Love the spa, use it a lot, however, having issue with salt water after less than a year. Been dealing with customer service for over five weeks now, still no solution. Don't waste your money on the salt water, not worth it.

We relax in the tub almost every night. It helps us sleep after working or playing all day. My husband has lower back muscle tightness so the tub really helps to loosen the back before bed. With the kids joining us, we can have a relaxing time, making it easier for the kids to talk about their day!!

19 years and still works like a charm

My modle is actually the Highlife model K. I bought it in 1993 and it has been kept hot everyday since then except for the time three years ago when the heater went out. The cost for a new heater was $350 and it is still going strong. I still have the original cartridge filters, when I have brought them to the local dealer, they look at them and say they are still good. The cost to keep the spa hot has been around $10 -20 per month depending on cost of electricity. This spa is great. I do have two cracks in the shell but I guess after 19 years you would expect that. Best quality purchase ever- remember there is cost to buy and cost to own. This is the best total cost of ownership option around.

We traded our 2003 Vangard for the Grandee a few months ago. We can not believe how much better the spa is in all aspects. The jets are stronger and you feel like you have had a massage. We love the water feature and so does our grandkids. It is a wonderful way to stay on the basketball court. Three days out of each week I play basketball for about 2 hours. Afterwards I soak for 20 to 30 minutes in the hot tub and I truly believe that is why at 66 years old I am still playing. It has been a big hit at our house. I would recommend the Grandee to everyone.

I bought this spa over a year ago and I still use it at least 2 times a week. The controls are easy and it is easy to maintain. We feel so refreshed and the salt water is sooo smooth on your body. It literally takes aches and pains away.

Great tub! Tons of room with great jet locations. My first hot tub and was a fantastic choice. Water maintenance with Silk Balance is incredibly easy. Only downfall of the Grande is that it was pretty expensive so I hope it stands the test of time (only had for 8 months). Service has been great from Hanson Hot tubs. Had a problem with digital control and it was replaced without question within 2 days. Highly recommend!

I spend three to four nights a week in my Grandee! The variety of jets and open seating make it one of the best tubs on the market! It's also very energy efficient. I live in New England and it costs me less to heat than what I spend on coffee :). I highly recommend this spa to everyone in the market.

I never imagined living in our spa as much as we do. I compare it to my second favorite resting place in the home. The first being the bedroom. This spa has not only been a place for us, but for our friends. I can't tell you all the countless evenings resting while looking at the stars. Of the full moon nights where the pearl colored shell reminds me of the moon light itself. Watching the sun rise or just enjoying a late afternoon dip it's just the place to be. If you've ever been on holiday and been in a hot tub, it does not compare to having your own HotSprings portable Spa. Since owning it in November 2011, I have enjoyed it daily. We especially love it every weekend. It is super easy to maintain. Just add the Bromine after use, and test it regularly. The cost of maintaining it in the winter was no more than.90 cents a day. I highly recommend the spa and our Springfield MA dealer TeddyBear Pools has been excellent.

Comfortable, expensive, 500 gallons helps with water stability. Having the heat return put exactly where most people would like to put there toes is unpleasant. Must be other options HotSpring.

I finally purchased my Grandee hot tub 2 yrs ago. It has been my daily ritual everyday to get in first thing out of bed. A great time of solitude and opportunity to loosen up. It looks and oparates as well today as the day we bought it. I would highly recommend this larger size, as it more roomy for me and my wife and still allows others on occasion. My electric bill has had absolutely no impact since we added this to our home and I use a little chlorine in it each week and clean filters every 6 weeks. Crystal clear water. Simple and very inexpensive.

For the first year I had issues with the ACE system. The sensor was replaced twice and then went out of warranty and died again. The dealer was not very helpful once it was out of warranty. I called Hotspring who were very helpful and they responded quickly by sending a new pipe and sensor ( free of charge) and now the ACE system works beautifully.
We were suprised how well the in spa stereo sounds; an added bonus.
We use the spa four or five times a week and love it. Now that the Ace system is working as advertised, it is simple to maintain. If it keeps working well, it is a great spa and company.

We have one at each of our 2 houses. They are great, easy and comfortable. The only downside is cleaning the filters, but you have to do it on any spa you buy. Love the Grandee!!!

We use it weekly with and without the kids. Cool or warm night with a clear sky makes for a quiet time to reconnect. Relaxing just before bed. The salt system offers that low to no chlorine smell. So thankful we got the larger size for so many reasons. It became our pool in the summer, we can fit 6 adults comfortably and many more kids. But even if it is just the two of us, it is nice to spread out. The jets are better than any other I have tried, and we tested many before we bought. 2 years later we are still pleased.

We bought the hot tub 7 months ago. Me and my wife are enjoying it so much. Grandee model we have is elegant, comfortable and it has been working great.
It is hard to imagine a better hot tub than this.

First one lasted 15 plus years. The only brand we'll ever buy. While the brand is very important to us, the local dealership, in our case Hughs pools in Montgomery, AL, can be a deal breaker. Hughs has the "right stuff" and desire for real customer support. If we ever buy another spa, we'll go back to them.

Nice hot tub and really like the Moto jets. But when sitting in them they blow u outta the seat a little bit. I wish there was a place for my feet in the middle. Other than that been a good tub. Had one leak about 8-9 months of owning it but the distributor came out and fixed it.
