My Vanguard tub has been very enjoyable, and so far has required very low maintenance. I really like the seating layout, the comfort, and the jet positioning.

This is the third spa we have owned over the past 25+ years and it is the best. NO service issues at all durning the first 5 years, then one only for the next 5---a 10 year old that still is great. First two spas had an average life of 3-4 years, with numerous service issues. We love ours so much, just bought another for other house.

Overall we're happy with the Vanguard spa. A few things we wish we'd thought of when we purchased it: 1) we almost always use it alone or in pairs, very rarely in bigger groups (might have gotten different seating layout); 2) the lights are cool but we almost never use them - the stars are much prettier - TIP: locate the spa under wide open sky if you can!; 3) water adds buoyancy so you don't need back support (duh!)(again, might have chosen different seating); 4) we needed way fewer bells and whistles (lights, jets) than we thought we would - I would prefer a simpler spa.
After 6 years we've probably paid a reasonable amount on maintenance and our local dealer is great for repair work - Atlantic Spa and Billiards in Raleight, NC. One design flaw: the connection to the ozonator frequently gets clogged with the powdered chemicals (shock/chlorine) so I need to open the front panel and clean it out.

I have several issues with my neck, back, and limbs. I had discussed spa benefits with my Dr after using one on vacation. After reviewing multiple other companies and comparing product vs value and benefit, there really was no comparison. The hydro massage works fantastic as an added relief for my issues. No other company came close. My two daughters love it as well. They are in it as much as I am. I can turn the temperature up when they are finished, I can use it in a short time and then I turn it down so they can go in tomorrow. It works for all of us. Not to mention the warranty giving me piece of mind.

As I got older projects made me stiffer by the end of the day or by morning. With our new spa we just have to decide which jets to work best for some stiffness. My wife and I love the 2017 vanguard , especially the hip massage.

Purchased at Tucson Pools and Spas. Hot Springs is their exclusive line of hot tubs. Very professional. We use our spa virtually every evening. We enjoy the comfort features and have found it very relaxing.

1st time in an ACE salt system skin feels soft no itchy dry skin. Cut my spa maintenance in half. Very happy with Hot Springs. Last tub was a Jacuzzi j345

We have had our Vanguard hot tub for just over a month and we couldn't be happier. The installation, delivery, and orientation were flawless. The tub was up and running in a day and we have been enjoying it ever since. The ACE Water Care system makes the water soft and smooth with no chlorine odor at all. The chemicals stay balanced with only a minimum of attention. Meredith and the team at Ocean Spray Spas made the process easy and stress free. Not only does the Vanguard help with back aches, but we love the peaceful family time we get to enjoy. Worth every penny!

2nd spa-LOVING IT

This is our 2nd spa. Our first came with our house when we purchased it 12 years ago. Our Vanguard is extremely easy to maintain water chemistry in. I've been able to get into the spa with both pumps going and all jets going with an outside temperature of 45 degrees and the spa set to 104 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and it holds at 104 degrees. The lights are nice and the controls easy to operate.

Love the Hot Spring thump

My wife and I have been in many tubs over the years. Some we owned, some at resorts, and our Vanguard is way better than sliced bread. We can both get a good solid floating back massage that is a real massage. My wife has been through a couple foot surgeries and the foot jets are killer for those aches and pains. Maintance is not rocket science, and we couldn't be happier with our choice, not often I say that these days.
