After only 7 months hot tub is broken

I purchased my hot tub approximately 7 months ago and we have already had a pipe to burst. While I know that there will be problems from time to time, I'm still out $139 I just paid to the dealer for a service call. (Parts and labor I am told will be covered under the warranty.) The service man should arrive in about 1 week and I can only hope the problem will be taken care of.
We only use our hot tub once every 7 to 10 days.

Good except for one thing....

We really do enjoy our spa and used it most days this past winter. The one disappointment we have with our spa is the lights on the bartop. The bartop lights go out (flicker or are off altogether) or are the 'wrong' (different color than the others)color. We have had Hot Springs out to fix this problem and it got better for a time but quickly went back to not working. It is pretty annoying to look at so, we leave the bartop lights off most nights. This defect (while not a 'deal breaker') is certainly disappointing on such a large purchase.

A Very Good Spa!

I have had the spa for over 4 years and I have found it to be a good quality investment. I have only had a few things that needed to be fixed - fortunately they were under the manufacturers warranty. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high quality unit. Please be aware, that for any spa, the chemical are expensive and water quality must be monitored for the best outcome.

I wished that I would have purchased a Hotsprings ten years ago.
We never dreamed that we would enjoy our hot tube this much, I think that we have missed only a few night in the last 8 month and that was because of bad weather. We have three boys and its fun at the end of a day to just sit, relax and visit.
I also cannot believe at how little power it uses.

A great hot tub!

We love this hot tub! It is our first hot tub, so we are not experts but we have been in our friends a lot. We really like the filtration system how all the water coming out the jets is filtered, and how it has a pool style filter with a floating door so any floating debris is quickly removed. The lighting on these are wonderful as well.

Excellent spa! Really wanted to rate it 4 1/2 stars, but it wasn't an option. I would have rated it a 5 star, except that I need a booster pillow in order to be really comfortable in the seats (not the spas fault-I'm short) and my jets have only one speed, which I wasn't aware of when I purchased it; I would have preferred one with a low/high option (really my fault, I should have asked). Also, my lights might need to be serviced soon, the color wheel feature is kinda hit-or-miss, doesn't work properly at times (it's currently working, though).
The heater in my spa is AWESOME, which is the one feature I really wanted to be first-rate. Even in very cold weather, It heats quickly and HOT. Love it!
Still getting the hang of the ACE water care system, and I don't know how much chemicals a spa without it uses, so it's hard for me to judge weather or not it is economical to use, but I CAN say the water is definitely not harsh or smelly like traditional chlorine spas.
I use my spa almost daily and don't know how I managed my fibromyalgia pain without it. Highly recommend for anyone with FM; it works wonders. My husband enjoys relaxing in it (with adult beverage of choice) from time to time and my children and grandchildren love to spend weekends in it, too. We're very glad we purchased our Hot Springs spa.

My old Classic model Hot Springs Spa, bought in 1995, was (is) the perfect one for me. I like the flat bottom, the moto-massage jets in two positions opposite each other, and the smaller size. The Sovereign is just that much larger, with only one position for the moto-massage jets, and is built for a taller person than me. The lounge configuration at the moto-massage is not good for me--I float when relaxed, and relaxing is the point, no? Still a good buy for the ease of maintenance and durability--a quality, well-made spa.

We purchased our home in 2004 and the Sovereign hot tub was included in the purchase. It was already a few years old. With very little care, this hot tub continues to be reliable and enjoyable. We live in Wisconsin and keep it heated all year round, and see a minimal impact on electric bills. We have had no leaks and the original light bulb is still working. Everthing works great! Since it is on the south side of the house, it has endured harsh weather. The cover is now due for replacement, but everything else is in excellent working condition. We could not be happier! I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this hot tub to anyone and everyone!
