Second tub with leakage issues

We have owned several Hot Springs tubs since the original tub in the 80's. Most we replaced because we moved and it was more better to leave the tum with the residence. These have been great with the exception of the last two. It is my impression that they units are become more complex without proper or enough engineering. LED lights are good but who needs multiple colors. Remote controls not worth the trouble they bring. More jets are not necessarily better.
We are happy with the energy efficiency, water temperature control is excellent. All is not bad. It probably would have been better if we have received this while we are dealing with a significant leak...
Our dealer has been supportive, this is a warranty issue...

My wife and myself love to get in our jet setter spa after a long day at work. Not only does it relieve the aches and pains along with stress relieve. I am sleeping much better at night.

One of my two favourite gimmicks ever....the AVM Fritz Box router and the Jetsetter

I just came inside from -20 deg Celsius, in snowy South Germany, having enjoyed my 1996 Jetsetter.
I bought it second hand 1999, the shell looks still like new. It is all built to last forever, I had to change the heater two times over the years due to the very hard water here. Every other year a few spills of "fix a leak" for the bleed line problem of the older Moto Massages, Everything else is perfekt.
If 86 percent of all Porsches ever built are still on the road, how can a company like watkins survive, building ever lasting products without having a chance to have them wrecked on the road....;-)
Thank you so much for countless hours comfortably staring to the stars in the sky in snowy or warm summer nights.
I would buy another one rights away, if I ever could get the shell to break.....Promise.

I use my hot tub year round! It's so relaxing and gives me a chance to wind down. The jets get everything from my shoulders to my feet! The best is during the winter....here in Pa. It can get pretty cold! I've even been out there when it snows! I have no regrets on this purchase! My girlfriend's daughter loves to join me when she stays over!

This is my 2nd Hotspring Jetsetter tub. I left the last one behind when I sold my house, but discovered I couldn't live without a hot tub. So I bought a new Hotspring Jetsetter. Although the one I bought was the same model as the one I had at my old house, the new one had some slight changes in the design which made me like it even more. The tub is very energy efficient. Although I keep the tub at approximately 85 degrees in the winter, it heats up very quickly to my preferred temperature (101) when I am ready to use it. The new tub requires a smaller volume of water, but the design gives it a deeper "well." I find I have been using the new tub even more often than I used the old one. I have arthritis, and the warm water and jet massage is so comforting. I view my hot tub as an investment in my well being.

I have had Hot Spring spas for 30 years. This is by far the most sophisticated, most energy-efficient and easiest to Maintain of any I've ever had. They are expensive but I believe they are the best.

We can't say enough good things about the tub. It is small and efficient and very easy to maintain. Nothing feels better before bedtime than a good soak. The jets are powerful enough to massage and the lights make for a great show.

We replaced our 16 year old Hot Spring with the next size down(fewer family living at home) and are very pleased. We use it everyday, even as the winter temps. are setting in. Very happy we went with Hot Spring our second time.

Every morning I indulge myself by spending 20 minutes in my Hot Spring Jetsetter and feel like a new woman each time! All the aches and pains of arthritis disappear and my entire body is embraced by the warmth and massaging motions of my hot tub. As a caregiver for my husband, I accumulate a lot of stress buildup in my body and immersing myself in my hot tub seems to malt all the stress away.
My Jetsetter is easy to maintain and is a welcome addition to our family!!

Water stays hot. Jets are plenty powerful & fully adjustable to no pressure. Comfortable for 2 adults, also can add a kid or two and still enjoy. Best combination of quality, warranty & price on the market.

My Jetsetter is a 2002 model. We use it A LOT! We have found that even after 14 years it provides us with great relaxation, best quality of sleep and great conversations between my husband and I. It still looks like the day we bought it, we have had to replace a circulation pump, a heater board and the cover once. For 14 years that's pretty awesome! We love it and continue to find the joy of owning a Hot Spring Spa!

We've had spa 2 weeks, very soothing, easy to maintain, water stays very clean. It would be nice if the water temperature could be set a little higher.

Thank you for your review. There is a way to adjust the water temperature to 106. You can hold the temperature up button. After a few seconds you will notice the number turn red and increase. This spa is pretty good. I chose it because of it's small size and nice features. The only thing I would change would be to have jets that could hit on the back of my neck. I am only 5'6" and with the water up to my chin and the jets adjusted to their highest angle I can only get the jets to hit on my upper back. Still it is awesome to start the day at sunrise and soak and stretch or to end the day with a soak before going to sleep.
