Wow! Two months now of ownership and this spa is hot! I bought the ace system too and it is easy, water looks good, and I inquire ever now and then and the spa just does its job. I really enjoy the corner seat too in this spa, its really good at getting knots and pains out of my shoulders. Loving this spa!

Dealer has been out multiple times trying to fix the leak. Latest attempt las left the tub leaking worse than ever. It lost 2.5" of water in less than 12 hours. I'm requesting a complete tub replacement now as a final remedy.

In the first three years both of my motors went out and now 6 years later it leaks water all over my foundation and repairman cannot find the leak, doesn't seem like it can be repaired ... very very disappointed for $10,000!!!!

I will probably purchase the salt water system since the chemicals have become a major pain to get during the PANDEMIC. I also cannot seem to find anyone to sell me a new cover... But I do love the tub, very much. I recommend it for spicing up the love life and for easing the aches and pains of human existence.

Don't be fooled lessor-known manufacturers advertising a large number of jets! Use it every night. Maintenance is simple. Easy to get into and out of. Seldom use any of the features; the hot water is the therapy. Get the cradle for the cover. The cheaper fold-over arrangement ruins the cover pretty quickly. Ours is outside in the New Mexico sun unshaded on the south side of the house. The cover does take a beating but stands up well, in my opinion.
Had a few issues.
Every once in a while the temperature controller goes haywire and lets the temp run up to 110 degrees, when the set point is 101.
The lighting wheel failed pretty quickly. So did the in-tub control panel lights. The moto-massage stretched some in a couple of years so that doesn't move up and down any more. Never used any of these features anyway. Wish I didn't have to pay for them up front! Had to replace the ozonator twice in nine years. The original one never seemed to work because I always had to add chlorine. The newer one works just fine. Only add chlorine every four months to activate the new silver ion filter. Understand these aren't cheap and have a useful life of 3-5 years. I wish the drain were a bit lower. Getting the last half gallon of water, along with the dirt, out during a water change is a pain. Rest of drain, clean, refil, is simple.
After reading al lot about ISO construction, etc. my recommendation to potential buyers is to find a spa with seating that fits your body shape and length, where the normal water level comes up your neck to where it is comfortable for your particular use. The rest is mostly marketing hype.
Definitely recommend this spa.

Thank you for your feedback. Glad to know your love your spa and would recommend it. The Aria is a great spa. There are a couple of points that you make that would be helpful tips for other spa owners. The spa can sometimes increase in heat, beyond the set temp when it is really hot outside. Most spas come with a Summer Timer mode. It will allow the spa to not run during the hottest part of the day. If you need further help setting the spa on that mode, Customer Service is available at 800-999-4688 ext 8432. Water can is important. The ozone and silver ion is a great way to manage your water. They will periodically need to be replaced. The ozone will need to be replaced every 4-5 years and the silver Ion 3-4 months. When draining the spa, using a wet-dry vacuum helps to remove the remaining water from the lines. Great recommendation for spa shoppers to test the spa and make sure it is a good fit. All spas have varying sizes and depth. The local dealer can schedule a wet test. Thank you again for your fantastic review. Happy Hot Tubbing!

I use my Aria 3-4 times a week and love it. I've had it since Feb 2017. My only issue is that the cover which came with it split open early on near the center handle and as a result, it tends to take on water. I've just mended it using Gorilla Waterproof Clear Tape... so we'll see how that works.

We bought the Aria from our local dealer in Salida and are extremely happy with it! It takes a while to figure out all the jets, and to take care of the water but we are enjoying it so much!! The spa looks beautiful, and is very comfortable to sit in. The set of stairs make it easy to go in and out, as well as the digital screen that you turn facing in or out. Great spa! Vacation at home every day! p.s. the picture is real! :)

Our spa was poorly designed and poorly manufactured. The cuts on the fiberglass are extremely sloppy. The covers do not last very long. Our problems were compounded by the fact that Hotspring lost their only representative in Hawaii. The spa developed a leak that the rep refused to correct (before they went out of business). We worked with the Hotspring engineers and eventually they came up with a solution and they sent me the parts that I installed myself. We are now on our fourth cover in eight years. The third cover, the last supplied by Hotspring, had a large depression on one side that collected water and eventually rotted the thread in the center and allowed water to leak in. Hotspring would not provide any compensation for that and could not figure out a way to send another cover since they then had no local rep. It took about five minutes to order another cover from a third party manufacturer, with shipping to Hawaii not a problem. I wish we had not bought this brand.

I am sorry to hear about your spa cover. Unfortunately, we do not have a Hot Spring dealer in Oahu. While we are in the process of acquiring a new dealer we are supporting a few local techs for service. I am not sure why the spa covers have needed to be replaced but an indentation in the foam will cause the cover to become faulty. We can ship covers usually, without an issue. However, we find that they will arrive with dented foam. In any case I am glad that you were able to get what you needed. This is our second Hot Springs Hot Tub. We had one of the first models. The maintenance on it was so easy we would not consider any other brand. The Jets in this hot tub are wonderful. We love the lounger in it for lower back pain and the one set of jets really helps with my shoulder pain. So far it has been easy to maintain the proper chemical balance. I am looking forward to years of enjoyment with this purchase.

We purchased the Hot Spring Brand because we have heard about it for many years. We paid quite a lot for the Aria tub-$12,000-compared to $8,000 for our previous tub-We had a different brand previously. Our old hot tub had a timer on the jets which the Hot Spring tub does not have. Also, our last hot tub had many more jets and pillows on all the seats. We are very disappointed that our new tub are missing these features. The tub does look very nice on our deck however.
