We have really enjoyed the tub so far. We are averaging 1.5 dips a day. Very relaxing and refreshing.

We use our Vanguard every night. It has been the best Purchase we have every made. On top of that, the customer service has been unreal. The value, energy efficient, comfort, and the care to the hottub is extremely easy. It is highly recommended to add the ACE system when you purchase a Hotspring. You will not be sorry! We have purchased 3 of the Hotspring spas through out our years.

South Dakota Winter is coming and I am happy!

My Vanguard was dropped off and hooked up yesterday 10/13/2016 just in time for cool fall nights and winter snow! We have only been in the tub once so far but am very pleased. My 5yr old asked why we didn't have one of these a long time ago. I agree with her! We are looking forward to family bonding in the new spa!

I enjoy the hot spa I get in it every chance I can I really like it early in the mornings and late in the evenings I really like it when there's a light wind and the wind chimes are ringing.I feel refreshed when I get out of it.But it would be nice to have better steps for short legged people like me. Maybe steps that went inside the tub might be nice.But over all I enjoy my hot tub I think I'll go get in it right now.

More work than it's worth

Less than 5 years old. Control panel nonfunctional at one year. Replaced. Heater broke spilling water at 3 years. Replaced. Now, control panel dysfunctional again. Had electrician out to check wiring at and from sub-breaker box but so far no communication to me as to what, if anything, is wrong in the wiring. Dealer did not keep records on the electrician who did the electrical work to install it so I don't even know if the person doing the work 4 years ago was a licensed electrician.

Water care is super easy and love the fountain feature

This spa is super easy to care for I can't believe it. We have had spas in the past and it was a lot harder to care for with chemicals and trying to balance them. Also the fountain and light features are the coolest, definitely a hit with the family.

Loving my motto massager and love the cooling seat it's bigger than most and I love that for easier in and out! Also enjoy the lighting under the pillows

In the month since I have installed this spa, my wife and I have enjoyed the most relaxing and rejuvenating sleep of our lives! A simple 15 minutes on the MotoMassage and we are good! The only thing I wish was any different is the depth of the seats. As a tall person with a long torso, I wish the seating was a couple inches lower.

This is our second Hot Springs spa. We had our first one for 8 years and never had any major issues. Good news, this one is better than our first one and we thought it was GREAT. You can find cheaper spa's but, you get what you pay for.

Most relaxing decision I have ever made!

We recently added a new Hot Springs Vanguard Tub at our new home, high in the mountains of CO. After a day of casting my fly rod and fighting 300 CFS, in order to keep my balance, nothing more rewarding than a soak in the new tub with all of the jets pulsing. I can't think of a better way to rejuvenate my shoulder and legs. I can't wait to jump in the tub this winter after a day of cruisers on the ski slopes. I am sure that I will enjoy it even more against the back drop of snow covered mountains.

The Vanguard Hot Springs spa is the best investment I've made in years. The ACE salt water system makes water care simple. The dealer supports after purchase with monthly classes on the first Saturday of the month so that water care is effortless. Clean, comfortable, and always ready - I have been in my spa every day since it was put into operation.

My wife and I did a big landscape project this spring and decided to top it off by adding a hot tub to enhance our lake view. After visiting a dealer it was a quick decision to purchase the Vanguard with the Ace salt system. WE LOVE IT! Maintenance is not too bad. But don't get the expectation that you just use it and don't maintain it. Still requires weekly water testing and adding necessary chemicals base on the PH levels and Alkalinity. But compared to friends who have a chlorine system it is much more user friendly and leaves skin feeling great and not dried out.
Some minor issues at the start with the system tripping the breaker, but service was excellent and quick to resolve problem (replaced faulty breaker). Ever since everything runs great and as we head into Fall/ Winter months here in Michigan we cant wait to continue to enjoy the hot tub all season.

Our Hot Springs Hot Tub is awesome. It is just what we needed without the maintenance of a pool. The jets are great for the back & we can sit in it for hours. First hot tub we have ever owned & it was the best purchase to make for our new home in Florida. Paul, thank you for your knowledge & recommendations.

When I decided to get a hot tub I put a lot of research into it and decided to spend that little bit of extra to get what people told me was quality and service, to have an expert to call if something unexpectadly did happen. I ordered my Vanguard and waited patentilly and when it finally was ready for delivery it turned out it wasnt the color that I ordered. The hotspring dealer offered to order a new one but after some dialog with my dealer and after seing the spa in real life I decided that the color I got really was the color I should have ordered from the beginning so all good. We can all make mistakes, its what we do about them that really matters. A year into my ownership one of the pumps stopped working as it should, a few days later a service visit was done and not long after was the pump replaced at no cost for me. Then one day during winter I noticed that the water level was slowly but consistenly becoming lower and lower. Again service people was on the spot quickly assessing the problem but at that stage couldnt find anything that looked wrong. After a few weeks when it was time for a water change I noticed a small crack in the tub shell! This was right before new years and I was planning to use the tub with our guests. I spoke to my dealer and a service guy came on the day before new years and fixed the crack temporarily so that we could use the tub over winter and promised that a permanent solution would be in place when temperatures allowed working outside. In the spring the dealer reached out and told me that Hot Spring had decided not to repair my tub but to replace it with a brand new! I now have a 2016 model in my backyard working perfectly. This review is more a review of what its like to be part of the Hotspring family then the tub itself, but equally important if you want to know what its like to own a HotSpring spa. The Spa itself speaks for itself and although it may sound like I have had lots of trouble the spa was only out of order for about 2 weeks in total during the whole time which I think is great!

This is an expensive tub and I thought it was worth it but I've had multiple failures in the year since I've purchased the tub. All of the issues have been with the audio system upgrade and apparently none of it is covered under warranty because every time I call the dealer for a fix I'm charged. The dealer actually told me at one point that I would just have to live with the problem. Amazing!
I will never purchase a Hotsprings again nor will I work with the dealer again, which is the Hot Tub Store in Folsom, CA. For what it's worth, I owned a Bullfrog for 10 years and it was a flawless tub.
