I very rarely write product reviews, but I thought I would share my warranty experience with Hot Springs. Meeting warranty expectations is a very good way to assess a company and its products. Overall I am quite happy with my tub. First, a fairly comprehensive 5 year warranty is nothing to sneeze at. A warranty call was needed about 18 months ago and it was dealt with seamlessly and thoroughly. But, about 3 months after my warranty expired, a leak developed. The dealer I bought the tub from said although they could not honor a recently expired warranty, they would contact Hot Springs.Indeed, they said thee company said they would honor the warranty even though technically it had expired. That is the hallmark of an extremely high quality company that believes in its products and values its customers. For the record, my warranty calls were most likely because I let the water chemistry get badly out of whack. So, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO CHEMISTRY, even if you did not like it in high school.

Love the Hotsprings Prodigy with MotoMassage!

This is my second Hot Tub (first Hot Springs) and it is by far superior to what I have had. Whoever designed the MotoMassage should get some kind of Congressional medal, it is wonderful and it really helps rid of my lower back pain! Also the quality of the spa is great inside and out!

We replaced our 19 year old Sovereign with a Prodigy. I didn’t even show around because we loved our old Hot Spring spa so much, and it lasted 19 years and two moves! We love the new spa.

We had a Hot Springs hot tub for about 18 years at our house in Tahoe..We only wish the old one gave out sooner because the new one is SO MUCH BETTER AND COOLER!

I have owned the Prodigy for about 8 years. I wake up at 5:00, work out, pray, then hit the hot tub every morning. 7 days a week! The jets do wonders for my aging bones.

Easy to use and maintain. Changing water and cleaning filters take time, but no way around that! Never had a mechanical problem when I owned by 1st tub for 7 years, no problem this time, so far. No problem expected either!

I’ve enjoyed my Prodigy hot tub for 18 years of service. Still in good shape after all that time after continuous nightly use. This hot tub has been moved from Indiana to New York and from there to North Carolina and then again to Georgia. I decided it was finally time to replace it this year. Of course I replaced it with the same model I had before. I could not be more happy with my purchase. Hot Spring really are the best product out there. When you consider the warranty and the excellent customer service it was a bargain. Thank you for making the buylin and delivery so pain free.

Major repair needed after two years

We purchased our house with a one year old Hot Springs spa in place. The original original owner left us the receipt. Within another year it started leaking and had to replace the heater and a light. Since we are not the original owner, we were told the warranty isn't transferable. I spoke with customer service and they were not helpful at all. I was informed that had I been the original owner, these repairs would have been covered under the warranty. We are stuck paying for the repairs.
I wouldn't recommend this product and won't buy one in the future.

Getting a hot tub was one of mine and my partners dreams!! We got one, we love it, and use it every night.
It helps us relax after a hard day and feels so luxurious we feel so lucky to have one and would highly recommend anyone getting one.

Glad to be back into the Hot Tub lifestyle

My wife and I had a Leisure Bay hot tub for 20+ years. However, it finally gave up the ghost a couple of years ago AND I was dealing with itchy skin from the Chlorine. After doing lots of research, we settled on the Hot Springs Prodigy with the ACE salt water system. It has proven to be an excellent choice and the folks at Georgia Spa were pros...their installation and service people are also top drawer.

After owning 2 other Hot Springs tubs with several failure your would think I would learn.
After working tirelessly up to Thanksgiving holiday, I was looking forward to free morning in our nice new tub.
11/2 weeks with new tub - Black screen - call Dealer - we'll order part.

I love using my hot tub for recovery following an high intensity Kungfu workout. I find myself sore and fatigued after my workouts and after going back and forth from my Prodigy spa to a cold plunge a few times, I feel like I'm ready to immediately train again.

Our 1986 Hot Springs Spa has lasted 32 years and we are only replacing it with a new Hot Springs model because the heater element has been discontinued, but no complaints. We didn't even shop around for a different, better spa because how do you beat that record.Simply the best

We purchased our Hot Springs spa used in 2013 and it was 14 years old then and still in great shape. We still use it almost daily and it works perfectly! We would never purchase any other spa except for Hot Springs ! We shop at the Daytona Beach store located on Ridgewood and Mike and his team are wonderful ! I would recommend them and their products to everyone!

My first experience with Hot Sping was with my parents’ hut tub in the late 90’s. It was so relaxing and I could not wait to get my own. I finally bought a Prodigy in 2010. It was the best money I ever spent! Got married and moved to a bigger house so we just signed a deal to trade in the Prodigy on a Grandee. Yes, we moved the Prodify with us. We were not willing to give it up. I have been very impressed with the quality and efficiency of Hot Spring spas. Maintenance is a breeze.
