Ms. Lisa in the Lebanon store was very helpful and friendly with getting our 5 year warranty plan set up for our service!
SUPER DAVE, WOW he knows the SPAS inside and out!
Dave was very knowledgeable with our Spa and helped with all of our questions!
We would highly recommend this store for any of your Spa needs and their great service!
Take time and enjoy your home as if you are on vacation everyday!

I chose a hot spring spa because I thought it was the best of best brand around. I was wrong! Since delivery it’s been nothing but a headache. They did not take the time to return to fill and go over the operation of the spa. The salt system kit was out of stock. I had to figure it out myself. Balancing the water isn’t that easy the first time you do it without any help from a expert. It’s very easy to over salt the system. The only fix is to drain the spa and start over. What a waste of money on water chemicals. I ended up with a defective spa cabinet that is now damaging the plastic corner piece because it’s been pushing on it for months. I still haven’t heard from hot spring on a time frame for the fix. I keep reaching out only to be told “we will take care of you.” Then I’m left in the dark. The customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced. I though hot spring was a high end product that I spent a lot of money on. I’m dissatisfied and completely disappointed not to mention frustrated. I hope no other customer has to go through what they have put me through.

I bought my first Hot Springs spa back in the 80’s. I purchased again in 1999, 2011, again when I moved to Las Vegas in 2019. I’ve only had Hot Springs because of the reliability, the energy efficiency and the warranty. I’ve had little problems with the spas but when I did the company stood behind the products, made the repairs, and if under warranty, no charge to me. We use the spa several days per week. Even in the summertime in Vegas I just turn the temperature down and it is a refreshing retreat and during the rest of the year, so nice.
If ever considering purchasing a spa, get a Hot Springs Spa, you won’t be disappointed.

Wife and I owned a Tiger River Spa for 17 years, oh how things have changed. The Moto Massage is fantastic and the salt water system makes the Sovereign enjoyable without effort. Can not wait to see what the next model looks like in 2040. The Hot Spring Team Rocks.

We took the plunge and opted to purchase a Hot Springs Hot Tub (Sovereign). We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! From the purchase, to the installation and now to the use, we are most satisfied! The MOTO massage is amazing for my back not to mention a few of the other seats that deliver the perfect massage for my chronic back pain! All the features are pretty amazing as well.

ACE is horrible. Rusted out complete system. DO NOT purchase. Highly recommended by sales staff. Hot Springs did replace system.
They did not clean the tub and the rust which affect every jet and drain. That is up to the customer. Do research prior to purchase if still considering. Back to bromine and stabilized system.

2 heater replacements. Both caused major leak which.
Another 3 year leak on top of the heater issues finally understood and repaired. Had to do with light lens housing. Manufacturing defect.

Back massage in lounge seat works intermittently. Can't reproduce when service is called. Just have to deal with one.
My deck needs repair due to these leaks.
Have had this tub for a few years and every year I have another MAJOR issue. This is our second tub from Hot Springs. The first lasted almost 15 years. That's why we went back to Hot Springs. Quality has completely fallen apart. Plan on waiting weeks for repair. Should also add that we have already had replace cover. Ask for all historical warranty issues and their corrective actions in manufacturing prior to purchase. Make sure they explain what was done to correct issue.
Have lost close to 8 months of uptime due these issues.
When running this tub is comfortable.
Unfortunately due to quality issues there is no way I would recommend this brand. Especially at this premium price point. It has been an exhausting experience with this tub and the Manufacturer. All repairs are document.

Hot tub was mostly good. Must replace the tub after 10 years because of cabinet leaks. Seems as if I should get a rebate, but Hot Springs won’t do that as far as I know.

A leaking spa is never a good thing. There are several reasons a spa might leak, and that will dictate how it should be repaired.
The cabinet is the exterior of the spa and can be replaced. I will email you and see if there is something that can be done to help you get back into your spa.

14 years of enjoyment. Just had it's first maintenance of a new heater and circ pump, not bad after 14 years and 2 home moves. Ready for a new cover, they seem to last about 6 years.

Our salesman at the Fun Center was more than a salesman, he provided tips, his contact number if any questions and even called twice to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. The hot tub provides a therapuetic massage that makes you look forward to at the end of the day

We purchased our hot tub in October 2019 and absolutely love it! It’s very roomy and comfortable although, if I was to purchase another I wouldn’t get the lounge, but there is plenty other seating to choose from. The people at Waller Pool and Spa are super helpful and made the delivery and set up a breeze.

We live in a very harsh environment in north central WA near the Canadian border. Had to replace one cover after a few years and a mother board, but enjoyed the spa immensely. Winter time now and the new spa is performing perfectly....! New construction methods make it impervious to mice and chipmunks, easy to service. Jets are more powerful than previous spa. Controls are portable and touch screen with music available ( we like the silence and the stars...)

I bought this hot tub in 1996 & i only turn it off to drain water & clean every 3 months ,It has been the best hot tub ever I use it all the time.
The only thing i have repaired is circulation pump twice & the main pump outer housing , i'm still using the original heater

I love this hottub! Very comfortable, though I wish there were a few more submersed armrests. Love the saltwater system and the minimal water treatment required. Very pleased with purchase. You get what you pay for!

Happy with the quality of spa. The only problem we encountered was when we first received it and filled the spa, my husband had trouble with maintaining the the proper salt and chlorine levels. Spa kept foaming. he went many times to where we purchased it to check the water. After, many instructions by them, we had to flush and drain the hot tub. You would not believe the junk that trimmed our spa. Being that this was a brand new tub and hadn't even got to used by us, it was a waste of water and labor on my husband's part. This took away from our initial enjoyment. We owned a prior Sovereign Spa which lasted 18 years and obviously we didn't encounter these problems. Hopefully, this was only a glitch with the spa and don't experience any more difficulties and may enjoy it for years to come.
