I just purchased my fourth Hot Spring spa. I purchased my first Prodigy in 1986 and it has performed great ever since. A couple years later we moved it to our lake cabin in Northern Wisconsin. We then purchased another Prodigy to replace it at home. After that, we bought a townhouse in the mountains and it came with a Hot Springs Sovereign. The original tub has finally just worn out after 30 years. I have a few leaks that i can't find, and the heater had burned out a couple times so we decided to upgrade wit this new Prodigy. I guess it tells the story of my satisfaction if I still purchased Hot Springs.

Best purchase in a long time. Can be tricky getting into and out of, but I was wise enough to purchase the stairs and the safety grab bar to go with the spa. If you have arthritis or sore joints, this hot tub is wonderful.

We love our spa, purchased ours for health related issues. It helps with muscle,nerve and warm water support. The spa is our oasis from pain and for relaxation.Best purchase ever.

Love love love period..relaxation, pain relief,beautiful quality,awesome muscle relaxing! So many more words to describe how many benefits we receive from our gift to each other.. just a few months after we got our hot tub I became a prisoner to a debilitating neck injury which resulted in 2 major surgeries and over a year's worth of rehabilitation physical therapy. .. as soon as doctors cleared me back to our tub I went..just what my body,heart and soul needed.. hubby built ramp and railings around area and the warm water really enables me to do exercises in the water and maintain flexibility. .. thx for such an amazing hot tub...it really works for our lives. .

The Good Life

I owned a HotSpring when I lived in Alexandria, VA 10 years ago and loved it. Used it all year round. So when I moved to Paradise - Key West - I insisted on another HotSpring spa. I was afraid that in this tropical weather we would not be able to use it in the summer but I was so wrong. We just turned the hot tup thermostat to 80 and it has stayed about 89-94 degrees, which we've found is perfect for this time of year. Now we are inching it up to keep it at about 95 (its October but still hot here in Key West) and its perfect. I have no doubt we will continue to use our Prodigy 4, 5, and 6 days a week throughout the rest of the year. We can't wait to use it on those chilly winter nights here when the temperature gets down into the low 60's. Brrr... the hot tub will be so nice then. All our neighbors are jealous and can't believe how nice it looks and performs. The Ace Water system is a dream to maintain. Much less maintenance than my older model. The jets. The lights. The CoverCradle2. Everything is so great with this unit. I don't know why anyone would settle for anything less than a HotSpring. We heart you HotSpring. Our Prodigy has been a great edition to our new home and truly makes it our own little paradise.

My wife and I have had our new Hot Springs Prodigy Spa for about 1 month--we use it 1-2 times a day and we LOVE IT !! Quiet, comfortable and the water is sparkling clean--we live out in the pine woods of the Sierra Nevada mountains of California at 5000 feet--we would recommend this spa to anyone !!

this hot tub is great! Each seat has a different massage. The temperature, and other options are really easy to understand and employ.The maintenance is really simple and really common sense. and very visual with certain chemical additives you add once in a while. All my fears were unfounded. The dealer is really always accessible and friendly with any inquiry, any t ime. Very glad we bought from them. They are honest, helpful and dependable. Really helped with the hookup also. very well satisfied.

This is my second hot tub (I wore the other one out). I had a Jetsetter for myself when I was a family of one. Now with 4 grandchildren, my son and daughter-in-law, we upgraded the Jetsetter with the Prodigy!
I wouldn't own any other hot tub. The quality and craftsmanship of the Hot Spring brand is comparative to none. I have never needed any service. Basic maintenance with the Ace Salt system is easy and better on my "old" skin ;-) !

We bought our spa used from an authorized dealer and have now owned it for 6 years. It is easy to maintain and have only needed to call a serviceman one time. I would recommend Hot Spring spas.

14 years later; a new one!

Bought our first Prodigy 14 years ago. It broke beyond economical repair 2 months ago. Two days ago we took delivery of our new Prodigy from the same dealer ( if it ain't broke- don't fix it) . We love the extra depth, added features, and better energy efficiency! Our 1st spa needed 5 repairs under warranty in the last 14 years and our dealer was always there , on time, and with a smile.
I expect the same quality, and service for the next 14 years with my new HotSprings Prodigy!
