Second Jetsetter

We bought our first Jetsetter in 1997. It was a "show model" from a local spa show and had been all over Northern California at fairgrounds and spa shows. We got a good price on it, but we only thought it would last a few years. Well, almost 20 years later, we were "forced" to get a new tub.

Of course, we looked around. But I knew we would get another Jetsetter. And we did. I LOVE THIS SPA! Even our delivery people said we got the best brand, and they deliver for EVERYONE. Yes, it's more pricey than we'd wanted and definitely more pricey than other brands, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. We couldn't be happier.

Love my Jetsetter

We bought the 3 person Jetsetter in June 2013 after my first back surgery. Both my husband and I have had back surgeries and our spa keeps us feeling relaxed and pain-free. I sit in our spa every morning and sometimes in the afternoon and evening. If I get cold during the day, I go sit in the spa which instantly warms me up so I'm ready for the rest of the day. This is the second Hot Springs Spa we have owned. The first Hot Spring spa we bought lasted over 10 years. We had a dial timer to keep it hot so it came on and off several times a day but it was always ready when we wanted to relax in our spa. After so many years, the motor began making quite a bit of noise so we decided to replace it with a new spa. Because of cost, we purchased another brand which only lasted 3 years before it began to leak which ruined our deck. Needless to say, it cost quite a bit more in the long run since we had to replace our spa and our deck. Hot Spring was the only choice. We chose to connect our Jetsetter to 220 electricity so it is continuously hot even if we sit in it for more than an hour. We also added the cover lifter which makes the cover easy to lift for one person. It is easy to clean and the cold water from the hose heats up in just a couple of hours. The Moto-massage is my favorite but I use all four areas in our spa even though it is only suppose to be a 3-person spa. The size is perfect for my short stature but also accommodates my taller husband. I will never buy anything other than a Hot Springs Spa again. I quite expect this spa to last us for many more years, well into our 70's.

Wonderfully simple to use and care for. There was no noticeable change in our electric bill with a half an hour of use daily. Best purchase ever made. We recently traded up to the jet setter NXT with delivery on Monday.

Fantastic Customer Service

I can't say enough good things about Carefree Spas and Tony Romilly. I bought my spa at an end of year sale last winter after getting an estimate from a contractor to install it. When the snow melted the estimate tripled! Tony set me up with certified electricians that came down to Santa Fe from Alcalde. The electrical installation seemed to be complete. The electrician said that I did not need a new panel or any modifications that the first contractor said I must have. However, when I filled up the tub only parts of the electrical system worked. I was very frustrated and when I called Tony he came out to my house on his day off and, after talking to a technician at Hot Springs, he switched the two breakers- and everything worked fine. The electricians could not see this error as the hot tub had to be empty to install, and the problem only became apparent when I filled it. Tony went above and beyond the call of duty for a salesman and I was able to enjoy my hot tub at last. He treated me like an old friend, not just a customer. Quality customer service is alive and well at Carefree Spas!

We love our hotspring hottub. Spend 3-4 nights in it. Definitely has helped my arthritis and back problems. Was disappointed with part of the sales experience but wow the product is awesome!

We use our spa at least twice a day. As avid tennis players it helps us stay in the game and sleep well at night. Living in Connecticut, it gets you outside, enabling you to enjoy nature year round. Wise investment!

I am from Phoenix Arizona ,move to Nashville Tennessee ,had a spa in Phoenix. Enjoyed it very much for about five years, when I moved here I put it off way too long went to Hot Springs spas ,found exactly what I needed and I enjoy the purchase very much should've done it a lot earlier..

We are first time buyers of a hot tub and are very pleased with our Jetsetter 3 .

It is very well insulated and very comfortable . We have no regrets for buying it from Hot Spring Spas on 6301 Menaul N. E. Albuquerque N. M. 87110 . Manager Chris Kakos was great and was very helpful on explaining the product and we felt it was perfect for us and our needs . After it was delivered he came and set-up the water treatment to the tub and explained the water testing process and chemical balance . We are very pleased with our Jetsetter 3 and recommend it to others to buy it . I also recommend dealing with this Hot Spring dealership .

Relaxing!!

We put the hot tub in our enclosed patio, affectionately called "the dugout", so that we can relax in it year round. It doesn't matter what the weather is outside, we can enjoy it at anytime. So far, it has met our expectations and has been a great place to relax and unwind in at the end of the day.

Down sized from a 8 person tub. Couldn't be happier with the quality and energy efficiency of our Jetsetter. There is very little maintenance even though my wife and I use it almost every day.

It's is my second Hotspring. When we moved and left our big tub behind, it was not long before we were back at the dealer.
I like the saltwater system, so easy and convenient. No chlorine odor or skin irritation. I would recommend Hotspring spas to anyone interested.

The jettsetter is my relaxation, stress reducing haven after a long day at work. It is the family meeting place where we catch up on the events of the day. It is my quiet place to just enjoy some "down" time by myself. We love everything about the jettsetter- it is just the right size for a cozy get together and the light effects just add to the atmosphere.

I thought about purchasing a spa for over 12 years and finally decided to in November 2015. I was extremely pleased with the Sales process and delivery. My only disappointment is that I was told my energy bill would only increase less than $20/month, but it went up quite a bit more; I'll probably have to keep reducing the static temperature to get that rate down. The Customer Service is exceptional.

43 years with four different hot tubs, redwood and acrylic. This Hot Spring unit is clearly the best! Almost NO maintenance and so easy to keep clean and ready to use. The overall quality is clearly better than the competition. I've had this Jetsetter JJ for nearly 10 years now, and it still looks new. Just one service call for a heater relay control board, and they covered part of the replacement cost even after 6 years! My local dealer in Vacaville is always pleasant to deal with and I could no be happier with the entire experience.

I have been tossing around the idea of a hot tub for (literally) years and, thanks to my lovely wife, finally made the leap. We read, researched, looked, reviewed, discussed and shopped until we finally found a tub ( so many choices) that fit us to perfection.

We couldn't be happier.

I work long hours and generally perform at a fast and furious pace all day long. Knowing that our hot tub awaits me after a long and stressful day is the epitomy of R&R. We have fallen into a calming routine of meeting each evening in our hot tub and unwinding.... Perfect!!!
