I use it every day. It offers releaf from joint pain and back pain. The stress of daily life disappears when I get in. Easy to maintain and the kids love it.

After 3 years of ownership, I am still just as happy with our HotSpring hot tub. I live in Central Ohio, and I use our tub year round... cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter..., but the relaxation is year round!

We love our new hot tub. I was concerned that it would actually comfortably hold 7 adults, but have been pleasantly surprised with how much space there is, which is important as suddenly many more friends want to come to our place

First time owner - Great experience!

My family and I recently moved to a new home and planned to install a hot tub. I'd been researching tubs for several years and always enjoyed when the State Fair came around to check out all the hot tub displays. I really liked what I had read about HotSpring and liked the tubs that I had seen on display.
When it came time to buy our tub - we ended up going bigger than we had originally planned after getting our suits on and trying one out! We also opted for the ACE system.
We've had the tub for about 3 months now and are very happy with our purchase. The water care routine takes a little getting used to as a first-timer, and teen aged kids don't help, but you get the hang of it after a while. The only issue we've had is all agreeing on the color scheme while in use!
Our dealer has been great and always eager to answer my questions and concerns.

We had our old Grande for over 25 years. Never had a problem, and if a tree hadn't fell on it last November 10 we'd still have it. But we absolutely love our new Grandee.

The grandee is the best investments of all hot tubs we have researched and bought for our money.it has every feature you can get in a tub and ever need. Also added the salt water system to it and i will never go back to the old system. Its also alot easier to maintain than the regular water system and it leaves your skin very soft. The different message units do winders on the body too. We love our tub and get great service from hot springs too.

No Regrets, Love My Hot Tub!

We purchased our Grande in 2009 . We have had no problems at all and have enjoyed many hours in our hot tub. This was the best decision we have ever made. So glad we chose the Hot Spring brand.

Great spa, love it, but ACE issues for first 2 months and on

The design of the Grandee along with the features sold us. We looked at many tubs and the Grandee looked, felt, and seemed to be the best bang for our buck. Love the spa. The jets feel amazing. The design, lights, and water feature are flawless! Wireless control is a perk. Store we bought from had amazing service. We would absolutely love this spa if we did not run into multiple issues. The ACE system was another reason we went with this spa. Since day one it has not worked. We have had a tech out four times and they say it is working, tell us to boost and set it to level 7. But I have never had it keep a chlorine residual. I am using manual chlorine every other day just to be able to use the spa. It has been over two months since we got the spa and ACE is still not working for us. On top of that the wireless control crapped out and we needed it replaced after a month. Which makes me nervous once the warranty is over. Like I said, the Grandee would have gotten 5 stars if the ACE system worked for us and did not give us such headaches. Still waiting for our service provider to fix the issue, hoping they will try installing a new one. Every time they say it is working, and every time we check the water the next day... no chlorine.. Grandee spa -> 5 stars... ACE system -> Cannot say... It seems like it can be amazing, if it worked for us.

Good, but some initial problems

Overall, we have enjoyed the hot tub, but we did have some initial quality problems. The skimmer door wasn't attached well and came loose, and the trim around the speaker keeps coming off. The dealer where we purchased it fixed the skimmer door problem, but I haven't addressed the speaker trim issue.
To be fair, this was a floor model that was a couple years old and we got an excellent price. All other components have been working fine so far, tub has been enjoyable.

I have owned a few hot tubs over the years. Hot Springs Spas are my favorite tubs. I had a Vanguard for six years and I loved it. I had a bad winter in which the tub froze up on me, but my insurance covered a replacement. I decided to upgrade my tub to the Grandee and I am glad I did. Everything about the tub is excellent quality.

My wife and I purchased our Hot Springs hot tub based off of a high review and experience from her fathers 11 year old setup. He meticulously maintained his HS tub and over the last 11 years hasn't had a repair or negative comment about his tub. My wife and I are going on two weeks of owning our Grandee and with two daughters (4 & 2) we are having a blast with plenty of personal space. Delivery was excellent (even in 105° temp) and customer service after has been phenomenal.
