I bought my first spa in 2001 and it was a Tiger River Siberian model which is still fully operational with only a few minor issues over the last 16 years. I have missed that hot tub ever since I moved and just bought a new Hot Springs Sovereign model and we love it.

Well thought out arrangement of jets and seats.
Love the rolling back massaging jets. AHHHHHH!
Extremely well insulated and highly energy efficient.
Love the, highly durable, woodlike polymer shell. Its aesthetically pleasing and we will never have to worry about it rotting away like the pressure treated woods some companies use.
Nice amenities (ie; light & waterfall feature)
Easy to use control panel.
Wish they had drink holders!!! Gave it 4 stars only because the Hot Spring Spas are on the higher end of the budget. BUT YOU CANT ARGUE ABOUT THE QUALITY....Its #1

Just installed the hot tub and enjoying it already. It is so nice to have the hot tub ready to go anytime day or night and I like that the salt water system is so easy to maintain. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment in our new Sovereign hot tub.

I started with a used 2001 Sovereign Spa three years ago and just upgraded to a brand new one with fabulous 0% financing and cannot say anything negative yet. The clean lines and design for everyone's comfort plus the fun lights, the jets, the options, the salt system, all incredible. It's worth it for ME time!!

Our first Sovereign hot tub finally gave up the ghost after 17 years and was replaced with the new Sovereign last fall. Had to upgrade the electrical service to 240v which was a little expensive but we love the new spa and hope it'll last as long as our first spa. Always great service from the local dealer.

This is our second Hot Springs Hot Tub. First one was excellent tub. Never had any real issues. Decided to upgrade our tub. Purchased second tub and it had problems from the beginning. Tub has leak now after making very last payment. Spa Expo is asking 1500.00 to pick up tub take it to warehouse tear it down and see where leak is. Service on this tub has been less than satisfactory. I will never buy anything from Spa Expo in the future. Customer service at Spa Expo really sucks.

I have had several tubs in the past, but the Hot Springs is by far the best in value, comfort and functionality. It actually costs less to run then my last one which wasn't a Hot Springs.

This tub is so efficient, we saw no increase in our electric bill. I love all the jets. I move corner to corner before I get out because I can't choose. We bought the music package and love having our favorite tunes while we soak. It is effortless to clean and maintain. So much easier than a pool. So glad we bought this tub, and we got an amazing deal.

This is our second Hot Springs spa. We left our first one with our home when it sold. It was still in excellent condition after 15 years.
