So far so good. We have only had the spa for 1 week. We have been enjoying and learning about the spa. We do love the Lift N Glide for the cover. The ACE water care salt water system feels really nice on your skin.

I purchased my Hot Springs Grandee a few years back and I could not be any happier with it!
The Hot Spring Fresh Water system is so easy!
The jets are simply perfect.
My wife and I love an evening soak with a glass of wine.
And I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in my Grandee!

This is the second HotSpring purchase in my life. I previously had a Grandee tub that lasted for 20 years, so I am a firm believer in the performance, quality, efficiency and value of a HotSpring product.
This Grandee tub has features and performance that are second to none. Aside from technology improvements over the past 20 years, the new product contains performance and ergonomic elements that make every tub experience enjoyable. The water/air jet options provide an extremely comfortable massage everywhere in the tub. The control panel and screens are easy to understand and to operate. A GREAT VALUE!

New Grandee seating/lid design changed from last one requiring adjusting location for lid fold back and panel access. Should be able to change location of lid fold back based on lay out of the deck, trees, star viewing, etc. The access panel prevents that because of its size. Again, because of the access panels size very difficult to remove and replace with one person like the older ones. Not always two people around. Positioning of the hot tub to suit ones location is not as flexible as before.
Other than that, quality has always been great and survivability in a harsh location has been excellent. Hopefully this new Grandee will be the same.
The team and owner at Hanson's spa Colorado Spring are great!

I have fibromyalgia. This has been by far the best money I have ever spent. Quality product which has stood the intense Phoenix sun. Was able to have my doctor write it as a necessary treatment and it was tax deductible. It is still going with a couple of minor repairs......

Have owned hot springs grandee spa since the first one made 30+ years and when we needed a replacement the only one for us was the new grandee.
Better seating than others, more comfortable jets and placed where they give the most relief and pleasure.
Care and maintenance is easier than before and the filter system is just about as prefect as you can design.

Ace salt system failed on me 3 times within the first 18 months of owning the tub. Couldn't get more than 6 months out of a probe. After warranty expired, switched to the Everfresh, which worked better anyways. Wasted my money on the Salt system. The underwater multi-color light then failed outside of warranty. The replacement option was cost-prohibitative. I was able to source the original factory part myself at a reasonable cost. And now, at 8 year young and out of warranty, my tub is leaking. I've no idea what this will cost to fix. I didn't spend all this money for a premium tub to get 8 years out of it. So much for my hot tub enjoyment.

Acquired a 2007 Grandee in last home after having had another brand prior to it which was constantly needing service. After 3 years of using the Grandee, I learned to appreciate its quality and powerful water massage. When time came to purchase a new hot tub for our new home, my wife and I did not look any further - we went directly to the local dealer and were pleased to also add the ACE Salt System at no additional charge (due to a promotion). Looking forward to several more years of enjoying our new Grandee!

This is my second Grandee in 20 years and I love them. The only reason we replaced our first one was after 11 years we had to drain and move it for landscaping and the couple we sold it to love it as much as we did and it is still going strong! There is nothing like sinking in for a 30 minute soak and watching the stars at -20 degrees C (-10 F) after a long day at work! Good bye stress, hello evening! You can get chilled when it gets that cold for 4 months of the year but with our Hot Springs Spa... It's not a bit difficult! ;-)
The power bill is never a surprise either! I can't believe how efficient both of my Hot Springs Spas Grandee spas have been either. A quick comparison with our friends and we realized we have saved almost half on the power over our frigid winters and at the same time doubled our fun with the exclusive moto-massagers! Nothing like them anywhere for instant relief of my lower back and neck problems!
As a class IV water treatment operator at our city's water plant I can say with certainty that the difference for me is the filtration and minimal chemical usage of the Hot Springs Spas. That filtration and circulation was what sold me. It is like having a continuous, self cleaning spa. The continuous (very small compared to other competitor's), dedicated recirculation pump, keeps the water clear and sparkling and the built in ozone with minimal chlorine does the rest! Just remember to rinse the filters regularly and the enjoyment need never end.
And the best feature for the family is the cover cradle. Even my wife can easily lift the cover for the kids if I am not around and the water fountain feature of my new spa is a hit with them! We all love our Hot Springs spa! Would DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER HOT SPRINGS GRANDEE SPA for the family (if this one ever gets old)!

After 20 years and 3 moves it was time to replace our 1998 Grandee. We researched and looked at many other hot tubs. Of course, nothing could compare with Hot Spring spas. So, we looked at all the great options they have...For us it is still the GRANDEE! We've just set up the 2018 Grandee and we are loving it!

My wife and I have owned the Grandee for about 14 months now and really enjoy it.. We are in Phoenix, Arizona and use the tub outdoors year-round. We have the ACE salt system option and are also using the Silver ion cartridge. Between the two, we have never had any water cleanliness issues. And, there is absolutely no chlorine odor to the water. None. The water is always crystal clear... almost invisible! And the tub is VERY roomy for two people. We do shower before using the tub, but after more than a year we still have the original water in the tub and it is still pristine. Impact to our power bill has been about $18 per month for this very large hot tub. I highly recommend this product with the ACE option to anyone who is considering a hot tub. Truly a wonderful addition to the home and family. Much better than a swimming pool, and cheaper to buy and maintain!

Thank you for your review! Water care can seem like a bear to learn, but the ACE Salt Water system takes out a lot of the guesswork, leaving you with soft, clear water. It sounds like you two have the perfect place to warm up or cool off year-round.

Step up in quality to Hot Springs

Overall, we are very happy with our purchase of the Grandee hot tub from Hot Springs. This our second hot tub and is a big step up from our last one. Size is bigger but it is not massive. Took some getting used to using the pump an, diverters and controls to get the jets to provide the right message levels, but there is lot of flexibility. I will say with both jets on high, tub is a bit louder than advertised. Balancing chemicals is very easy with this tub. We do not have ACE Salt Water but plan to add it in the future.
I would definitely recommend this hot tub to others.
