The vangaurd is perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space. The moto massagers feel fantastic. it is nice having some shallow seats / steps on one side for little kids or for when you want to cool down. They also make it easy to get in / out.

Run, don't walk to your local Hot Springs Hot tub store! We have used our Vanguard hot tub every day since it was installed. The weather does not matter since it is 102 degrees in our hot tub. We enjoy our wonderful view with our wine, hot tub jets and the fantastic Bluetooth speaker system that is right in the hot tub! Gotta run- the hot tub is waiting!

I would do it again- In a heartbeat!!

After working on our land outside all year long and as an RN with 12 hour shifts- .....we decided to get a hot tub for muscle aches and relaxation after working. We LOVE it!! The best thing ever!! To be able to relax and let my sore legs have the water all around and ease our sore muscles- what a pleasure. It has really helped!
Our children come home and can't wait to "warm up" in the hot tub and relax too! Having the sound system was a must. Terrific!

The only con would be one spout for a massage seat keeps jumping out and we have to put it back together.- Fairly simple-however a nuisance at times.
We just love our hot tub and would do it all over again!!

The Vanguard replaced a spa from another manufacturer, which initially we were happy with. However, as just a few years passed, the thrill wore off as we started to have to replace pieces and parts. Most significantly, the barriers to rodents was inadequate. Not so on our new Vanquard! We're looking forward to many years of enjoyment out of this. And we LOVE the Ace Saltwater Systemď

We had a five year sabbatical from our Vanguard tub that we owned in chilly Duluth, Minnesota. When it came time to buy one for our new home in upstate New York, choosing the same Hot Springs brand and Vanguard model was easy, even after again comparing with the competition! We use it once or twice a day. In the last five years I have had increased chronic back challenges, but our hot tub provides wonderful relaxation and therapy. I am most impressed by the 8 year newer technology, to include improved control readability, new fountains, and improved lighting options.

The massage jets in this tub are absolutely the best feature of the tub. I really enjoy the lighting and the additional jets, but I almost always shut off all the jets but my massaging jets and park myself in the corner and smile. The side of the tub is conveniently designed to have a place to sit my favorite adult beverage, and I am in heaven.
Would recommend to anyone.

Hot Springs reached out to me and asked me to take a survey. I answered the survey honestly. I had issues with my hot tub leaking. It was in the shop twice for the same issue. Although it was finally fixed, the dealer had my tub for a very long time and made excuses as to why it was not fixed in a timely manner. The dealer's lack of communication led me to keep contacting them regarding my repair. After initially reporting the complaint it took the dealer 3 months before they picked up my tub. When Hot Springs reached out to me this year asking about the service I told them exactly what I thought. This was an expensive tub. Watkins website says they have unparalleled customer care for the absolute best hot tub ownership experience. Yes, I did receive that the day I purchased the tub. I have not received that type of care since. I was even told by the dealer he did not want me as a customer. I have not received a response to my last email in which a Watkins representative offered me a towel for my dissatisfaction. I do not see where Watkins stands behind their quality statement at all.

My wife and I had been searching for over two years now for a hot tub. We finally decided to purchase the Hot Spring Vanguard after looking at a lot of different spas. We couldn't be happy with our choice and enjoy our hot tub most evenings!

We just recently purchased our Hot Springs Vanguard, however we have owned a spa for 19 years. We found that the Hot Springs spa keeps the water much cleaner and the controls and jets are great. We used to sit a lot with no jets running, just enjoying peace and quiet and scenery of being outdoors, however now we find it hard to pass up "Moto-Massage DX" jets. You can see and feel the quality in this Spa. We decided awhile back that when we replaced our old spa it would be with a Hot Springs Spa. We also like the fact that Hot Springs has excellent customer support giving us peace of mind when making such an investment. Thanks Hot Springs!

We love being in water but didn't want the cost or work required for a pool....started looking at hot tubs..this store was recommended to us by a friend. Purchasing the hot tub and having it installed was much easier than I ever imagined!! The staff at the showroom on Wilmington Pike, Dayton,Ohio were so helpful in helping us make the best choice for our needs and making sure that everything went smoothly with the installation. Our calls and questions re: operation and maintainance were answered promptly--staff very knowledgeable about the tubs they stock. The Vanguard in particular has several special features that we have enjoyed more than we expected! Very pleased with this purchase!!

For stress and Pain relief, Hot SPRINGS SPAS continue to produce quality Spas. This is our second spa. Local dealer in Longview, Chris has been outstanding regarding customer service. Spas require little to no work. Monitor your water quality and clean filters that's it.
Highly recommend for anyone with chronic pain, JRA, RA, fibromyalgia, spinal issues etc. or just muscle spasm and pain from hard work.

I spent many months looking for the right brand and size for our family. Hot Springs was my choice. It has a great reputation for quality. I was not disappointed. The Vanguard has really delivered in every way. It is easy to maintain, very simple to operate and just perfect to spend time relaxing. I highly recommend this company and the Vanguard.

We've had spas for the last 20 years with the last one being a Dimension One spa which actually lasted a long time. When it was time to replace the spa, we opted for the HotSpring spa mostly due to the reputation of the company. We've had the spa now for 5 months and are extremely happy with the quality, comfort and value
