Great Hot Tub for the backyard family

We love our new HotSpring Prodigy Hot Tub. It is the perfect size for our family and our little backyard. The girls love playing in the hot tub while we are grillin' in the backyard. The jets are simply amazing and the deep seats are great for relaxing.

I finally got to replace my spa!

I bought my first HotSpring spa 18 years ago. I decided on a HotSpring spa based on my experience in my buddy’s spa over a period of about 6 years and a cross country move. The quality was unsurpassed. My Sovereign served us well for 18 years, but I finally decided to replace it. We picked a Prodigy which fits our atrium space perfectly. Last night, my wife and I enjoyed our first night in the new spa. It was amazing! We checked out all the jet options and seating positions. We also explored the various lighting options, which are really cool!. Here’s to brand loyalty and an easy shopping decision.

Ten years later, still best thing I ever bought

I've had my HotSpring Prodigy tub for about ten years and I'm still so happy with it. We had to replace the cover once so far, but other than an early malfunction with the electronic control pad (which was replaced under warranty) the tub was had no problems.

I have my HS tub now for more than 2 months I have only missed 2 days over this time frame. Talk about a stress reliever, turn up the music and just melt away. As the saying goes, why did I wait so long.

Replace of existing 18 year old hot tub

I recently upgraded my back deck with trex decking. In the process I had Hat City (dealer) remove my existing 18 year old hot tub for the construction. While removing I noted that it was time to consider replacing it. I have repaired the tub numerous times. However, the wood frame and bottom showed serious signs of rot. The dealer suggested I see their new line of HotSpring hot tubs. I did my research before the visit and was impressed with the structural quality, energy efficiency, features and matching color to my new Trex tiki torch color. We have always used our hot tub during the summer (grandchildren call hot pool) but especially during the winter. Delivered yesterday and got thumbs up from family. Hot tub surprising heated up from 61 to 95 degrees in about 4 hours don’t (impressive) My granddaughter (2 years old) accompanied me with her safety vest on in the hot tub. We were the first. Rest of the family came later in the day and joined the fun. They loved the features and comfort of the tub compared to the prior one. After everyone left, My wife (was preparing dinner for family ) went into the nude (preferred method) with her kindle and a glass of wine with some soothing lightening. She loved the additional depth of the new tub and the variety of the jets. She loved it! Looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

I use mine 2-3 times a day to ease my aches that have come with surgeries and maintaining an active lifestyle. My only regret is I didn't purchase it sooner.

One of best purchases ever made

I bought my hot tub in 1997 and it has been an amazing purchase. I've replaced the cover twice and had some minor work done on it, but, overall, it has been relatively trouble free and easy to maintain. Given that is is over 20 years old, it still looks good, the jets are powerful and if has offered hours of relaxation and enjoyment.
The T stat board is worn out and the part we need has been discontinued, so we're at a crossroads for what to do. No matter, we will always buy Hot Springs.

To go from the no name brand hot tub to the Hot Springs Prodigy was such a huge difference that we were left speechless. From the flawless delivery to the Tech help we could not be happier! The maintenance of our hot tub is so much easier than what we were used to that we now have more time to enjoy it.

We love love love our tub I have had it for over 15 yrs and its still going strong. we have Labrador retrievers and they cant get enough of it.

This is my second Hot Spring spa. My first one I bought used and it came with some broken accessories. I was willing to deal with them for the price I paid. After purchasing the new spa I was excited to get those accessories working. It was great for a few months and then it started to go down hill. Here is the list in order of when they broke. Moto massage broke, cover middle Velcro failed, tabs on filter slide broke, cover ripped at hinge point and pillow never stays on. I am really disappointed with the quality of this spa.

Hot Spring Continues to Excell

This is our third Hot Springs Spa over the last 25 years. Our first was a Prodigy bought in 1992, after a move, the second was a Jetsetter bought in 2000, now it's another Prodigy for 2017. The improved quality and functionality of the new Prodigy was the biggest factor in our choice to move back up to the Prodigy, A great product has been made fantastic!
