I absolutely love my new Jetsetter hot tub. It is easy to maintain and always at the ready for relaxation and entertaining. Yes you can find less expensive hot tubs, but you get what you pay for. This is the third HotSpring tub I've owned in the past 20 years. I have put a new tub at my house every time I have moved. Couldn't be happier!

I Love My Jetsetter!

I am an active senior who needs a good hot massage before my morning game of pickleball and the Jetsetter certainly fills the bill. We have a small deck off our bedroom and the smaller Jetsetter is a perfect fit. Installation wasn't easy but our local dealer, the Stove and Spa Center in Atascadro CA, rose to the challenge and did a great job. I enjoy the spa every morning after breakfast just to get the joints moving and sometimes again in the evening if I've had an especially active day. I love the spa!!

This was the perfect size for placing on our back patio. We checked around and all the other 3 person hot tubs we could find were not as deep. This one is perfect for us. We asked our friends which hot tub manufacturer they recommended and were told HotSpring was the only real choice to make.

and of course it feels good
cons: for some reason, I tend to float away (& up) from the jets when I lean my head back and sink down in the water - a minor point

It's perfect for a small house or a couple, and you can fit 4 in there if you have to. The smaller size is super easy to clean and refill, and with three filters, the water is super clean. As with any Hot Springs spa, the pumps are strong and well positioned. Great piece of gear!

After owning two Jaccuzzi Spa's over the years that we loved...we made the switch to our Hot Spring Jetsetter NXT about a year ago. We love it. My wife loves the varying seat heights and I love the moto massage jets both unavailable at Jacuzzi. The dealer only sold spas...not stoves, patio equipment, BBQ's, etc. They were professional and delivered just what they promised. Not cheap but certainly worth what we have invested.

My husband and I bought our spa for pain relief and relaxation. This is our first spa and we are very happy we made the purchase. Our experience with The Spa Shop in Port Angeles has been great from the beginning when we made the decision to research purchasing a spa. They have helped us every step of the way. After just a few weeks, the improvement is noticeable.

Looked at a number of different spas by different companies and talked to several neighbors and friends that have them. For the features, quality and longevity, Hot Spring was tops. Tried a friend's spa that was 9 months old and saw corroded rings, adjustments that didn't work, and poor workmanship, although it was an expensive spa. Not for my money! We've been very happy with our Hot Spring spa and have already recommended it to others. We use it every night for therapeutic reasons, both my wife and I. It has made a big difference in our lives and we look forward to enjoying it, not just through the seasons with our 4-season room, but throughout the years.

What a Way to Start the Day!

I had only been in a hot tub three times before purchasing my little Jetsetter. As of today I have only missed starting my day in it three times in six months - heavy rain & lightning! Initially I thought my husband and I would end our days here; but, the spa has become MINE! Because of joint problems, I wake in pain each morning and have found that if I head directly to the hot tub all is much better. My Rheumatologist wrote a prescription for me to convince my husband to purchase it. Now he is amazed at the improvement it has made in my life and I have managed to cut my pain medication in half!

First timer its awesome ! I find it pricy for what you get but its very relaxing before bed after a long day there should be pillows at every seat for your head and the cover brackets should not have to be removed in order to remove control area cover wireing path is poor design should be easier also wire diagrams were confusing but the tub looks and feels great

Good tub .Enjoying it very much. Think equipment area should be insulated a little better. Customer support very good.could be little deeper for people over 6 foot.

I have enjoyed using a hot tub at my parent's house for years in Canada and finally decided I needed one at my home. I did my research online, at the dealer and talked with my friends. I decided to go with the Hotspring Jetsetter because of the design, high quality components and most importantly the service from the dealer Hotsprings of Lexington. I wasn't just concerned about the sale process but years of service going forward. I am more than pleased with the experience so far with the dealer and with the hot tub itself. The size is perfect for my outdoor space and the different jet configurations for each seat offer versatility and enjoyment. Most everyone likes the motojet seat the best but each one delivers excellent relaxation. The only feature I wish it had was a lift mechanism for the cover. Its not difficult to remove the cover, it just could be more effortless. The water care was one area of concern for me being one more hassle that I didn't want to deal with but it has been a breeze. I had thought about getting a deal from Costco but am VERY glad I went with the Hotspring!!

Solid choice for couple with little entertaining to do

Purchased the 2015 Jetsetter Highlife saltwater version about 3 months ago and it is perfect size for my wife and I. (Adult kids when over as well) You can sit in all 4 corners to get a little different massage and turn sideways on either side to work other parts of body. Use at least once on weekends and maybe a weekday here or there. Still figuring out water care some but for most part just do each use and weekly recommendations and purrs like a kitten on green and on par with test strips. A little disappointed in dealer not following up any since dropping off as I didn't have electrician lined up to hook up the day of delivery so as to show me ropes on water care. Did go over as best he could with not filling it up yet. At any rate, We look forward to each and every use!
