Have had our hot tub for 4 years enjoy it a lot. Only have had it services once easy to take care of it. Had two hips replaced and the hot tub helped my recovering time a great easier. Would highly recommend this

We've owned our spa for 5 years and have enjoyed it immensely. It's great to jump into after a hard day of working, when you need a good massage of the feet and body.
We had a different brand of spa previously and the Hot Spring is way easier to take care of and maintain. We would definitely recommend this spa.

I've had both the Soviiergn and a Prodigy over the 25 years that I've loved Hot Tubbing. Hot Springs makes an outstanding product that carries a wonderful warranty on their product. It requires minimal maintenance and is easy to care for.
Can't go wrong with a Hot Springs Spa!!!!

This is my 3rd Hot Spring Spa, all of them have been great but, I think I like the Prodigy the best of all of them. It is always Hot and Ready when I go out to use it, which is almost every night. The water maintenance is so easy. Best of all the is the Hot Spring Dealers, the three Hot Tubs have been purchased from 3 different dealers and they have all been great. Thank You Hot Spring Spas for picking great dealers to sell your Hot Tubs.

Why did I wait so long for a Spa!

I have pondered for sometime about purchasing a spa, but held off as I thought the whole process of setting up and maintaining would be a complete pain and dealing with the chemicals would be beyond me, but how wrong I was. Having visited HotSprings in Derby, after a friend recommended them, I was dealt with by the lovely Anita who guided me through the whole process where I was able to make an informed decision about which spa to purchase. I went for a Prodigy and the Ace Salt system; what a great choice. The guys who delivered and fitted it were 'spot-on' and Anita and Martin at the office have been excellent. The spa has been in situ 19 days and I have been in it 17 days so far, sometimes twice a day. I sleep better and have less aches and pains and with the Ace system its a dream to look after.Complete bliss to get into after a hard day's work. Best purchase in a long time - thanks for your help Anita

Our 1st Hot Tub

We purchased our first hot tub from Hotsprings at the end of May 2014 and at the time of writing this review we have had it up and running for about 6 weeks. It is everything we thought it would be and everything the shop said it would be. We have only had one day when we haven't been in it and it provides some wonderfully quiet time to sit and chat outside in the lovely warmth it provides. The staff in Derby where we bought from were really helpful and more than happy to spend time explaining everything we needed to know, both about the models available and how to look after the water and filters. The quality of build is noticeable in every moment spent in the tub, we have taken numerous hot tub breaks across the UK but none of the tubs have been of the same quality at the one we now own. We love every day with it and funnily enough so do most of our family and friends. We couldn't recommend owning one of these highly enough. Thanks to all at Little Eaton for your help and advice.

will not even think about starting a day without first taking a Hot Tub, Best way to sum it up is : I can touch my toes when I am in the hot tub and for a short time after I get out. This is not even an option with a good soak in my Hot Tub first

This is the third Hot Springs hot tub I've owned; I think they are very well made. Initially I had the ACE salt water system, but it was tricky to balance. I spoke with my retailer (Creative Energy in San Rafael, CA) and they were great. They switched out the ACE for a Silk Balance water system and I love it. I did not have room for another 220 outlet in my electrical box. The Prodigy runs on 110 and I have had no problems; it heats up in approx, 12-14 hours. Hot tubs do take a lot of energy to keep heated, but for me the benefits of having my own hot tub is worth it. I am sure other brands cost more because if you look on the underside of the Hot Springs product, you will see how well insulated it is. Not all hot tubs are.

Thanks for a detailed review of your Prodigy spa. Though it does take a few hours to heat up initially, it will maintain the water temperature when the spa is not in use and the insulated cover is in place. We wish you many more years of hot tub enjoyment in the Prodigy spa!

We have had our Prodigy spa for two years now. It was not an easy purchase to make. There were so many choices. Olympic Hot Tub was fantastic! They answered every question and had unlimited patience. We went in for a soak test twice. After two years of ownership, we have absolutely no regrets and more importantly no problems what so ever. The water care is easy. The energy usage was exactly as advertised. The quality is excellent. My fear was that we would stop using it after the novelty wore off. This has not been the case. We still use it 4 or 5 times a week and truly look forward to the next soak!

Suffering with a muscular disorder is painful and even affects sleep.

We love our Prodigy Hot Tub! Initially we have a part that needed to be replaced (the temperature sensor), but once that was fixed, we have been very happy with his product - very easy to take care of and very enjoyable to use! We try to use it as much as possible in our frigid Northeastern climate!

Tub had major problem but was quickly fixed by American Sales

This is my second Hot Springs hot tub. We came home from vacation to find all the breakers off and found that the tub was almost drained of water. It turned out the seal on the heater had blown and the water just ran out, problem was that it was below zero.
American Sales got someone out here in a day to find the problem and replace the heater. Filled tub again and all worked fine- no problems as of yet.
Thank heavens it was a Hot Springs tub, well insulated etc and it survived in tact.

Spot on assessment of the Prodigy's energy efficiency! When you set the water temperature and then keep the cover on it when not in use, the spa will maintain that reading to within 1-2 degrees of your desired setting; ready to use when you're ready to hop in and relax! Thanks for sharing!

My Prodigy

I have had two of these and the second had many enhancements over the first. Excellent design and superb water maintenance system. Very simple and convenient with just Super Shock and Silk Balance. The Ozonator is a great system as well and combined with the Silk Balance eliminates the use of chlorine or bromine. Lighting system is greatly improved over the previous model. Warranty service has covered the control panel and bar top light replacements.
I have been very pleased with the product and impressed with the service provided.
