The 2012 Sovereign is an an excellent upgrade over our 1997. The materials used will increase the trouble free years of service as well as modernize it's looks. The light features are stunning and the jet arrangements are exceptional. I especially like the two row moto massager.

We love this hot tub! This is our third hot tub and it is the best! The jets and water movement are so much better than our last tub. The color selections for lighting are a nice touch! The ACE system is great so far! It has been very easy to use.
I do not like the fact that there are no pillows for all of the corner seating areas. A hot tub at this price should have all of the necessary comforts! Also, the owner's manual could be improved!
We love the people at our local Hot Springs store. They are always so friendly and helpful! Our Hot Springs experience has been great so far!

The Souvereign hot tub fits my family well even when we have company, can sit 6 fine. Love the massaging jets on my sore shoudlers and neck after a long day at the office!

One of the Best Things in our lives is our Sovereign HotSprings Spa

We bought our Sovereign HotSprings Spa at the end of Dec 2007.
Living in Montana we have long cold winters & snow.
We love to get in our HotSprings spa when it is snowing at night.
We turn on the built in lights changing colors in the water and the snow coming down. What a peice of heven and we just love it.
When we bought the spa we didn't know if we would use it alot.
Boy we were sure wrong. Getting home after work at night and getting in the spa to relax has really been worth the investment. We should have done it 20 years ago.
The manufacture has really made this hot tub good looking and trouble free.It has been up and running for 5 years and it just keeps running with no trouble at all.
All we have to do is change the water in the spring and in the fall.
Wipe it down and add water and chems after each time we use it.
The up keep is really very easy to take care of.
My wife and myself just wouldn't be with out it now.
We also love using it in the summer at night,remember it is out side in our fenced back yard and the hot tub is not inclosed.
Do yourself a treat buy one and enjoy, we did and we do enjoy it every day.

Having owned a HotSpring spa previously, it was a no-brainer buying another one when we moved from Ohio to North Carolina. The spa quality, workmanship, features and energy efficiency made our decision easy.
Also, the dealer is an important part of the buying decision, too. Here in the Wilmington area we have a good dealer: Atlantic Spas. The folks there did a great job of explaining the new features and options available. Their post-purchase service has been great as well.

Leaks Abound

While I do enjoy this hot tub, I am quite tired of the leaking problems. My spa is indoors and I have had to have it drained, put up on blocks and repaired for leaking 6 times! I have had it for 11 years now and am on the 7th leak. I feel I must have gotten a lemon and am very unhappy about this, no telling how many times leaks would be cropping up if I had them repaired at first notice, I put it off because it costs an arm and a leg to repair!

The best purchase I've ever made for myself. I cannot imagine life without the hot tub and the Oregon Hot Springs is the best because you can turn the heat up four degrees higher than other models, and it is extremely efficient, and easy to keep clean. I love love love it

Tampa's 1995 Home Show, introduced us to HotSpring Spas. Afterwards, we bought SOVEREIGN I (115 volt# and still have it, after 17 years. Standard Patio 120 volt outlet, changes safely into 20 amp GFCI Plug Cover Receiver. Provides safe energy, for our spa.
Sitting 6 foot 5 inch myself , with 5 foot 4 inch wife, Sovereign fits us.
HotSprings MPS #bromide) and FreshWater AG+ Silver Ion, means never having to be "MacGiver" to chemical treat our spa water.
One Heater Element, One Spa Cover, Two Silent-Flow 5000 Pump,
One Set Thermostats (High Heater & High Spa) One Pillow and
One Set Filters (Three 30-sq-ft) replace original equipment.

This was the Best Purchase we ever made as a couple.

We purchased our hot tub in 2000 and have had it ever since. We had our home for sale for 6 years as my husband had to go to another area for work. We have not sold the house and are getting ready to retire and move back in. I did have to have several things fixed on my hot tub as it had sat for 6 years and at one point someone had unlocked the lid and the wind had blown it off and had water and debree blown into the tub. I have had three back surgeries and am so happy that I have the spa to help me with my aches and pains, We did not see any raise in our electric bill when we installed the tub as they had raised our rates at the same time and so we were not sure what was the tub and what was the raise. I am 5' 6" tall and have no problem with the water being too hi for me.

I have had my Hot Spring Sovereign for almost 10 years and LOVE it!! It’s soooooo easy to take care of and I really didn’t noticed a change in my electrical bill (these 2 things were/are very important to me). I don't know what I would do without it.......It gets used all the time (even my grandkids think it's pretty cool#. It seems like just yesterday when I got it….and it looks like it too! I know I’m not alone in my experience with this brand, because I have a couple friends that own Hot Spring spas too….one of them even has two! #one at their main home and the other at their ski cabin in the Cascade Mountains). Thank you Hot Spring for making such a dependable and lovely product….I am one of your biggest fans and always spreading the word!

The heater is very inconsistent. I never know why it sometimes works and sometimes does not work. There is no indicator that says the heater is working. if the tub gets hot - it is working - otherwise it might take three to four weeks - so far this year - it has not worked.

I have had hot tubs before, but this is by far the most well built, efficient, and comfortable I have used. I was pleasantly surprised that the 110v was adequate for all my heating and jet needs. I would wish that there was a bit better control of the jets, for all jets on, or turn off the air in the jets.
btw, my local dealer recommended painting the faded cabinet, even tho the web site mentions stain. I found that gel stain from the home center worked great.

Relaxation at its best. I am very pleased with my purchase, my only regret is that I hadn't done it earlier. The sovereign is extremely energy efficient, I have not noticed a change in my electric bill. The water care is just as easy, once a week and five minutes later and your finished. My only compliants would be for shorter people maybe under 5'3 they can only sit in two of the seats without a booster of some sort . The lounge on this unit is not very comfortable for people under six foot either. Overall very pleased and would buy another in a minute! Don't wait your missing out.

We love our spa and use it all year long . It's ease of maintenance and quality of construction make it a great choice for a spa. It has been going strong for 15 years. The recirculator pumps last @ 4 years and the covers last about 5-6 years.

This is my 2nd hot tub and I am very disappointed in it. It is difficult to keep the water balanced compared to my old tub. The finish always is always spotted and looks dirty - even a day after I polish it. It is only 3 years old and the cover is falling apart. After it was delivered service had to come back because it had a leak. When it was installed it wasn't leveled - I called to let them know and they were going to charge me to have them come back and level it, even though I told them it would need to be leveled. I even had to help the delivery crew set it up!!! I need service today and connot get in touch with ANYONE!
