Hot Water Fill

Spray where hot water is introduced into the spa is directly under your knees and can be too hot. It should be located someplace else. Other than that, the Jetsetter is great!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your spa experience. We appreciate your feedback. The floor drain is also the heater return. You will feel warmer water coming from the drain. Much like when you're in a bathtub and the water is warmer coming from the faucet. Once is circulates with the rest of the spa it doesn't feel as hot. GREAT spa, with one small design flaw. vent where hot water enters the spa is right below my left knee; would like to see it in a different place.

A different brand

We had a Sun dance spa for over 20 years. But it was getting costly to operate, 360 gal of water and things were failing. The deal did not seem to want to sell us a spa very bad, so we looked at a different brand. Hot Springs was helpful and we liked the smaller size, with water and power. Over all we like the unit, some things would be nice to have on the unit. Over all are happy with the unit. The dealer was helpful, the tech were also helpful. We are older, so it takes us a little bit longer to get up to speed on the electronics. I would stay with this dealer, for care, and items we need.

We used to have a tub but moved and had to leave it. We missed it so much that we finally made the leap to get a new one, and we couldn't be happier! It's quiet, comfortable and just the right size.

Definitely make sure to install it as a 220 - the 110 setup just takes too long to heat. Our electrician wasn't available right away so we are temporarily plugging it into a dedicated outlet, and it took about 14 hours to heat. Now that we're on 220 it stays hot more easily.

I am happy to hear your are enjoying your new Jetsetter spa! The option of having your spa at 115 volt or 230 volt allows flexibility for the owner to choose a setting to fit their needs. While the initial start up process may take some time for the water to heat, either setting will appropriately maintain your spas temperature. There are other features and benefits to explore when deciding how to best set your spa.

Perfect for two!

I love my Jetsetter tub. I selected this model because it was the only high end tub that would fit through the door of the screened in porch in the house I was renting at the time.
It is perfectly sized for 1 couple. I tried 3 people in there once and we almost overflowed it.
I would love to upgrade to a tub large enough for 2-3 couples someday, but in the meantime this is perfect. The 250 gal capacity also means half the cost in chemicals and power!

#2 JETSETTER

This is my second jetsetter and it's better than my first one, 15 years ago.
My favorite time of the day is my morning coffee outside, even in the snow, sitting and relaxing in my Jetsetter.
Moving soon and you can bet I'll have another Hot Spring Spa at the new house.

I downsized from a 7 person spa to a 3 person spa and I am thrilled with the Jetsetter. The low profile makes it so easy to get in and out. I have the ACE salt water and my skin feels wonderful. There are so many nice features on a small spa.

This is a great first time spa. It is very easy to take care of. It is affordable enough to get and see if it is just what you wanted or if you want to upgrade to something that offers more bells and whistles.

Our Dealer allows you to trade it in if you want to replace or upgrade.

The perfect Spa for us

We chose the Jetsetter because we are retired and now live in an active adult community. We have no desire to entertain in the Spa so a 2-3 person / reclining Spas perfectly fits our needs. After a day of golf, pickleball, exercise or just hanging out we look forward to ending our day with a relaxing dip.

Should have gotten one a little deeper and one tested after manufacturing

The jetsetter fits well in our location but we wish it was about 4" deeper. I am 6-2 and don't get the full experience. Also it started leaking about 2 weeks after installation and it took us two more weeks to figure it out. By that time the temperature was down to the teens and the factory was on vacation. Our dealer finally got it fixed but we didn't have a hot tub for a month.

Well, we've had our hot tub for just a short time now, and love it :)
There is just the two of us, so the size is perfect. We love the variety of jets and the power that they deliver. The lighting that the hot tub came with is a nice effect, and adds a sense of aah and relaxation to the whole experience. We are so glad we choose Hot Spring as our choice in purchasing our tub. From start to follow-up, the company has been fantastic. Big thank you!

The Jetsetter is absolutely amazing! I never expected it to be so easy to use and maintain, but this is as close to effortless as it gets. My wife and I use the spa everyday and just cannot believe how fantastic it is for soaking away aches and pains. Everyday, we look forward to our nightly soaks in the moonlight. I shopped around and I can sincerely say the Jetsetter is the best value spa out there.

Our First Hot Tub the Jettsetter

I never thought I would be using my hot tub all year round. Its like being in a dream, to be in a hot tub any time of day or night, the winter weather was the best experience to feel the cool light snow on your skin, while being warm in the water, enjoying a beautiful winter night and enjoy looking at the clear sky and stars. It had to be the best gift to help me relax, reflect and enjoy. The salt water eases all the tension away. It really made me feel relaxed and confident to enjoy my day and night.

Jetsetter - Perfect for the Two of Us

We have owned our Jetsetter since 2011 which was bought to replace a HotSpot which we owned for 10 years. We selected the Jetsetter as it did not require steps and was easy entry. We enjoy our hot tub almost every single day (even though we live in southern Florida). It is great therapy for typical aches and pains but most importantly, it is very relaxing! The Jetsetter is very easy to clean and is perfect for the two of us!!
