Tub is very relaxing, controls are easy to use an self explanatory, I’m a big man an only thing that I would like a little deeper water level if I had it to do it over.

we had a different band before our jetsetter and the jetsetter so much better than the one we had before very easy to take care low maintenance and i tell ever one i know who are looking for a hot tub that i would get a HotSpring and you will be very happy with it i know we are

I use my jetsetter pretty much every day and when I can not (am out of town,etc.) I am just waiting for the moment that I can get back to it.
It has served me well, as did the Jetsetter I had before this one. Most importantly, I had a service issue that I addressed with the manufacturer and not only was my problem solved, but my expectations of them were way exceeded. I am an RN and believe me the physical and mental stress relief is just what the doctor ordered! When you purchase a Hot Springs spa, I feel that you are in partnership with the manufacturer to get the best possible experience with your spa. Can't say enough!

Absolutely Love Our Spa!!!

We've enjoyed a Jet-Setter 2-3 person Spa since 1998 when we purchased a new home - and had it put indoors in MA and the outside of it was of real redwood. We left it for the new owners then when we sold the home in 2010. We purchased a new Jet-Setter in 2011 from Pensacola Pools for our FL home and the improvements over time amazed us - we absolutely love it! We sold that home in Spring '17 and had it stored by the installer and just closed on our newly constructed home and can't wait to unpack and then have our spa back & re-located with us - we missed it so much. We use it year-round almost daily and the new spa is so easy to maintain it's a piece of cake (and ohhh - the joy and comfort it brings to us is incredible - hydrotherapy is so soothing)!

Bought this hot tub with a one year warranty it leaked after 6 months took them 2 months to fix it they exchanged it for a different one now that one just had the heater go out so in 20 months we had the main board go out the Heater relay board the whole tub and now a heater just to expensive to run

A Lemon of a Hot Tub

For an indoor hot tub, anything and everything has gone wrong with this Jetsetter mechanically. We have had to replace just about all the major components over 7 years. it has been out of commission more than working properly. The moto-massage has been broken most of the time, even after repair. The water chemistry was nowhere equal to our previous Jetsetter. We have mold on the inside of the cover and around the vinyl of the tub. Our late 1990's never had this problem. We are so dissatisfied with our Hot Springs that we will never buy another one. Our tub is for pain relief so it's even more crucial that it work properly. Out of 5 stars, this is a 1-poor.

This is our second HotSprings due to a move. The first (Prodigy) never had any issues/problems for the 10 years we owned the unit. Purchased another unit (Jetsetter) based on that build quality. Hopefully it will last as long.

We purchased the JetSetter a few months ago and have used it quite a bit. Even in the summer months it is relaxing and therapeutic. The purchase and set up was completely painless as The HotSpring guys took care of everything. They provided a complete tutorial on water care. We have the Ace water care system and it is totally idiot proof. The water is crystal clear with very little attention. Thanks Ryan, for a totally great experience!

My new Jestsetter replaced my 25 year old Hot Spring Sovereign. I couldn't be happier with the jettsetter. It is the perfect size for me but will also accommodate 2 additional people if I wish to share. Getting into and out of the Jetsetter is easy.. Once in the spa, time to lay back and forget the world and enjoy the water massage. It is easy to care for and with the ozonator, chemicals are applied in much less volume than with my old Sovereign. It is always ready when I am. I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas and the Jetsetter is perfect for Seniors looking for water therapy . Thanks Hot Spring !
