When I was ready to purchase a hot tub the only decision I had to make was what style and options for a HOT SPRINGS SPA. My family has owned a Hot Springs Tub for over 33 years. I found my local sales store and and could see first hand all the options available to me. This made my choice very easy. I couldn't be happier with my selection.

Much needed calmness/relaxation

My husband created a bucket list this year as his ALS progresses. Top priority for him was to purchase a spa for me to I could enjoy some calm and relaxation beneath the stars at night. Being a full time care giver is stressful and he saw how I carried the stress in my body. My 30 min spa time has rid me of muscle pain and generalized bone pain so I can fall asleep easily. My granddaughters (6-12 years of age) love the different neck and back massagers in the spa. The youngest loves choosing what color lighting to turn on inside spa....best for her is when the three port water stream can also be colored with lights inside the ports . My husband made the best decision. I only wish he was able to physically join us in the spa.

The convenient touch screen allows easy adjustments for water temperature as well as jet positions and water pressure. The Prodigy Hot Spring is welcoming anytime of the day or night. My new Prodigy Spa

I purchased my first IHT Envoy Spa 2004. The Spa served me well for 17 years. I sold it with the house when I moved. Missing the comfort and convenience of having a spa at the new home, I hesitated buying one because I wasn't certain the electric service could support the additional load. I consulted with an electrician who was doing other work for me, and he told me that the service could handle an additional 50 amp breaker.
I immediately set off to the IHT showroom. I knew that the space on my covered patio was limited and that I would only have room for a mid-size spa. The first one I noticed in the showroom was Prodigy. The dimensions fit my space perfectly. I was in and out of the showroom within 1/2 hour.
My new spa arrived a couple days later and it was hooked up operational yesterday. I'm so happy! looking forward to many years of comfort.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Courtney at the Murfreesboro location. I went in with a slightly more complex set-up for my future spa, and she took the time to ask all the questions needed to make it as beautiful and functional as I was imagining it could be. I knew going in that the product was superior based on research, but the patience and knowledge displayed by Courtney has made the whole experience stress-free for such an in-depth project!
The Prodigy is the perfect size for my family's need and I appreciated not being oversold or pressured in any way. I know this is something we will enjoy for decades to come!

This is my second Hot Springs Spa - This one is far superior to any I’ve ever owned. From the tub to all the water electronics and water chemistry gone for me, I just love getting In and knowing everything is working right. Plus I love the app being able to see the status of the tub wherever I am. I don’t know how it could be any better ….

First time with salt water system

I got my spa in May 2024 and have never used shock, ph up or down, alkalinity up or down. The test strip is perfect every time. The water quality is clear and fresh. My skin is soft and hydrated.

Disappointing Experience with Hot Springs Hot Tub!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my Hot Springs hot tub, which I purchased 11/2020 and waited 7 months for delivery. While I was initially excited to relax and unwind in my new hot tub, the experience has been a nightmare due to numerous leaks and problems with the controller and the cover.
The issues started about 1 year after installation, with water leaking from the jets and hoses. I've had to call the customer service multiple times, and while they've sent technicians to fix the issues, the problems persist. The cover was cracked all over within 2 years which allowed rain water to over fill the tub. I am currently using a cover from my old tub as Hot Springs refuses to replace there inferior top. At this time I am currently dealing with another leak that the technician can't seem to locate.
As the end of my warranty approaching I am very concerned that these problems will persist with me having to pay even more for a very expensive hot tub. I paid $11,000.00 for what I thought was a quality product.
Hot Springs customer service is no longer responding to my e-mails.
I've tried to give Hot Springs the benefit of the doubt, but the constant issues and lack of response from Watkins Glen have made it impossible for me to enjoy my hot tub. I would not recommend this product to anyone and would advise others to explore alternative options.

Leaks with no reasonable path for repair!

We were happy with the tub until it started leaking. We guess it may have been caused by rare freezing temperatures here in Seattle. It seems the foam "insulation" is inadequate and prevents leak location and repairs. Due to the foam, it is ridiculously expensive to repair. Beware. Thousands of dollars to repair. Poor design.

However, a spa without power can retain its heat for about 2 to 3 days before freezing, depending on the outside weather and cover fit, providing you with enough time to resolve the power problem and prevent freezing.

I have been in the Hot Tub industry for almost six years. I have experience with servicing all Spa brands. In that experience, I have found that Hot Spring Spas are of the highest quality and also the best dealer/technical support. I have also owned a 2006 Prodigy and loved every minute of it. Have also had the pleasure of testing out the Salt System and the soaking experience is unmatched! Thank you Hot Spring for providing the absolute best hot tub ownership experience!!!

My 2021 Spa is still leaking!

After contacting and waiting for the dealer to work on my leak for almost 2 years now.
It still leaks!
Hot Springs Spas will not take responsibility!
They tell me the "Dealer" must handle it!
I want the Spa out of here to be worked on!

Leaking Prodigy Hot Tub

I purchased a 2022 Prodigy model last year from Pensacola Pools in Foley, Alabama. I enjoy the tub and it is fairly easy to maintain. I am a regular user typically using the tub at least twice a week. I noticed in early November that water was pooling on the tile floor that the spa is seated on. At first, I thought it was condensation but early December I found the water level in the spa was dropping. The leak is not 'gushing' but I typically have to mop up the tile at least twice a day. I called Pensacola Pools in Foley and they informed that they no longer do warranty work on Hot Springs spas. They gave me a number to a company in Gulf Breeze, FL, that does Hot Springs warranty. I did call that company and I was told that they could come out and repair the leaking spa. However, even though the company said the Prodigy spa is still under warranty, but they also added it would cost me $435.00 for travel fees from Gulf Breeze to my house in Gulf Shores - a distance of about forty miles (average drive time is about an hour). I thought the travel fees quoted was very high considering the distance travel to my home in Gulf Shores. I still haven't committed to the repairs by the company referred by Pensacola Pools due to the travel fees. Does Hot Springs have another local warranty provider in the Gulf Shores area? I don't have the company's name, but their phone number is (850) 916-9816. Again, my hot tub is a 2022 Hot Springs Prodigy model, serial number HN22D4221158.

We're glad we choose the Prodigy for our spa needs. It performs well and we enjoy the different jet locations and pressure adjustments. The salt system works great and is low maintenance. Would highly recommend this spa.
