We have tried numerous different spas and the HotSprings spa is head and shoulders above the competition. Easier to use, stays clean, and you can enjoy for longer periods of time. Highly recommend.

We have owned a couple hot tubs before our Grandee, but this is definately our favorite. The jets, the lights, the seating, and ability to fit a larger group all add up to a great tub for entertaining.

My husband and I purchased our first grandee spa in the late 1990's. In 2006 we decided to move and I was going to take the grandee to the new house. NO WAY said the potental buyers. Okay so we made it part of the deal and the house sold. It took a couple of years but we finally saved up enough for the new Grandee. With the help of Hot Springs we found a good dealer that made good deals. We have now been enjoying our New Grandee for a year. I did not even look at other makes or models. I knew I would not settle for anything else. It is energy efficient, easy to clean and care for, and very comfortable. The other great thing about Hot Springs is they stand by their product, and the dealer I work with also does.

First and Loving it

This is our first spa (Grandee 2010) and we're loving it. We've had it for about a year now and find it great to use year round. Been struggling with the salt system for several months tho. The supplier is helpful but still trying to figure it out so we don't have to adjust chemicals before every use. Confident this will get resolved and we'll get back to low maintenance and more frequent use soon.

I do find the salt system not to be as refined and functional as I would like. I am about to have my 3rd salt cell installed and it does get old having to add chemicals when I paid for the salt system.

More enjoyable than we ever imagined!

We have had our Grandee Sap since November 2010, and I think I can count on 1 hand the number of days we have not been in it at some time in the day.
We both love that there are so many jets in so many positions, it doesn't matter where we need the massage there is always a jet that is perfectly suited.
We love relaxing after supper and sharing our day in the spa and it is the best way of spending time together.

The Grandee fits our family of 6 very well and other than a failing ACE water care system it works well. The music system i surprisingly good and we use the spa nightly.

It took us along time to pick our spa, we did our homework and Hot Spring Spas is the absolute best value and by far best spa available. We are very pleased with our purchase and should we ever need to purchase another spa, without a doubt it would be the Grandee Spa from Hot Springs Spas. Thank you so much!

As far as mechanicals, there has been no issues. The problems I've had, deals with the skirting/sides around the spa. The panels split after the first year, which was replaced under warranty and about a 3 month wait. Now after 2nd season more cracks, and warped panels. Been 2 months now and no panels yet? Very bad design. I talked to Hot Springs Customer service, they say this is rare. I know of other people that have had the same problems as I have. I also had the lid replaced in the first year (Warped). A freind bought a 2010 grande and they changed the skirting. Looks like it is a better design? He has no issues after 1 year. I wish I could have that skirting put on my tub. My tub is a 2008.

It's a wonderful spa. I love the ACE system, too. I never have that "clorinated" smell on me after I get out, and my skin feels smooth, not dried out or itchy.

I took the time to sit in many spas, read the reviews, and ask the technical questions before we made our purchase. I am thrilled with our Grandee.
There were some salt balancing issues and some plumbing issues early on but the service people quickly fixed and resolved all the problems.

I owned a Calspa in the past and had issues with it; however, my wife and I are happy to say we love our Grandee. It is being used year round, as a hottub in the cold winter days, and as a spa-pool in the summer with the temp turned down. The quality of the spa, so far, has been very apparent, and with the new salt diamond system, keeping the water clean and pure has been very easy and low maintenance. I had one problem with my ACE salt water sanitizing system. The cell went bad and needed to be replaced after 4 months. The dealer, Spring Dance Hot Tubs, were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and replacing the cell. Since then, everything is great. We love our hot tub.
