My husband and I have always dreamed of having a hot tub at home. We moved into our house and enjoyed the hot tub that came with the house. But last year we decided to treat ourselves to a brand new tub that could accommodate more of our friends and family. The Grandee spa won us over immediately. It is so easy to maintain and operate. I love that we have the easy-open feature that let's me lift the cover with one hand, so I don't have to "undo" the relaxation by straining to pull the cover back on after a soak. The light features are meditative and always wow our guests. We are so very happy with this purchase and have recommended this model to our friends and family.

Easy to Care For & A Joy For Our Entire Family

My husband & I made this purchase not only for fun, relaxation, but for my eczema. The delivery was easy, & setup was done before I got home from work.In four words, We love the spa. I'm in the spa at least every other day. The chemicals are easy to adjust. We love the moto seats, but I don't think there's a bad seat in the spa. We are extremely glad we went with the larger spa. We have had multiple friends & family use the spa. I think there all in agreement, why didn't We do this earlier. My husband has officially become the SPA Boy. He says, " The spa is easy to care for & a joy for our entire family. " We both have slept better since we've gotten the spa. I would highly recommend HotSpring Spa's to all my friends & family.

We have several friends with Hot Springs spas and they are all happy with them. At least two of them have had theirs for 10+ years. That helped us decide on the brand. We decided on the Grandee since it seats 7 comfortably and we often entertain. Everyone loves it. We often get compliments about the comfort, the size, and the lights. We get a lot of compliments on the water feature as well. Although I think it's a bit gimmicky everyone seems to love it. Some seats might be a bit deep for short people but if you are average height or tall it should fit you perfectly. It's no fun if you are in a shallow spa in the cold of winter and your shoulders are exposed because its not deep enough. No problem in this spa.

I am extremely happy with our new Hot Springs Tub. We have enjoyed spending "hot tub" time with family and with friends. The experience from purchasing to installation and service has been great. We had a small issue with a water care reading, and they sent a tech out to fix.
Other than that, it just takes a little time to get used to checking the chemical balance. We have enjoyed the tub almost every night since our purchase. I highly recommend Hot Springs tubs to anyone.

THE ABSOLUTE BEAST OF A HOT TUB!!!

This is the most amazing purchase I made in 2022. I waited 8 months for this to arrive due to being made but it was so worth the wait. Hot Springs have been amazing and the social media team on Instagram are amazing!!! The Moto-Massages are unreal I have never had a real massage but now I never need one when I can sit in my Grandee jets doing the massage with a glass of Prosecco #ThisIsTheLife all my family and friends agree it's the best tub they have ever been in. The lighting system is great and the speakers are for sure worth the add on. The sub-woofer shakes my deck so that means it's perfect! lol.. If you are on the edge about this just go for it #YOLO it will be the best decision you ever make! Rain, Sun, Wind, Snow you can use it all year round. The Salt Water is so nice on my skin too! It's perfection!

We still love our Grandee Vista and use it every day. My morning starts a 4:30 a.m. with a cup of coffee, loons, bears and hot tubbing. It’s just a little unnerving when I have to slam the cover shut to scare away the bear.

I use my spa 4 times a week, that isn't always easy in Ohio. With arthritis and bad circulation in my legs, I know if I skip more than a day. My spa is 20 years old and still going strong. Love it, love it, love it.

Great spa and incredible jet system! Didn't get the cover removal system due to our in ground design so thats a small challenge at times since it a large cover.

Don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to write one now. I couldn't be happier with the purchase that i made with my Hot Springs Grandee spa, 22 years ago. The quality of your product is by far the best in the industry second to none and every opportunity i have when i am at the spa store picking up chemicals or ordering a new cover for the tub, if there are potential customers in the show room I steer them towards your products and tell them why. The first thing I tell them is the age of my tub. Then i tell them about about your warrantee and how great your sales dealer was when my tub was getting close to being 5 years old and and they recommended to have their service technician come and check things out before the warranty expired.
They replaced the heating element and both jet pump housings and the circulation pump. Nothing had failed but this was done as a preventive maintenance. Other companies don't do that. Their have been a couple of service calls over the years but a very serviceable piece equipment with great longevity.
When I moved from NJ to upstate NY, I moved the tub as well, the only change i made was to add an insulation package to the access panel, it has been outside on a deck here in the Adirondack Mountains where temperatures get down to -25 degrees and no issues except grabbing the metal door handle on the house you have to hold it until your able to let it go!
No regrets at all, don't hesitate to buy a hot spring product your body will thank you!

Wonderful family purchase and great on winter nights and even cool summer nights. We purchased this hot tub many years ago and only replaced cover and filters. Recommend to everyone! Great family activity and a way to connect!

We absolutely love our hot tub grandee. We have guests, family and friends use it all the time. Two things that truly need improving is the handheld computer doesn't handle getting wet that well nor does it handle the Sun, I've already replaced it three times. The other thing would be some way to manage body oil to minimize the scum line. I've tried tons of different chemicals but I wish there was a better filtration option. Even having guest rinse off and changing the water monthly it's still inevitable within a couple days of heavy usage.

The drain assembly leaked several years after we bought it new. It's was impossible to repair without lifting the entire unit up, & getting a tech to order a new part & show up to install it just didn't happen.
We had to replace the part with something we made from PVC fittings & a fermco sleeve. Installing another Hot Springs part was not an option given the documented failure rate of the part in question.

Then trying to get maintenance information from Hot springs was impossible. Now we have our second heater down so hope to find someone to troubleshoot it.

2 Hot Tubs - 16 years with each

I purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub in Lake Tahoe in 1987 and sold it with the home in 2003. I then purchased a Hot Springs Hot Tub in 2003 after moving to San Diego. I just sold the San Diego house with the Hot Tub.
SO getting ready to buy my 3rd Hot Springs Hot Tub. I replaced covers a couple of times with each - same with filters. But in each case had only one maintenance related call in 16 years! So reliability is amazing. Experienced great customer service and energy efficiency is excellent.
In closing, if you are buying a Hot Tub, no other brand is even close. If it costs more than the competitors, it is worth every extra dollar. You are making an investment that will pay dividends in liongevity.

Great hot tub - except for one MAJOR design defect. The heater is undersized and will not keep the water at selected temp with the lid open in cold weather. Hotsprings replaced the entire tub (at great inconvenience and expense to the dealer) but it works no better. Since then the unit warranty has expired and, of course, we are stuck with the problem. Now investigating the installation of an auxiliary heating system. This tub is - essentially - a piece of junk - unless you don't care about the water staying hot when you try to use it. Example: With water temp at 102 and outside air temp at 20 the water temp will drop to 97 in about an hour while you are sitting in it. If that is ok with you then buy the tub. If not - look for something else that actually does what it is supposed to do.

So Easy Yet So Comfortable

After having a Classic HS spa for over 5 years, we knew we wanted another spa. Hot Springs gave great service and stood behind our first spa, and we decided to opt for a salt water system is the new spa.
The difference in ease of maintenance has been amazing. Our Grandee is deeper and more comfortable than the classic. Our utility bills haven't budged since our purchase, now 6 years ago. The water stays amazingly clean - we would recommend the saline system to anyone. The spa always smells fresh and is a delight to use. Easy to keep clean. Mu husband built higher steps which go up sideways which makes entry so much easier, too.

This is our 4th Grandee. The tubs are exceptional. Great comfort and minimal maintenance. The purchase experience for this tub was by the best we have had. Rob and his staff at Everything Billiards were fantastic to deal with.

Grandee - Multiple Warranty claims

In less than 18 months of ownership our Grandee has had two leaks covered by the warranty. One for a fitting that broke and a second for a leaking heater. A third issue for a malfunctioning speaker was not covered by the one year warranty since the claim occurred a couple months outside the warranty period. Overall, I have not had a positive ownership experience with this hot tub despite the prompt service provided by the local dealer.
