I thought Jet would have more power stronger My lower back is bad the one single jet isnt strong enough

Thank you for your feedback. Having jets that hit the right spot and are strong enough for what you are looking for is important. You bring up a good point. When looking for a spa it is best to schedule a wet test so you can experience the spa before you take it some.

We had a hot springs classic for 19 years . No problems what so ever , old and started to leak ! We looked at other brands and they can’t compare to hot springs! We decided on the Prodigy and we just love it ! It’s just for my husband and I and it’s big enough for us. Jim at the Mayfield ShowRoom is very knowledgeable on all their spas

Our new Prodigy is a joy

We have owned three Hot Springs spas over 30+ years. The first one stayed with our home when we sold it and was the only item the buyers wanted us to leave behind! We purchased our second spa with moto massagers in 1998 and it gave us 20 years of incredible therapeutic pleasure. Our new Prodigy is a joy and Hot Springs replacing the cover under your two year warranty was amazing proof of how you stand by your products. Thank you so much and have a wonderful holiday season

This was the best purchase we ever made! We did a lot of looking around and decided to go with this tub!!! It’s comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Easy to use, easy to read the controller. Super easy to maintain!!

I like the moto-jet seat with armrests and the high seat next to the entry with 3 comforting jets. I also like being able to lay across the tub and put your feet on different jets.
I would like to have a deeper foot area with a jet or two for calves and more armrests in deep seats. I have also had issues with the easy glide cover hitting the tub and not being easy to open. I’m working with the service department to replace it, but it has been a hassle and is somewhat disappointing for such a great product.
I went from a Vanguard to a Prodigy with a move. I miss my Vanguard but the Prodigy is overall a good value and does the job for now.

Great tub, family of 3 wish it were a little bit bigger for company but very nice. Could use another spot for headrest. Jets are great! Still trying to master the cleaning but seems fairly easy. Overall great tub feel like it could be a little less expensive for the size.

We built our dream home in the mountains and have wanted a spa for many years, but could never find the right one. After many hours of deliberation we chose the Prodigy and we LOVE IT! We have the salt water system and it is so easy to care for. The quiet operation is a huge plus in our book. Would recommend Hot Spring Spas to anyone who is interested.

Our first hot tub and sourcing and buying was a bit of a mine field. However team at Hot Tubs Sterling were easily the best and most helpful. One year on we have been back for advice on the water treatment and the team’s after sales care has been faultless. Easy to deal with and always helpful. Great customer care and the product has been faultless.

2nd Hot Tub

Our first Hot Spings - Watkins Classic D Model Hot Tub lasted 34 years. It was built into our deck so we needed a replacement close to the same size to avoid lots of deck work. Joseph came out to the house - had the right tub for our specifications & it was delivered in a week. It is a Prodigy. Very easy to maintain. So many more jets and sprays than our first one. More energy efficient! Now we'll see if it lasts as long as our first.

i just took delivery of my 3rd - third - as in three hot springs hot tubs - the ever fabulous - PRODIGY...wait - it is not only my 3rd hot tub, it is the same model EACH TIME..!! this over more than 20 years at the same house/location. why? because when I bought my first prodigy I had to build a platform for it to sit on outside in my yard - so - each time I have decided to upgrade - I kept the prodigy model since I had the "infrastructure " for it. my most recent purchase ( truth is - it was a "used" one from a trade-in - I bet you cant tell ) they had changed the dimensions ever so slightly - nearly enough so that it wasn't going to fit. after a small adjustment - in it went - and prodigy the III is in service.
