Too expensive to give you problems too soon!

This Hot Tub cost me a lot of money so that the LED Lights can go out so soon and then sometimes work. I maintain it very clean I don’t let anyone use it but me. I have to turn on and off the breaker every time that I’m trying to use it which is so annoying. I really regret buying this expensive junk! Their warranty sucks. Buy a cheap one or just go to the gym!

We have been looking for some time.
Chloe was excellent in helping us to choose and arrange the delivery, as we also needed a crane to install the tub too. James and Stan our installation guys were great too
We have thoroughly enjoyed our hot tub so far and would highly recommend Happy Hot Tubs

We just love our Sovereign spa! We use it everyday and the water care is super easy. The digital remote gives a lot of different color choices for lighting. The one thing I would recommend is for the arm rests at each seat be a bit wider and longer.

too contoured

I miss my older spa from Hot Spring! This new one is too contoured, and I find it difficult to move from one spot to another. The bench seating in my earlier model was easier for 6 people to enjoy. Also, the earlier model was deeper, so in this new model I have to slouch to get fully immersed, up to my neck.

Ace System is totally unreliable

I purchased a Hot Spring Sovereign Spa with the Ace system in 2016. I also have had a service contract with the Hot Spring dealer for almost the entire time I have owned it. The spa is at a second home I live in about six months a year. I count on it working and being maintained properly to keep the water clean and safe. In short, it is the worst major purchase I have ever made. The Ace system worked OK for the first couple of years and has not worked consistently well ever since. I have had the cell replace several times including under warranty. It is so undependable that when I arrive at the house I just assume the Ace system will not be working and the chlorine will be very low which is again the case now. Adding to my frustration is the dealer never calls to tell me there is a problem, they just throw in more chemicals and leave. I have had many, many calls with them over the years but the problem does not go away!

A very good hot tub! Easy to maintain and quiet. The installation was made by super service minded staff that educated us in a very good way, not selling just saying what we need to have a good life!

This spa with the saltwater system is fantastic. It wasn't the least expensive hot tub we looked at, but we love it! So far either my wife, me or both of us have been in the hot tub every day since we bought it. The water seems to be easy to maintain. I didn't rate the energy efficiency as of yet, as I don't have a good feel for it.

Jets are great and tub is working well. This is our first tub and we are learning how to maintain the salt system. getting it all balanced has been a little tricky but we’re getting there with Regina pools help.Those guys are great helping with testing the water and giving clear directions on what to do next. Great tub.

Utterly disappointed with our Hotspring Sovereign hot tub. After an 11 month wait to receive the hot tub we were horrified that it completely broke down after just three weeks.
Unreliable, expensive piece of junk supplied by a Hotspring dealership who simply couldn't care. Placing a service call I was met with rudeness and arrogance. Hotspring (Watkins Wellness) also emailed and they too are not interested.
Finance company are now involved - they must either repair, replace or take the hot tub away.

Bought this in 2003 still going strong. Had some issues in terms of parts failing but that’s wear and tear…..the call out fee for the engineer is a bit steep. Some of the chemicals are dear too but the spar and how it’s lasted are testimony to Hot Springs….

Hot tub leaks - even after 3 repairs

This is my second Hot Springs. The first one I bought used and was very happy with the product. This one I bought new and after a year the heater had to be replaced (under warrantee but had to pay for the guy to travel here). Then the leaking began. I have had it serviced 2 times for leaks and now it is losing water again - about an inch a week. That is not evaporation (I have owned hot tubs for 25 years), in case you are wondering. It is a slow leak from probably the same place it has been leaking.
I can deal with the leak by topping off ever couple of weeks, except during the winter, when I turn off the outside water. AND THAT IS THE BEST TIME TO USE A HOT TUB. So, very frustrating winter.

First year was great then I had to have a new motor then the cover was defective and had to be replaced now I have a leak of course the warranty ran out in Sept (probably has been leaking for some time but didn’t show up outside of the tub until recently)I was told it would cost a minimum of $800 to send the tub back to the shop just to check to see where the leak was (after paying $166 for a technician to come out to say he couldn’t do anything here)and not guaranteed that that will even work I was told there is a 1 1/2 year wait to even look at the tub meanwhile it’s leaking on my brand new deck!This tub is only 5 1/2 years old and I will just have to trash it as it’s going to run in the thousands to fix and not guaranteed not to leak again after that! I would have to leave it empty for almost 2 years or take the chance of it ruining my new deck if I use it! I I was not aware of the fact that the tub could not be fixed here at my home when I bought it! What a waste of my money! So much for enjoying my hot tub!will never buy one again!
