2011 Prodigy has had untold number of service calls. Replaced control panel twice, bar top light, and now the ozonator. The spa leaked on the day it was installed because a rubber washer was not seated. Bubbling sounds in the wall that haven't always been there. I know it's a lemon and built on a Monday.

This is my third Hot Spring spa. The quality of Hot Spring's products is unsurpassed. My first, a Jetsetter, is still going strong after 20+ years. I look forward to many, many years of "healing waters." We LOVE our new Prodigy (so does the kitten)!

I am an active person with lots of secondary muscle pain. So when I get out and play hard, it's good to relax in a tub that is comfortable, with a great assortment of jets, and the option of a salt water chlorinating system and having bluetooth speakers play my music - It doesn't get better than this. Great quality hot tub, pretty easy to maintain once you figure out the initial chemical balance. Pricey, but worth every penny! David Rosas -sales associate in Roseville has been amazing and has been able to answer and provide me with all the resources I need to fully enjoy my hot tub.

Our Hot Springs Prodigy is everything we expected in a hot tub! It's so relaxing and helps our aging and stiff joints. Our extended family also loves to use it when visiting.

After our old Hot Springs hot tub suddenly expired, we began the search for a replacement. We looked no farther than our Hot Springs dealer because of the quality of our previous hot tub and the helpfulness and caring of our Hot Springs dealer. This hot tub has met and exceeded all our expectations, from the lighted up display, to the ease of temperature control and being able to control the jets. It is much easier to do the weekly maintenance. We absolutely love our new hot tub!!

We have had our Pridigy for over 10 years and the performance has been outstanding - - no probllems whatsoever. My morning is not complete if I cannot start it with a cup of coffee in my hot tub.

I bought my spa last April for my wife. Her only requirement was that it be salt water. I agreed and I love the ease of care due to the salt water system. Keeping it balanced is easy, there are not a boat load of chemicals, there is not a chemical smell when you get in and the best benefit of all, is you feel relaxed and your skin is soft when you get out. The ability to relax and unwind at the end of the day is the greatest, Thanks to Hot Springs, our quality of life is much better.

We've been using our tub for about 4 months now and love it. It took about a month to really get a handle on water care since we have the ACE system. The jets are quite powerful and provide a nice massage. The only downside to powerful jets is staying seated without floating away from the seat. There really isn't anything to hold on to to stabilize yourself! But that doesn't detract from our enjoyment of our spa.

This is an excellent spa. I previously owned a highlife spa for 23 years so I know they are well made. One slight complaint...The recirculation system is too sensitive to flow through the filters. When the recirc system trips because the filters are plugged (that is plugged per hot springs standards) I have not been able to get them clean enough and have been forced to buy a new filter for the primary filter in the set.

Hello loyal Hot Spring spa owner; thank you for your candid feedback on your Prodigy model spa! We recommend cleaning your filters once every 30 days. Spa filters are a wearable item, thus when initially cleaning the filter does not resolve the spa going into protection mode, you would need to replace them with a new set. Even though we installed our hot tub in the hot summer, we have enjoyed it. We hope to enjoy joy it more as the weather cools. Had a small problem but the merchant we purchased from fixed it right away. Was very happy with the customer service.
