I use my 2004 Jetsetter daily, when i wake up and to go to sleep. I love the dependability, it is always ready for me no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend this hot tub to anyone looking for a perfect 2-3 person hot tub, (although we have had more in it). There is nothing better than enjoying a little soak and a cup of coffee before you head off to work! Thank you Hotspring for providing a top notch quality product that i can create memories in daily.

We purchased a Hot Spring Spa JetSetter 2 person Spa back in 1996 and it lasted until 2011. Now we have updated to the latest model and we could not be happier. We use it 2-3 times a week. Easy to maintain and comfortable.

We had discussed purchasing a hot tub for years, but had put it off fearing we could not afford one. After we finally gave in, we could not be happier! The price was reasonable for the quality of the unit and we look forward everyday to coming home and relaxing in our very own spa.

I first purchased a Hot Springs Jetsetter in 2000 and enjoyed it for many years. I acquired my current Jetsetter in the summer of 2013 and continue to thoroughly enjoy the recreational and health benefits of my own personal spa. This model includes an ACE Salt System which is well worth the incremental additional cost; the salt water is very soothing to the skin, particularly during harsher winter climates. I recommend the Jetsetter for anyone who wants the experience of a home spa but has limited space; it is not only fun to use but is easy to clean and maintain.

This is the third Hot Spring tub we have owned. First two were Prodigys and with our retirement we decided to downsize. This is perfect for two adults and we could not be more pleased! Our dealer, Baum Lumber, has been our place of purchase for the last two, and we would recommend them to anyone! They are the best, even provided us with start up kit, nice shirt and a coffee mug! Hot Springs is a quality product and, as far as we know, has the best warranty in the business! We love it! Thanks for letting us review it!!

"We love our Jetsetter". It has really helped me with the lower back troble I have been dealing with for years now. I use it every morning before work and every evening before bed. My wife joins me for the evening session and loves how it relaxes her before bed.

I am on my second Hot Springs Spa, last time a Sovereign, this time a Jetsetter. Have been using this one for 11 years now with minimal repairs. It is so lovely to go out in the morning and soak while watching the birds feed and the squirrels scamper. The jets are truly therapeutic both for myself and my massage clients.

We LOVE this spa! We use it everyday! This is our second HotSprings Spa, they are GREAT quality. Would never buy any other brand. I have severe Fibromyalgia, and I have had to go for periods of time not being able to be in it and I think I just can't make it, it help SO MUCH! It's priceless! Highly Reccomend!

We got our Hot Springs Spa to help with my wife's arthritis and it has, by her just spending 20 minutes at a time once or twice a day in the Spa, she has found it easier to go about her daily activities. It has also allowed her to get a better night's sleep with out the pains associated with her arthritis.
I also find it quiet relaxing and refreshing, and we were able to have it installed indoors. In a room that does allow us to open windows if we want that outdoor feeling or when the temperature drops as it did early this week to -7 keep them closed and still enjoy.
I would also like to add the individuals at Ohio Pools and Spa's located in Ohio have been wonderful, from sales to installation to assistance when we have had a question.

2013 Jetsetter

Purchased in Aug. Delivered in September. Enjoyed ever since.
We live on the central Oregon Coast. My wife and I (56 and 66) decided to buy a spa somewhere in the middle of the year. We researched many different manufacturers, sizes, capabilities and durabilities. We quickly landed on Hot Spring Spas as being the best combination of reputation, reviews, variety. Quality is a big thing with us generally. This purchase was going to be no exception.
Our closest dealer is Onsen Spas in Eugene, sixty miles away. They were and continue to be a pleasure to deal with. They first operated a hot tub rental facility. A couple of years later, 1983, they started selling HotSpring Spas. Thirty years. High quality operation. Full Service. No pressure sales. We had found a good place. We settled on the Jetsetter model pretty quick. It fit our particular requirements.
Whatever we got was going to locate on our small deck. We live in a hilly area. Access to the deck wasn't going to be easy, or so we thought. Anyway the Jetsetter was the perfect size. We thought originally that the 120v 20 amp circuit available on the deck would be sufficient. But further examination proved that we would have to extend a new circuit from our main panel. I decided that with a new circuit we might as well do a 240v 50a. I am an electrician; so this really wasn't so bad. We spent $400 on materials. Onsen provided the sub-panel. We were ready for delivery.
Don and Renee from Onsen came out to our site to make recommendations. The most important of which was how to get the Spa onto the deck. Don knew a crane operator who fit the bill perfectly. On the day of delivery all was ready. Don arrived on time and with a crew. The crane arrived shortly thereafter. In no more than a quarter hour the spa was in place on the deck and the crane operator left. Really it was quite impressive. We spend a little time stripping down the packaging, installing a cover and lifter device, positioning the spa and then a bit more time finishing the electrical hook up. All went well.
We filled the Jetsetter with water, which didn't take long. I got a tutorial in chemical usage for the tub. We turned the thing on. It worked. Heating up the tub was going to take a couple hours. We went over the operation of the spa and the cover. Don and his crew left. I was still a bit apprehensive of how it would all work out. But within a few days I had mastered the chemical regimen. The tub has worked flawlessly since.
We use the EverFresh system. The ozonator flows out of the drain on the floor of the spa. A silver Ion cartridge inserts in the constant flow filter. Add Sanitizing and pH chems. Done. We use very little chemical and have had zero problems with smell (as in none) or cloudy water or irritations of eyes or skin. It all is much easier than I thought it would be.
Right here I have to say that the trick to the chemicals is in getting the Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness within specification. It may take an hour or a day or maybe two, but before adding anything else get those two parameters in balance. Next Some DiChlor to activate the Silver Ion cartage and shock the water. After that I use MPS daily and pH up or pH down to keep the pH within spec. I check and balance the pH every day, use DiChlor once a week. Easy and neat. Really no problem at all.
Now here's a discovery. I highly recommend you upgrade to the TriX filters. It seems to reduce filter restriction significantly. The ozonator creates more bubbles and shows more flow. The tub heats more quickly and stays at temperature better. I know they filter better. Once a month the filters have to be cleaned. I spray them down with the appropriate filter cleaner and let it soak in for 15 minutes. Then I spray them with the garden hose in my driveway. Use a nozzle on hard spray, then just softly to rinse. Reinstall. Also, very easy.
We purchased the tub primarily to be therapeutic. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. My back is a constant source of pain. My doc and I have now gotten the worst of it under control, but the Jetsetter is a revelation. I call it my pain eraser. I use the tub every day I can. Sometimes twice a day. We don't have it very hot. 101 to 102 is where we settled for temperature.
We love the Jetsetter. Sure I wish it were larger, but it is the right combination of size, economy of usage, and heat for my back. I thought maybe I would taper off on usage for some reason. This has not happened. I look forward to getting in each day.
