The Absolute Best SPA!

We soak on an average of 5 days a week. It’s surprising how tremendously it has helped with many medical issues we were having. The Salt makes your skin soft and silky smooth. The jets hit the neck,legs and back perfectly. Sometimes we don’t even use the jets and just soak the evening away. The cleaning and adding saltwater is a breeze. The best part we saw an 🦉 owl the other night. I also have to add the other best part, the buying-setup was seamless. We live in Montana and the service is the best in the State! Hands down the best out of all businesses and I even own my own business . Friendly, respectful and know their product.

We bought the HotSpring Prodigy Spa and enjoy it just about every day. We love it in the Winter months especially. Summer mornings are awesome as well. Relaxes us whenever we get in. Would definitely do this again!

We use our spa almost daily. The jets are so plentiful and relaxing. Being able to adjust them to our needs so easily is a plus. Our sakes person has reached out to check on us and make sure all is working as it should and we’re happy with our Prodigy. She’s offered helpful tips. Delivery was great too.

Have been changing the water every 4 to 6 months. Very comfortable to use. Have one question no the lightbulb or light that’s in inside the spa. It doesn’t come on so I’m just curious as to what might be the problem. I’ve looked in the book and there’s nothing that deals with that light.

Started leaking the first year, took another year to have the dealer address it -
Hot Springs Spa & Patio Santa Barbara.
After 2- attempts, it is still leaking.
The manufacture Hot Springs Spa will not help!
says the dealer is responsible.
Going on 3 years now!

Spa leaked and doesn't heat properly.

After one week of use spa, started to leak. Dealer picked up spa and fixed leak after two-three weeks in the shop.
Spa now will not maintain temperature. Our outside temps are in the mid 30's, if I run the jets on low speed, the pump is very loud, and the spa loses temperature. Having spent over $15,000 on this spa, I am very disappointed .Also spa is slow to heat, yesterday it took 40 minutes to increase the temperature from 100 degrees to 102, with only myself in the spa.

I appreciate your feedback on the spa water temperature and heating, which is a good topic for the spa community. Depending on how your spa is connected, it can heat up by two to three degrees an hour, but it may take longer if the spa cover is open and the outside temperature is low.
The spa is well-insulated to hold the water temperature; however, if the cover is open and the jets are running, it will take longer for the spa to heat up and may not recover the lost heat until the cover is closed again.

Our new Prodigy tub is a huge improvement over our old spa, and the back massager is fantastic. Super relaxing! The removable control board is great, allows us to change settings from the comfort of wherever we’re sitting in the spa.

I never thought I would own a spa until we moved to the San Juans and it became a basic need. After a day of physical activity there’s nothing better than soaking in our spa on a brisk evening under the stars. Helps with better, more restful sleep not to mention inspiring great conversation while in the spa. Love the variety of therapeutic jet combos that take care of all aches and pains. Couldn’t live without it at this point.

Couldn't Be More Pleased!

I have osteoid and rheumatoid arthritis and, at age 73, purchased this salt water spa three months ago and now wish I had done so at least ten years earlier!! The therapeutic and pain relieving benefits to my hands and spine are wonderful and use it almost daily. I especially look forward to getting in the jets of hot water in the dead of the winter cold when my joints are most seriously affected.

Don’t waste your money

Unfortunately I’ve waited my entire life for a jacuzzi. So this year I finally bought one and it’s not worth the money at all. I’ve had so many issues since we got it in May. Getting the water balanced took over 2 months from the store it was purchased from. The clip on the front panel has broken 4 times and I’m still waiting for a new clip. The filters have been replaced twice!!! I’ve only had it for 5 months. Now the remote control face is peeling. So frustrating. Never again and I’ll never advise a potential buyer to purchase one. Save your money!

Our Prodigy spa has been everything we expected and more. Our ease of installation and support from Atlantic Spa and Billards has been outstanding.
The lower ratings for energy efficiency is because it’s just too new to know. The value was down a notch just because I was able to find the spa at a lower price outside of tithe Hot Spring marketing zone. Not a problem glad we purchased through ASB.
One concern, is the depth of the water posses a problem for users that are shorter in heights than others!

Our life is better here in Alaska as the days grow shorter and the termination dust creeps down the mountains, The flexibility to jump in a relaxing, rejuvenating tub, either during the day under blue skies or in a sprinkling rain (which we've had a lot of), or at night under the stars and soon to reveal themselves Norther Lights! A most special joy is having our 7 month old grandchild join us for a soak. She splashes and kicks...we expect she will learn to swim in this tub! Thank you Water Works and Hot Springs!

We waited and did our research before in investing in a spa. It was so tempting to go for one of the “deals” advertised or the tent sales. Very very glad we didn’t - you get what you pay for. Friends have a Hot Spring and it is 18 years old and in mint condition. Durability and efficiency are worth saving a few bucks We use it twice a day - and will for many years.

Our salesman did a poor job assessing our needs when we purchased our spa. It ended up being a three person spa because with the jet patterns you only have at most three jetted seats at a time. Now we are stuck with an expensive spa that only works best for two people
