We now own our third Hot Springs Spa and won't buy any other brand. We could still be using our first one, but we've left them as we've moved so we can get the newer model. Quality, durability, ease of use and great jets all describe our Jettsetter. We had a lot of trouble with our local dealer but the Hot Springs main office stepped up and now we use an out of town dealer for our supplies and it's painless. We love it!

We love our Jetsetter hot tub! there is plenty of room & the comfort is fantastic. It is so easy to maintain the correct chemicals. We recommend it to all of our friends.

Once we got our Jetsetter installed, maintenance has been a breeze. I use the test strips every few days and I'm able to keep it ready for use. My wife and I use it nearly every evening. I like it's low entry height the most.

We use our Jetsetter about 3-4 times a week and enjoy every minute of it! Maintenance is very easy. Lights at night are excellent too!

Small size, great efficiency and efficacy

I enjoy using the tube to relieve muscle and back pain relief and for the relaxation it provides. The tub has performed almost flawlessly for 5 years thus far. I had to replace one jet under warranty and now have a lack of motion problem with the moto jet which is out of warranty. The tub is located outdoors and despite the intense summer heat and tree debris the tub cover has held up very well. The control panel works fine but the button controls are not intuitively designed. Otherwise it has performed perfectly.

We got our Jetsetter over 4 years ago and have loved it. It is easy to operate, water maintenance is simple and we even have the original filters. We had an incident with a lightning strike on a nearby tree that knocked out the system, but luckily it was still covered under warranty and the components were replaced. The cover has kept its original look, despite the intense Florida sun, heat and algae, as we have cleaned it as instructed.
we are extremely happy with this product and use it on a daily basis.

The only one to own

This is my second Hotsprings brand spa in 16 years. We enjoyed a larger 6 person when my daughter and friends were young, she has this spa now at her own home and it operates as it did new. Now as I am older I love the 3 person Jetsetter. The Hotsprings brand has the best quality heaters and plumbing in the business as well as a lengthy warranty for peace of mind. You will never see a Hotsprings spa on the side of the road. They are traded in for different models or past onto the next generation like a quality made family heirloom.

Cozy little spa - perfect for two, but can hold more

My husband and I are in our Jetsetter Spa pretty much every evening. Because it's only the two of us using it, we shower very thoroughly before we go in and we don't use chemicals because they are hard on my skin. The tub is small enough that we can empty it every week or two and get fresh tub up and running and hot again in just a few hours.
We love it!

About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I asked my rheumatologist if a hot tub and/or sauna would soothe my aching joints and muscles. He said "yes" so upon the recommendation of our neighbor at the time we went to to HotSpring Spas in Billings, MT and picked out the hot tub that would fit perfectly on the cement area in our fenced in yard. After looking at the infrared saunas we also purchased one of those. My husband uses the sauna more than I do but whenever we sit in our hot tub after a long day at work or traveling he says "Have I ever told you what a good idea this was?" And yes, it also helps my joints and muscles. :)

We have had our Jetsetter for one year now and are extremely pleased with it. It is very easy to maintain and we had only one very minor problem with it early on which was immediately remedied and has not reoccurred. This is a great product for the price!
