springs models.

We owned a competitors spa for about 5 years and were not pleased with it all. We decided to replace it with a Hot Springs and we are so glad we did. Our new Jetsetter is such a pleasure to use and maintain! The ACE system is simply amazing and allows me to spend more time enjoying our spa and less time being a water chemist. The water is crystal clear, with none of the heavy chemical smells we were used to in the old spa. Everything about the Jetsetter is about ease and quality, from the lighting to the cover and lifter. We couldn't be more pleased!

Easy to operate and care for. Perfect for seniors with age related aches and pains. The lid is light weight on this smallest of spas in the Highlife Collection. We are pleased with the minimal cost to operate.

Great tub, plumbing wise. Howevere I've had to have the service guys out here three times in two years for lights/electrical issues. Right now none of them lights work. The dealer has ordered the parts and will be here next week, but what happens after that? The lights have a two year warranty that expires in November.

Went from an old classic D to the jetsetter now that the kids are all gone. Love the jetsetter. Cannot have a better hot tub than a Hot Springs. Now have had one for over 30 years.

I bought this spa because it's small - fits perfectly on my patio; the therapeutic jets that run up and down you back - little piece of heaven there; and the ease of caring for the water. You really can't beat cleaning the filters and putting in only two products per week. That's it! No testing. Easy, Breezy. The regulators could be a better quality - for the price, I expected more! The handles come off, and they don't control the full spectrum from off to high. Overall, a good concept in the working.

With fibromyalgia, working at a computer all day was miserable. My neck and shoulders were constantly in muscle spasms. I would get up to walk, and felt like a 89 year old instead of a 59 year old. Since my purchase of the JetSetter, I get up every morning and spend 20-30 minutes in the hot tub with the jets on my shoulders and back, and this has helped me immensely with my comfort level while at work. Then of course, a night or two a week, i have a soak, just to relax. Overall - on a scale of 1-10 -- I rate my tub a 10.
