Owned a Hot Springs Classic 20+ years ago and sold it when we moved. Always regretted that. Happy to have the new Grandee!

Expensive tub. Poor quality.

I've had my tub for a year so far and I am really disappointed. The list is long:
1. The LEDs in the tub have failed and are different colors.
2. THe filter door jams and the tub shuts down because it gets starved of water.
3. I bought the ACE system which has not worked properly since I got it. Several times my water lost all chlorine and turned yellow.
4. The dealer is slow to respond on these issues and have taken close to a year and done nothing on the LED lights.
5. When I got the tub, I got 3 sets of different instructions and I was left to figure it out for myself.
If I had bought a cheap tub, I might feel differently but this is supposed to be the "cadillac". I am just angry.

Buy my new Hot Springs spa owner and came from owning the competition for many years. I like the comfort and the design of my previous spa but hands-down Hot Springs' professionalism, knowledge and customer service is over-the-top in comparison. For me it's a no-brainer - I'll always recommend Hot Springs.

If you own a pool, it's just as easy

We have an inground pool. We are sticklers with keeping it within the ranges needed for a healthy environment. I always thought that a hot tub would be more maintenance and quickly found out that this is not the case.
Pretty happy with everything and many years to spend with friends and family enjoying and relaxing under the stars!

Very happy with the tub! It is used daily, sometimes with no jets on just for the warmth of the water. I do feel that a blanket around the outside of the tub will help with the electric bill during the winter months. Not disappointed at all with this purchase, would definitely do again!

The service we received from our dealer was poor, the information given us when we setting up our delivery was handled very poorly. Some discrepancy with what we paid to our original receipt, and getting the difference paid back to us, not handled well. The tub itself is o.k. but the dealer I would never recommend.

My wife and I have had a Hot Spring Spa for 11 years. Loved it and were sorry to see it go. BUT after exhaustive research and comparative shopping among other Spa offerings in the marketplace it became very clear to us that the Hot Spring NXT Grandee was the right choice. We could not be anymore thrilled about our new NXT spa!! Design and features are excellent! We love it and use it almost every day! Looking forward to many years of relaxing enjoyment with it. The technology is so superior to the old model. Thank you Hot Spring!!

My 2nd Hot Springs tub... first one was 11 year old Vista. Now Grandee. These tubs are the best. I am an orthopedic surgeon who has had multiple neck and back surgeries. I would not be able to function without my tub... I use it at least 3 times a week. Over 1500 times with my old tub.
Wish it were a little cheaper, but from a therapeutic and quality point of view, it is THE BEST.

Our family enjoys our grandee spa so much we wish we would have bought it years ago!!! Kids can play and have fun while we relax. Took alot of time and did research on different brands of spas, hotsprings was hands down the best overall and especially in their customer service department!

This is out third Hot Springs Grandee and it is the absolute best. We love the LED lights and fountain features. There is not a better hot tub for us!!!

I have only had the hot tub for about a month now but it's been working great affect a few minor operational glitches that our hot tub dealer came and fixed.

We have had two service calls. One to more the tub to different location done for free by dealer and one to replace a relay for pump control.

We were given an older tub from 1996 and used it almost every day for a year. We decided to purchase a new Hot Springs tub and could not be happier with the decision. This is truly a vacation every day.

Grandee enables the Grand Life!

Replacing a non brand inherited spa with our Grandee has led us to what we knew would be - the Grand Life! Being long term previous Hot Spring owners that left our tub as part of a house sale, we inherited a no brand spa with a house purchase and had to suffer with eventual non use as it died. We actually couldn't stand the no brand so we didn't use it for over a year and enabled it to die away! Thanks to Baker Pool and Spa, we invested in the Grand Life with our new Grandee! A complicated removal and installation (two story deck, steep sloping hillside, no easy access other than the hillside to put the hot tub up on the deck) Bobbe, John and their two teams got us set up and we are now living the Grand Life in our Grandee overlooking our valley in Defiance, Missouri! Watkins and Hot Spring have designed the ultimate entertainment hot tub, comfortable easy to care for, luxurious jets and great features! Thank-you Hot Spring and Thank-You Baker Pool and Spa!

Great Hot tub

This was our first Hot tub. We did a lot or research before we decided on the hotspring Grande NXT.
It is a well designed and a very comfortable Hot Tub. The one problem we had (after only 2 month of use) is the light on the front fell down, and needed more glue to keep it up. I was a little disappointed considering the price of the hot tub and that BMW is involved in the manufacturing (the light should not fall down only 2 months after use), but the problem was easily fixed.
I read some negative reviews about possible leaks and control panel malfunction, but i have not had any, yet. (I will post more if i have any more problems OR good things about this tub).
Our friends and my family LOVE this TUB. I highly recommend this Hot Tub.
