Better design over my 1987 model with one exception

The pump/heater cover panel is horrible. I am sure whoever designed this
cover panel never put it on. It is at least a frustrating 2 person job and 3 would be better. Extremely difficult to hold as it is slippery and extremely difficult to line up the tabs with the holes. Sure is pretty though. I will be calling Hot Springs and asking where can I just screw it on the side. Would have been an easy thing to design for ease of assembly and still look pretty nice. Did no one vet this cover?

New experience owning a hot tub

Learning curve
1- Follow owners manual, review multiple times
2- Fill tub and drain tub prior to first time use
You will have better success maintaining the appropriate chemical levels
3- Go into Leslie pool supply. They will create a water profile to assist you in maintaining your spa
4- Review the Do's and Don't 's very helpful.

FYI - 3 person spa, fills up and drains quickly
Heating and cooling is fast as well. Larger the spa the longer it takes to make changes

We love our spa! The sales and install team were extremely helpful. We bought the smaller size and it's perfect for our family. It took us a little bit to figure out the chemicals for our use but now that we have, it's very simple. We are glad we went with the salt system as we're a family with sensitive skin. It's worth the extra cost.

Started leaking at less than 5 years. they repaired light gasket. Then leaked everywhere. we paid to have jets resealed but the leaking continued. Had to fill it daily. My first 2 Hotsprings tubs were well made and lasted years, not to sure about the current quality. Repair person said this leaking at end of warranty was common. Not sure if I want to replace it with same manufacture.

We use our Jetsetter hot tub most evenings and enjoy the companionship together. It is such a value for our aging muscles. We can always look forward to closing down our day with such wonderful health and emotional benefits. Helps with our sleep and preparation for the next day. Best present we ever gave ourselves.

No customer service HQ, told to go to dealer with problems, dealer reverses and washes his hands informs to call HQ regarding issues. Total passing the buck!

3 months ago I bought this hot tub and company Warranty service is horrible, still waiting on getting problems fixed that were apparent from the beginning of start up.

I owned a Jetsetter for 20 years and never had a single problem with it. When it came time to buy a new one I didn’t even shop around. I went directly to the nearest Hot Spring dealer. Jeff gave me a really good deal and I paid cash on the spot. I love my new spa!

My second hot springs tub

We had a larger Hot Springs tub for ten years which we gave to our daughter when we downsized seven years ago. The smaller jetsetter we installed in our new home has had recurrent leak problems, the cover became waterlogged after 5 years and now the control panel has died and I'm waiting 5 days for a call from the dealer. I'm looking into alternative small tubs.

I understand your concerns about the spa cover. Spa covers come with a 2-year warranty. Proper care can extend the cover's lifespan, but it will eventually need to be replaced.

"First you wash, then you bathe". A spa is not your bathtub. it is a place to relax and release. You 'bathe' in your spa after you shower to enjoy the full benefits of relaxation. Sometimes I don't turn on the jets as I just want to take in the heat and relax. My Jetsetter 3 person is ideal for my needs as I want a spa small enough to do the job AND maintain as I change the water completely and economically from time to time. Buy the best. Buy a Hot Springs Spa.

We love our jetsetter spa. It's rated for 3 people but perfect for 2. With its smaller footprint, this spa fits perfectly in our small patio area. Once we got familiar with the salt system and chemicals, it's been almost self-maintaining. We love the water quality and multiple jet options, and have been pleasantly surprised at how energy efficient the spa is.

Very easy to maintain even for senior citizens like us. Salt system leaves skin soft and silky. Moto- Massage works wonders on achy back and shoulders in just 15 minutes.

We have had several hot tubs over the years from other manufacturers. The Hot Spring Spa is definitely superior to all other brands. Quality, appearance, comfort, ease of operation and ease of maintenance. The salt water is so much softer and smells so much better than a traditional hot tub. And great service from our local dealer in Billings MT!

Had a jetsetter in the past, lost it in a wildfire. Setting up new home went with a less expensive spa… it was okay. However, decided we really missed the quality of our jetsetter and replaced the less expensive one ( after the pump failed a second time in 3 years) with a jetsetter—-not sorry one bit we use it everyday.

I just love my spa.!!! I had a Hot Springs Prodigy spa for 25 years. Loved it, but since the family has dwindled down to just me, I treated myself to a smaller spa The Jetsetter. Love it!! I have problems with my back and legs, so going into a nice hot spa, it has reduced my pain and I have more flexibility. The spa is so easy to maintain. I bought both my spas from Chesapeake Spa in Edgewater. MD and they have been just wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a wonderful, easy to care for hot tub, I highly recommend HotSpring Spas. As I said before, I have been a customer with them for over 25 years.
