When we decided to buy the Tub, my wife Carol said its great for me but she's no a water person and will probably never get into it.
Now she wants to know what time we're getting in every night.
She is very disappointed when we can't get in due to thunder and lightening. Every other night we're in it. We love it.

This is my second Jettersetter . My first lasted 20 years it had the real redwood on the outside .My new Jetsetter is great ,love the back mess. jet that goes up and down my back, like my old Jetsetter but better. .I have back problems ,so when my back hurts I get in my Jetsetter. All the new jets this unit has over my old Jetsetter .And the fact that its longer so I can stretch out. What a great tub. I tell anyone I know looking to buy a hot tub to buy a Hot Spring there the best. Thanks HotSprings for building Great hot tubs .Dave

3rd one I bought. Would not have had to buy a third one if a desert kangaroo rat had not got into my last one and chewed up the plumbing. It destroyed all the electrical lines and plumbing that it was declared a write off. It'd cost more to repair than purchase a new one. I really loved my last one...I hope this one doesn't succumb to the rats :(

From start to finish, the team at Capital showed me the way to an informed buying decision. Having been a former Hot Springs owner, I was already convinced of the quality and functionality of the product. The selection of my new Jetsetter allowed me to get the spa I needed with minimum modifications at the price point I desired. The purchase/order/delivery/setup functions were all seamless and the product is beautifully designed. Its a great addition to my backyard. I am a very satisfied customer and thank the team at Capital for all their help.

The Jetsetter is fantastic

We went with the Jetsetter because we felt the size was intimate. My husband and I wanted a place to relax for just the 2 of us. We put the hot tub in our sunroom and due to the smaller size we still have plenty of room to walk around as well. HotSprings makes taking care of the water a breeze. I personally have a lot of neck and shoulder pain as well as headaches and since getting the Jetsetter I have not suffered as I did before. I would recommend a HotSpring Hot Tub to anyone looking for a place to relax and pain relief.

We were so impressed with our entire experience with the purchase of our HotSpring Jetsetter hot tub! Bonnee (our San Rafael, CA rep at Creative Energy) and her team were on top of everything and made the purchase and removal/installation process seamless. We had a hot tub for 14 years and desperately wanted a new one that was more cost effective to run. This one is! Also, can't recommend the ACE saltwater system enough!!! The water is beautiful to look at and feel. The smaller size, shorter height, saltwater system, and cost effectiveness of this hot tub was exactly what we wanted. We use our hot tub many times a day between our family of 5, way more than anyone else we know that has one. We find it an awesome way to relax in our back yard! :)

The spa started to leak after three years of service. The repair tech said my spa's has a poor design (no access panels). He also, said my spa will have to go into the shop and be taken apart. The service center told me there's a 30 day waiting list for pick-up.

Thank you for your review. Spa leaks can require side or bottom access. While the spa is fully insulated for maximum efficacy, it is accessible. Weather the spa is taken to a dealers shop for repair, is left up to that technician. Some repairs are best done in a controlled environment. I am sorry to hear that your spa is leaking and that service is 30 days out. I would like to see if there is anything I can do to help. Please look for an email from me. About 7 years ago we stayed at the "Tea Kettle" - a nice little house on the Big Island in Hawaii. They had a Jetsetter outside under a very attractive awning. We loved it and bought one the next year from Burton Pools in Springdale, Arkansas. We are just now replacing the cover and installing new filters. We have had only one issue about a year ago it was not heating and the ozoneator was disconnected. One service call corrected that. So we have been very happy with our Jetsetter spa.

Bought it 2003 apart from a pump and 2 new lids no more outlay. Use it 5 nights a week ,Change water 3 times a year. Know people who have other makes ,not nearly as good.

I have chronic arthritis in my lower back and in my shoulders and neck due to past injuries. I purchased this hot tub for the purpose of finding some relief from pain, and it has exceeded my expectations.

I have had it for one week mow. The massage jet is phenomenal and the relaxation level achieved after using this tub is the best ever.
The tub started right up and the water was hot in half the time estimated in the instructions. It is extremely quiet, even with the jets running full force.
I have had several hot tubs in my life but this one tops them all. Thank you HotSpring for a superior product!!!

This is true, it is not a done phrase. Our Hot Tube is the best purchase ever. We invested in our health, comfort, and relax time. We would like to upgrade our product, even when it is the best always the new one in bringing curiosity. I would like to know if there is a way to exchange the one we have for a new one with more features and benefits.
