Great for Therapy & Relaxation

Our Sovereign spa has been wonderful since we got it in mid-June. One of our main reasons is to relieve some chronic neck and back issues we have, and it has been great for providing needed relief. And the relaxation feeling is superb. Nothing better than climbing in the spa in the early morning to start the day relaxed, or in the late evening like to end the day with a soothing soak. Maintenance of the salt water system is easy, with little effort - just a test of the water and cleaning the filters once weekly. We really appreciate not having chemicals to worry about or constantly monitor - the salt system is definitely the way to go! We look forward to many years enjoying our Hot Springs spa!

This is our second spa. I promise all spas are not created equal. Maintenance and cleaning are no big deal, so we have more time to enjoy relaxing. The power6ful jets sooth away all the tension of the day. The seats are comfortable with plenty of room to relax.

There is absolutely no better way to wind down after a long day, or to just plain relax and unwind, than using our hot tub. Whether a rejuvenating mornings soak or a night spa under the stars, our hot tub has added a premium level of living to our lives. Love it!!

First off, this tub installation took inordinate long time and the unit doesn't function properly and having come direct from manufacturer i had reasonable expectations it should operate 100% effectively. There were unclear issues throughout the six hours installer(s) worked on it; and ultimately only the high jets mode was functioning. Don't know why a circuit or mother board problem should arise but the excuse given was 'made in China electronics' and these tubs (not just Hot Springs) have issues a lot of the time...Well, isn't that comforting

Best big purchase my wife and I have ever made. Love our new hot tub. So stylish and therapeutic. Salt system is breeze and we love how clean the water is. Jets are so powerful and our stress levels are way down. Love it!

We acquired our previous Hot Spring Bengal spa when we bought our home 4 years ago. We decided to upgrade from a 25 year old unit that still worked fine but was facing some repairs. Our new Sovereign model has all the latest bells and whistles and we are very pleased with this investment. Use 5-6x /week and a thorough joy.

We love our HotSpring Sovereign spa - when the salt, chlorine, pH, etc are in balance. But that seems to be a rare case! We set up our new tub a mere four and a half months ago, have already had to replace the salt cartridge, and now need to replace it again! We take METICULOUS care of the spa, but both got a nasty rash from something in the water. We sanitized the tub with a complicated draining, chlorine, cleaning, and jet procedure, and we are now going to drain it completely, sanitize it, replace the cartridges and filters and start all over again. If we knew then what we know now, we would not have purchased this beautiful tub.

Oh no! I am sorry that your spa water care is not going as planned. It sounds like you are taking care of your spa however as it turns out, the saltwater cartridges last about four months. I am sorry that was not communicated.

Leaking within 8 months

I absolutely LOVE my spa.... love everything about it. It is easing my joint pain and I used it 2-3 times a week even through the winter. But now it's leaking. We've had it around 8 months and it developed a leak. The dealer is telling us that hot spring is requiring that it be sent in to them for repair and we will be without it for at least a month, but likely more like 3-4 months. :(. I am very disappointed as we purchased the higher end and are still dealing with these issues and am incredibly sad to be without it for weeks-months.

I feel with Hot Spring should be all white glove delivery and installed. Very disappointed in the tub delivered to my home and the horrible instal. Many problems and jumping through hoops for corrections that haven't happened .Service guy is not interested in fixing the unit and blamed me for the dirty compartment. He just wanted to make a commission on upsetting maintance products. He did that and I will ne cc er hear from him again. My tub should really be replaced with a new tub.

The hot tub is easy to use. We are still trying to figure out exactly how to adjust the jets to allow for 5 adults to have one to sit on. Had an issue with the salt system accidentally moved to the “1” setting causing water quality issues that took 3-4 days to resolve. We do enjoy the tub. Would definitely recommend.

I had a Vanguard and a tree fell on it so I got a Sovereign instead. And I love it more! It’s shallower but I like that as my vanguard sometimes used to swallow me up as I’m 5’6 woman. And I love the lounger moto massager in this model as my vanguard had 2 seats with Moto masher. I like to lounge! My kids love it too! And all fit fine! The salt water system works great and so easy as I didn’t have that before - and water is crystal clear and low maintenance! Can’t say enough good things about my Sovereign!

Bought my Hot Springs Spa in 1989 and on Feb 1, 2023 experienced my very first mechanical issue. Yes, the very first issue with the Spa.. Every single time we slip into the tub we always say it was the best thing we have ever purchased...
We use it all year long and absolutely love it... And after all these years the impeller broke and is being replaced as I type... I'll sign up for another 33 yrs of blissful, worry free soaking...

I only have one easy to fix complaint. I really have not taken the time to read all that you need to do an schedule the maint. However, I run a line of business that we do all we can to simplify the process.
You need You-Tube channel to say 1. Welcome to Tub Ownership. give a general overview of product and the long life with care you will have.
2. Fast video on weekly water quality tests.
3. Tests that are done less frequently, but very important
4. Changing Filters/or cleaning them
5. When do you, and how do you empty the tub when it's time?
The salesperson told me all this, but I need SIMPLE
