fits just right in the space

i bought this for the dimensions as I wanted to reclaim an old greenhouse. I needed the tub to go in through a standard door and it did.
Given that the average number of bathers at any time is 1, the size is just right. I got it partly for the benefit it renders my ever worsening arthritis, and the effect is impressive.

Wife and I use it every night, located under covered porch.
I would have rated excellent across the board with the exception of the following:
-Started leaking after two years. Replaced pump *under warranty) and tightened loose hose. No leaks since.
-Sensor cable (white) in the filter compartment is beginning to deteriorate. Spa is 3 years old.

The ACE filtration system is AWESOME! No mess, no fuss, just add salt. The sonde is a little touchy and takes a few days before settling down to begin boosting chlorine levels. Be sure to clean in ph down regularly.

My 220V Jetsetter works great until I turn the jets on.
The heater warms it very fast, but the 110V GFCI in the plug that runs the jets gets very warm and trips after a few minutes.
This problem has been getting worse (it was infrequent at first) over the 18 months we have had the hot tub. I am going to try replacing the 110 cord with a new Watkins GFCI cord, maybe it is just a bad gfci device.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your Jetsetter; the issue with the GFCI could be one of a few issues including a loose connection. If you have not already, do call the dealership where you purchased the spa to schedule a service call asap. It may be covered under warranty. Re: controlling the spa remotely, we DO offer the Connextion Spa Remote, also through you dealer. Call Watkins or your authorized dealer for details! 800-999-4688, ext. 8432.

We are very pleased with our Jetsetter. It's perfect for the two of us. The care and maintenance needed is minimal and easily accomplished. The seating is very comfortable, and controls are a breeze to operate from anywhere in the spa. Thanks, Hot Springs for a quality product.

I just purchased a Jetsetter NXT from Healthmate Hot tubs in Greenbrook. I am a repeat customer and after 14 years I was ready to get a new model. Larry & Mike didn't try to oversell me and I felt that they were appreciative of my past business, I love my new tub, down- sizing from a 7 to a 3 seater and am amazed at the ease, comfort and power that this model generates. It heats up much faster that the six degrees per hour that I had heard. The delivery crew were nice guys who went out of their way to make sure that this unit was delivered safely and securely to the liocation on my deck. have a jetsetter nxt, i was on the fence on several hot tubs but i am so glad i spent the extra money and went with this model as the moto massage is just wonderful, the high efficient heater in my mind will pay over the years for the higher priced tub..... my back is feeling so great i use it every nite, and some morning too with a cup of java!

Love. love ,love my Hot Springs Jetsetter! Enjoy relaxing in it and watching our beautiful Florida sunsets as I enjoy a glass of wine and/or a good book. Have had ours for over a year and use it at least 3-4 times a week. My grandchildren think it is great and have named our home Rancho Relaxo with a sign hanging right next to our spa to prove it.

My Jetsetter is a 1989 model and is still working!! We love it. We have replaced a few minimal parts and a cover over the time we have owned this tub. It was the best investment we have ever made!

My backyard Jetsetter faces the flora on my creek so one of my favorite pastimes is to sit quietly in the soft, serene water and observe undetected, a doe and her fawn or once in awhile a buck, meander by to take a drink from the water trough I refill daily. This is absolute peace.
My hardworking back appreciates the soothing pulsating jets to relax my tight muscles. This is absolute relief.
It's wonderful to have a love of water and an affordable way to experience it every day. This is absolute joy.

When my wife and I first got together, 17 years ago, I had never owned a hot tub. She had an older one she had bought in a previous marriage. We recently have updated for about the third time, and I don't ever plan on not having one again!We are in our 60's and it cures any aching, sore spots that come. They should br a mandatory purchase for anyone 50+!

I love the Spa, but I have had some issues with the current one. The control panel had to be replaced a couple of months ago because it was tripping my fuse box and the back massage had to be fixed. Now the control panel is doing the same thing again and I haven't had time to call for service. I still like Hot Springs and I don't see me ever owning any other Spa in the future.

Both my wife and I really enjoy this hot tub. We both suffer from arthritis and this tub has really made our lives much better. We use it several times a week, more when our arthritis is acting up. A 20 minute soak is all it takes to chase the aches and pains away
