Even though we've owned the Hot Springs Sovereign spa for a few months now, it was set up fairly recently, so we've only been in it a few times to date.
We have, however, enjoyed our time in the spa, but are still learning various functions and how to best use them.
We're very much looking forward to learning about and using the spa more frequently going forward, it seems to be very well made and we're very happy with our purchase decision so far!

No Brainer to go with Hot Spring

19 years ago we bought a Tiger River spa and finally wore it out. It was a no brainer to go with Hot Springs. We got a great deal on a 2018 Sovereign. We are really enjoying it (re-experience the joys of working jets). The biggest surprise is the water fall feature. Did not factor into the purchase, but I have to say that I really enjoy watching it at night with the lights on. Fun.

Felt like the dealer abandoned us after delivery and payment. Tub controls change on their own and we are unable to fix it. Had to drain and re fill the spa due to installers wrong instructions. Not happy with paying for top of the line spa with bottom of the line service.

There is no other spa

I bought a Sovereign in 1990. I loved it. It was still working but I decided to get a new one with all of the new design and technology. It is great as I knew it would be. Could I have purchased a cheaper spa? Sure, but there is nothing like A HotSpring spa.

One purchase I am not unhappy with!

Purchasing this hot tub from Hesselson's in Elmira Heights, NY was one of the best decisions I have made this year. The Hesselson's team was awesome and always helpful in answering questions. Truly a top notch, experienced team.
Our HotSprings hot tub has provided us with many hours of quality family time in a relaxing environment.
We started out in late summer at lower water temp and have slowly moved it up as we roll into the fall.
We find ourselves making time both morning and night to hop in for a soak.

Bought a Sovereign in 1991 and it is still going strong! Sold my house & hot tub last fall. We just purchased a new Sovereign!! Had such great service, we can’t wait to try out the new one.

18 years owning a HotSpring Sovereign

We purchased our first ever hot tub, a Hot Spring Sovereign, after months of research and a test 'dip' at the then Chelmsford showroom. We decided on a Sovereign model and could not have been happier. One new heater and one new booster pump in 18 years has resulted in this being the cheapest hot tub any of our friends have owned by a country mile. Still going strong save a few maintenance bits like a new cover now needed and a few jets need replacing - not a lot for 18 years service.
Would highly recommend this tub.

Very nice. Once we made the decision, we could not wait to get it. It's rated to be energy efficient, but we've not had it long enough to tell. We've been enjoying soaking in it morning and night and can't wait to try it this winter.

Triumph spa is great!

I had to select the Sovereign because the new Triumph was not listed. The spa is great! My wife has mobility issues and the low profile of the Triumph is great. She can get in and out with ease using the handle.

Congradulations HotSpring, We just replaced our 1999 Sovereign with a 2019 Highlife Sovereign Spa. THATS A 19 1/2 YEARS OF USE.
In our opinion, when HotSpring redesigns the spa, we would like to see an additional Jetstream along the bottom of the spa (e) page 23,
Get rid of the water feature to accommodate a second Jetsream.
We would like to see the SmartJet lever have 4 positions, with the Jetsream jets in one position, Soothingstream and 3 Jet cluster in another position, Hydomassage and Moto massage in another position, ETC>
We find the foot jets, Jetstream to be weak compared to the 1999 model.
The control panel should be relocated to the front panel, so you don't get it wet and have to move it every time you enter the spa.

This new and improved tub gave us what we liked with fantastic changes. The filter system is easy, the tub seems to be critter-proof, the lights and fountain are fun while giving us the comfortable layout we loved. Highly recommend.

Our Sovereign HotSpring Spa is so nice. We enjoy relaxing and recharging in the evening. The quality is the best. The control panel is so easy to use and the other hand controls let you fine tune the hydro massage. We looked at some brands and found HotSpring offers so much better quality and efficiency. We are so happy we chose HotSpring Spa.

Couldn't live without our Hot Springs Spa!

My husband is s 50+ year old contractor and works physically everyday. I suffer from a lower back problems, due to multiple fractures almost 20 years ago.
We spend a minimum of 2-3 nights every week in our Hot Springs Hot Tub. Whether it's a short 20-30 minute soak after work, a morning soak with coffee, or an hour long soak while entertaining family and/or friends, there is nothing that provides more relaxation and relief for the both of us.
The pain relief our spa provides lasts 30 minutes, or more, even after getting out of the spa, it's incredible! No matter the weather we truly enjoy our time in our Hot Spring Spa, so much so that we miss it when we're on vacation.
Our Soverign II is now 15 years old and it has been an outstanding investment which I would not want to live without! We have already discussed our next spa purchase, for our future home, which we have not even built yet. We look forward to buying another Hot Springs Spa..

This is my first time having a spa and I've only been in it once but I have to say I just love it!! It's relaxing, the lights are fun, it got our family away from all the electronics outside and under the stars. Hot Springs feels like it has a very high quality product. Of course time will tell, but it's beautiful, sturdy and well thought out.
We went with Hot Springs because our pool guy said hands down best filtration system, easy to maintain and best spas they ever take care of. So purchasing Hot Springs was an easy decision for us.

However with all that being said....I had a lot of trouble getting it, it actually took 2 months due to issues at the factory but if you can get past that, it's wonderful. I was ready to give up on it but now that it is finally here and I've had a chance to use it, it was worth the wait! Whatever is going on at your San Diego warehouse and trucking companies please fix it before you loose folks....your product is great the hoopla to get it, not great!

This is my second Hot Spring Spa, my first being in 1990. Yes, they last that long. Can you find a cheaper spa? Sure, but it will never measure up to the quality, durability and superior workmanship of a Hot Spring Spa.There simply is no other spa that can compare.

We own 2 Hot Springs Soverign Hot tubs. 1 in upstate NY and one in South Carolina. I used to use the one in NY, outdoors, 365 days a years, every day, for 5 years. Now we're snowbird and still use one of the tubs every day. To me it's like getting a massage for this 72 yr. old body. Nothing could be more relaxing and soothing.

The Moto massage is the only worthwhile jet on this tub. I have back issues and it provides temporary relief for my chronic pain. The only problem is that it hurts my back to clean and fill it each year. I need a spa boy!

Had our old tub for 15 years & recently upgraded. Then new salt water system is SOOO amazing for my skin!! Continuing our family chats in the spa, getting out the sore spots, and just relaxing after a long day- we absolutely love love love our Hot Spring Spa.
