Great Addition to a House with No Tub

I downsized last year and the new house didn't have a tub, which I love. The compromise was putting in a hot tub and patio. I love the Sovereign. I had it sunk into a cement patio so only the top 24" is above ground, with the equipment side "vaulted" for an additional 24" so I can take off the side, drain the water into the vault (which then has a sump pump that was built into the vault). It took a lot of ingenuity on the part of my contractor, who then built a little matching deck on that side of the tub as a cover for the equipment side.
The dealer has been fantastic, the hot tub has been easy to care for and maintain in the first 6 months. Very happy with the product and my choice.

i purchased a Sovereign in 1999 i've only had a few small problems with it. I use it several times a week. It still has the original pump, light, wiring, regulators etc.I have moved it 6 times and the shell got a crack that was easily repaired. I'll buy another when I move this time, leaving it for the renter to enjoy.I've replaced the cover 5 times.

I absolutely love it!! I have a very physical job and this feels awesome at the end of the day! Living in Maine, being energy efficient was a big concern. It has lived up to their claims. I have had mine now for 10 years and have had hardly any troubles. The service I did need was awesome! I am moving to Florida soon and will get another one for sure. Thank you HotSpring!

Looking Forward To Many Years of Hot Tub Ownership

I was one of these people that believed that hot tubs were a luxury item and used for parties. I developed chronic shoulder pain and had a friend that bought an Aria. One soak and I was sold. My wife had been telling me for ten years that we needed a hot tub. We went into to our local dealer (Lake Air Pool Supply) and they let us demo a Sovereign right on the sales floor. We decided that was the tub for us. It took a little while to get as it was the holidays and weather was bad, but it was worth the wait. We had our first soak at our house last night and I can say confidently that this was one of the best investments in our wellness we have ever made.

For years, I wanted a Hot Springs spa, and my wife said "No way." Then one day when my wife was traveling, i stopped in to a Hot Springs store. The selection was awesome! I called my wife and told her about it and she said: "Go for it, but I won't use it." We had the spa installed two weeks ago, and I can't get her out of it! She is absolutely crazy about it. She said: "Why did't we do this years ago?" (You can't win with women!).

This our 2nd Hot Springs hot tub. The Sovereign replaces our 17 year old Classic Tub. I'm sure we will have just as many enjoyable years with it.

My previous Sovereign would allow the temp to get to 108 degrees. This one is limited to 104 and just doesn't feel hot enough. I love everything else about it.

While 104 degrees is the industry standard for high temp. Your spa is equipped to allow an temperature override. This will allow you to increase the spa an additional two degrees. This is the same feature as in our previous spas. However, we have made the operation much more deliberate. I will email you the directions on how to increase the temperature.

Now the quality is gone. It's made overseas and it's not great. I'm on my 4th cover in one year. The product is not what it used to be.

I am sorry to hear that your are not happy with with your second Hot Spring Spa. While our spas are not made overseas I can understand your frustration. The cover is an accessory that normally needs to be replaced every 3-4 years or so. Having to replace it 4 times in one year is excessive however, falls within the warranty time frame. I would like to see how I can improve your experience. Please look for an email from me.

This spa with the salt water system is amazing! We love the moto jets for a nice back massage and the lighting is fun especially with the fountain running. We absolutely love this spa!

We have owned this spa for just over a year now, and it has been great for our family. I have a lot of neck and back tension, and the bench jets are perfect for me. We have had no issues at all with the unit. We use it on a four season porch, and since it does not heat-up the porch in the winter it must have good insulation. Overall we consider this a great purchase.

When we bought our home it included a HotSprings Protigy spa. After almost 20 years of performance in the California elements, it was time for a replacement. Naturally, we went for the Hotsprings Sovereign and could not be happier. The features are amazing; clearly the right choice. I am back for a HotSpring spa in another 20 years.

I've had this tub for 12 years very little maintenance and I am absolutely more than satisfied with its performance this is definitely a quality piece of equipment I will buy another one for sure but I think this is going to last for a long long time
