This Vanguard is our second since 2003 -- we moved and the first was sold with our home in Virginia. We liked it so much that we bought another in 2012 when we relocated to Florida. Both have been fantastically reliable, easy to keep clean/service with chemicals and most importantly, a "cure-all" for our old, rusty joints. Nothing feels better than a dip in the spa with a back and shoulder massage! Look no further than Hot Springs -- our trouble-free years with the two Vanguards are proof of their reliability -- and, we never noticed the difference in the electric bill (220V hook-up).

I've had my HotSpring Vanguard spa for several years now. I live in the Northeast and use it all year round. I wanted a high quality portable spa that would look good, last, and be easy to maintain; and that's exactly what I got. I really enjoy my HotSpring spa!

We've had our hot tub throughout our first winter and loved it! The soothing jets and warm water are so relaxing and have improved my ability to fall asleep at night.

It's like a mini vacation in my back yard! The saline system makes it very easy to care for and I have never had issues getting service when needed.

My wife and I purchased our Vanguard last year and it is our best purchase ever. We use it 4+ times per week. Not only is it therapeutic and relaxing, but we have found it to be a great time to spend with our kids. The hot tub has been zoned "tech-free" so we actually have time to "unplug" and just talk. We have had some of our best conversations sitting out under the stars. Thanks Hot Springs!!!

For a person that doesn't enjoy the cold winters of Canada, the Vangard by Hot Springs is a great retreat. The design and Jet locations are perfect to relax those sore muscles from a hard day at work. the Vanguard is efficient, quiet and easy to operate.

Hi I left a review on the vanguard with various problems including Bar top lights, I am in the UK and have spoken to the UK service team 'hot tub assist' all the issues have been resolved and the UK team and my local dealer bent over backwards to get the issues resolved, this is a 5 star service

The best way to unwind

Whether it be after a hard day at work, a tiring stint in the garden or a workout at the gym we know we can rely upon our Vanguard Spa to ease away the aches and pains and calm a stressed mind.
We've had our spa since June 2014 and we love it (especially the moto massage corners).
We were a little scared by all the chemicals which appeared on the kitchen breakfast table on delivery day but after a few days we quickly discovered that with the ACE system the chlorine more or less maintains itself (a little bit of extra TLC maybe after a family BBQ!!) and the pH and alkalinity levels require very little tweaking.
It's reassuring to know that Martin and Anita are at the end of the phone, or at the Derby store for us to visit, to answer our questions and offer advice.

I took delivery of an ex demo Vanguard 3 months ago and am delighted with my new investment. There were some teething problems which were mainly aesthetic but this just gave Hotsprings the opportunity to show off their Aftercare service! The sales guy at Hotsprings MK has been amazing since the first day I walked into the showroom. The parts were on order within 24hrs and fitted within 14 days, with a number of repeat visits since to iron out a few issues I have had on the chemicals side. The tub itself is well made, solid in construction, and at its best when it goes dark and it can show of its lighting system. The highlight is certainly the Moto-Massage seats which will do wonders for my back over many years to come. Very happy.

We love our spa

What started off as a chance 'pop in' to our local Hot Spring centre (Derby) to ask a few questions saw us taking a wet test in the vanguard (the day after).
We ordered on the spot, and spent the following weekends working to get our previously very un-flat garden ready to take delivery.
We have had the spa for over three years now, and although we have seen a few initial problems with our ACE system (they don't like hard water at all), we absolutely love the spa, and know that we can neglect it for days/weeks (holidays) and it will take care of itself.

A stressful day at work is soon remedied with a soak, and the moto-massage jets remove all the tension. Never fail to have a full nights sleep after a soak.
We have been so happy with the spa that we are already excited to be considering updating it to a Grandee next year (it's a little deeper).

The best experience

The absolute most relaxing thing to do is sit in my hot tub, I will never get rid of this tub, I look forward to getting in to it everyday, when I am at home, I am in Afghanistan right now, but when I return home I will be in it everyday and that is the truth, so relaxing and soothing just like a massage.

We bought our tub 3 years ago and I can honestly say its one of our best investments we have ever done. We use it almost every day, all year round. It is economical, easy to clean and use. I have no complaints what so ever after 3 years I am still enjoying the experience. I can't see that changing. It is a lovely way to relax and wind down.

We compared all Hot Tub manufacturers that had a presence in Chattanooga TN. The Hot Springs was not the cheapest upfront cost option but we felt it was by far the best long term value for our money.
We are very pleased with our purchase and the follow-up assistance from our retailer.
We would recommend the Hot Springs product to anyone!
